WILMORE TO CHEETO JESUS SURROGATE KATRINA PIERSON: “FUCK YOU! STOP TRYING TO EXPALIN HIM AWAY”

KATRINA PIERSON SHOP LIFTING QUEEN TURNED TRUMP SURROGATE

Wilmore didn’t mince words last night The comedian showed the clip of Fuckface Von Clownstick’s latest controversy, claiming that a few weeks ago “we thought it couldn’t get worse” than Trump’s attack on the Gold Star family. Then Clownstick made comments encouraging Second Amendment supporters to do something if Hillary Clinton gets elected.
“At this point, if you vote for Trump, you’re just a dick,” Wilmore said, to thunderous applause from his audience. “I’m sorry, I’m sorry. I hope you get destroyed by a horse-sized duck. How’s that?”
He asserted that there is no possible way it could be misinterpreted, but “Clowntsick’s spokesgobblin , Katrina Pierson” brought amazement to Wilmore as he “watched the bullshit pour out of her mouth.”

In a CNN appearance, Pierson claimed it was about Clinton and gun control. CNN’s Jake Tapper noted that Trump was talking about what Second Amendment supporters could do if she won. Pierson disagreed.

VIDEO COURTESY OF COMEDY CENTRAL

“Okay, let me stop you right there. Fuck you, that is what he was talking about! I don’t care how convoluted your explanation. We’re not stupid! We can hear! Stop trying to explain him away.”
Rep. Duncan Hunter tried to explain Cheeto Jesus by saying that he isn’t the most eloquent of speakers, “Let’s say Trump’s an English professor with a Ph.D. in grammar.”

Wilmore stopped the clip right there trying not to laugh:
“First of all, he can’t get a Ph.D. for a subject that’s taught in the fifth grade, okay? That’s like getting a bachelor’s of science in kickball or something. And just to be clear, your argument is that Trump is so incoherent he can’t be held accountable when his words might constitute a federal crime.”

Then there’s the “human embodiment of impotent rage himself Rudy Giuliani,” who blamed the entire incident on “the Clinton spin machine.
” Wilmore that it again presupposes we can’t hear what Trump is actually saying. “Like he’s blaming us for hearing exactly what Trump said. And here’s what really gets me about this: Giuliani is diminishing the power of Trump’s words, yet he’s not always so calm about language,”
Wilmore said, showing a clip of the former New York mayor blaming the Black Lives Matter movement for the police shootings in Dallas.

Wilmore noted the hypocrisy was obvious.
“So, when Trump calls for the violent death of his opposition, that’s just Clinton spin. But when it’s Black Lives Matter, they’re literally killing people with the power of their ‘hypnotizing Negro language,'” Wilmore said in air quotes. “Look, the difference between some random protester and someone running to be the leader of the free world is that once you’re president, everything you say has meaning.”
“I don’t care how they spin this, stop being so careless with your language,” Wilmore concluded.

Katrina Pierson, you are today's worst person in the world. Congrats!

It’s a gun issue Stupid…

So it hit me around 3 pm last Sunday that Omar Mateen, American citizen by birth, 24 hours earlier represented exactly what the NRA is trying to protect - an natural born American citizens right to own a gun to protect and serve himself and/or the public. This was a man who was licensed to be a security officer. Who was presumably vetted multiple times, and continuously evaluated for mental stability as an officer licensed to carry a weapon. That is until the moment he snapped. The concept of a good guy with a gun is a fleeting one. This whack-job proves it.

That does NOT mean all of you gun toters are, nor does it mean you'll snap one day too. It is a reflection on why I find the concept “the good guy with a gun” so laughable. Not everyone with a gun is good, not everyone without a gun is a wimp or victim in waiting.

When the second amendment was conceived both the government of Great Britain and the citizens of the colonies had weapons that were similar. That could be repeatedly fired only as fast as they could pull a trigger. Bambie may be fast, but shooting her at 700 rounds per minute doesn't strike me as sport, nor will it leaving you with much to mount in way of a trophy. Swiss cheese venison anyone?

Face it. With that crows its the bigger the boom, the bigger the giggle.

Everyone seems to be wringing their hands over the terror plot the FBI missed. Did they?

The FBI investigated an American-born citizen who had committed no crime. Who showed a propensity for anger and aggressive behavior –like many a tea bagger I might add. Regardless, that is not criminal!

What would you have them do? Maybe if they put him on a watch list and prevented him from buying guns! Hey, what would the NRA say about that - An American-born citizen accused of being angry, who committed no crime, denied the right to buy a gun.!

Then the discussion becomes a Second Amendment issue. And this was my point. Common Sense dictates we should have placed this clown on a no buy list. Its time we start being really “well regulated”.

OREGON COUNTY JOINS GUNS OVER PEOPLE SOCIETY

If the sheriff of Coos County, Oregon thinks any state or federal gun control law violates his 2nd Amendment right, he doesn’t have to enforce it, according to an ordinance passed this week by county voters.

Sixty-one percent of voters in rural Coos County voted to pass the “2nd Amendment Preservation Ordinance,” which also prohibits local enforcement of Oregon’s new background check law. That law requires universal background checks for gun purchases in the state — even for private sales.

Coos County is just west of Umpqua Community College, an Oregon university that was rocked by a mass shooting last month. The ordinance had been put on the ballot before the shooting, but after Oregon’s governor signed the new background check bill into law.

Here’s an excerpt of the ordinance:

It’s not clear, however, whether the ordinance can be legally implemented. Charlie Hinkle, a constitutional law expert in Portland, Oregon, told the Huffington Post that local governments and officials are not allowed to decide “what laws are constitutional.”

