John Boehner and Eric Cantor are already measuring the drapes and plotting tea bag extremism to revamp America to circa 1773. The possibility that tea bags could control both house and senate is never more real than six days prior to the mid-term voting process.
The newest version of axis of idiots will push for more than $100 billion in spending cuts, tax reductions and attempts to undo key parts of President Barack Obama's health care and financial regulation laws.
CBS News Poll analysis shows that only 29 % of Americans support the tea party movement.
The name "Tea Party" echoes the Boston Tea Party, a 1773 incident when colonists destroyed British tea rather than paying what they considered a tax that violated their right to "No Taxation without Representation, to which this is where the new GOP would want our country to be 1773.
Currently 86% of tea baggers think climate change is a hoax. Tea partiers want to repeal the health care law, but two thirds of Americans either like or want it to go further. 59% of Americans support gay marriage and civil unions. Tea partiers support traditional gender roles where men are in charge like Glenn Beck, and women are soft and emotionally fragile with spooky mood swings like Glenn Beck.” Six in ten Americans think illegal Mexicans should have a path to citizenship and be allowed to stay here, and the other four in ten are illegal Mexicans.”
If you live in key states where the extremist want to rule, it's imperative upon you to look deeply at these candidates. Sharon Angle, Rand Paul, Marco Rubio, Ken Buck, Keith Rothfus, Christine O'Donnell are political idiots that want to repeal every constitution that exists.
The list or host of "know nothings' running for office is astounding. What does it say readers when candidates run and hide from queries addressed to them? What are they hiding?
What happens when hate voting puts these far out extremist into running our country?
Who is responsible when Sharon Angle and Christine O'Donnell are in these seats ? Can we really be this mad at our country to vote these unabashed radical extremist into office?
Before you vote, research your choices. The outcome of not doing so will jeopardize our Country.
MSNBC's Keith Olbermann breaks down a tea bag society.
Can we really afford to have politicians with such radical outlandish views making policy for us?
If nothing else, the tea bag movement is a flaky dogma producing machine. Aided and abetted by their echo chamber at Fox News, members of the raging right will gather at so-called Tea Parties around the country to vote for the misguided and misinformed.
To be sure, what theoretically began as a protest against profligate government has morphed into a Rorschach Test of right-wing political grievance.
Glenn Beck's astro-turf acolytes decry saboteurs and "communists," evolution and "brainwashing machines." The tea baggers' strange brew of Birthers and Birchers proclaim Barack Obama foreign-born while issuing calls to "burn the books." In the end, the far-right foaming at the mouth is enough for mainstream America to see that all four legs are not under the table.
These furious and frothing tea bagger apparently believes King George III is still oppressing his colonial subjects under the yoke of the Townshend and Tea Acts.
Fiscal conservative Andrew Sullivan is quoted as saying:
"These are not tea-parties. They are tea-tantrums. And the adolescent, unserious hysteria is a function not of a movement regrouping and refinding itself. It's a function of a movement's intellectual collapse and a party's fast-accelerating nervous breakdown."
And if their misunderstanding of the Boston Tea Party wasn't bad enough, their choice of tea bagging as metaphor is more unfortunate still.
Get out and vote readers!