“That’s why Kim Davis went to jail,” he reportedly said, referring to the Kentucky county clerk who was jailed after refusing to issue same-sex marriage licenses, despite the fact that the Supreme Court said that same-sex marriage is a fundamental civil right across the country. Hinkle said Coos County’s sheriff may face similar court hearings and possibly jail time if he refuses to comply with the laws in his state.

For what it’s worth, even Coos County’s current sheriff admitted that the new measure likely won’t be implemented smoothly, if at all.
“I’m not sure the courts would agree with that concept,” he told The Oregonian last month. “I would just bet there would be some legal challenges to it.”
Other counties in the state have passed similar measures, but they’ve largely been symbolic — a way to show support for gun rights in the southeastern and western parts of the state, where gun ownership is above average.

Indeed, outside of more liberal areas like Portland, Oregon is home to a large number of gun rights supporters. Memorably, many of them protested president Obama’s visit to Umpqua Community College following the mass shooting last month, angry about his calls for stricter gun laws following the tragedy.

SMART GUNS

ARMATIX SMART GUN TECHNOLOGY

How do you eliminate a majority of gun murders in the United States, use smart guns. But, because this technology involves the word "smart" - ignorant gun huggers are having any part of it.

Smart guns, the iPhone of weaponry?

Technology has been proven to solve today's greatest social challenges, and curbing gun violence in this country is one of the greatest challenges we face as a country.

HAYES PART ONE Video Courtesy of MSNBC

There is a battle going on in the U.S. over the development and sale of so-called "smart guns" — handguns that proponents say should improve safety and lower gun murder rates because they can only be fired by owners.

The main opponent is the Ammosexual Association, better known as the National Rifle Association. But it will not speak. The Springfield (Mo.) News-Leader left six messages on the phone and with a secretary over two weeks for the one spokesman designated to talk to the media, Andrew Arulanandam, in the national office in Virginia. He did not respond. Eventually, the newspaper requested someone — anyone — to send a statement on the group's position on smart guns. The organization never replied.

HAYES PART TWO Video Courtesy of MSNBC

Currently, there is not a gun dealer in the U.S. willing to offer a smart gun for sale. A company called Armatix, based in Germany with an office in California, this year had two gun dealers — one in Maryland and one in California — ready to offer its .22-caliber handgun. The safety measure is a stopwatch worn on the wrist that sends a radio transmission, with a range of 10 inches, to the gun. The radio transmission enables the gun to fire.

The company promoted the breakthrough, and the national media jumped on the news. As a result, the two gun-shop owners were thrust into the eye of a national storm. They caught overwhelming criticism from gun owners and Second Amendment proponents. Both backed down and decided not to sell the gun.

"I won't touch it again," says Andy Raymond, 34, who owns Engage Armament in Rockville, Md. He had agreed to sell the gun simply because he thought he could pick up a few more customers. But his life changed when Armatix put him front and center in a media campaign.

Smart guns, a technology without a market? Smart gun technology, like most things that escape the cognitive thought process of the low educated gun hugger - the fear of not being able or willing to accept things that are not within your IQ capability - is a travesty in itself, multiply this and the number of innocent humans being killed by "responsible gun huggers" - then smart guns seems like a very viable option.

"Propaganda works best when the audience, when those who are being manipulated are confident that they are acting on their own free will." Fox News and the NRA are masters at this. Fear the ignorant beast that knows no better.

Imagine a gun that could never be turned against you by an intruder, a gun that would never go off in the hands of a child accidentally, a gun that would be useless as a paperweight if it were stolen.

Unfortunately, a technology that could significantly improve gun safety in America and prevent certain acts of violence has become caught up in a hopelessly polarized national gun debate - and the country is yet again held hostage by the NRA.

One might think gun-rights advocates would be eager to remove some of the most powerful arguments for limiting the sale of firearms. But they aren’t. The National Rifle Association plays up the fact that, for now, “smart guns” are less reliable and more expensive. Gun-rights advocates worry that the technology that renders a gun inoperable in the hands of thief could also allow the government to shut a gun down in the hands of a legitimate owner. But the biggest reason for the opposition to “smart guns” stems from the fear that they will prompt a ban on ordinary guns.

This mentality, like when Obama was elected, that he and DOJ top dog Eric Holder would go door-to-door confiscating guns. Yes this ignorance is matched - by none.

When does America, a country of 350 million, say fuck you to the NRA, a membership of only 4 million. When does the NRA stop bullying this country, our gun stores and our politicians? Until we put these greedy bastards in their place, only then can we start to use "smart" technology.

GUNS OVER PEOPLE: KEEP THE SECOND AMENDMENT, SCREW THE REST OF THEM

On the heels of yet another senseless mass shooting, Jon Stewart posed a question: why are conservatives so eager to throw away all the amendments to keep the country safe… except the second one.

Stewart found it odd how someone with mental health and legal issues was able to legally own a gun and even pass a background check “with flying crazy.”

But more importantly, Stewart wanted to know why no form of gun control whatsoever seems to be acceptable. He called out conservatives from Senator John Cornyn to Fox News’ Eric Bolling for seemingly having no issue being lenient when it comes to most of the Constitution but being very gung-ho about guns. Stewart could only conclude, “With guns, the Constitution is ironclad, but with terrorism, it’s a list of suggestions.”

These videos are yet another hilarious take on the GOP hypocrisy – not that it’s anything we didn't already know.

The holier-than-thou Conservative patriots apply their own interpretations as they pick and choose parts of the Constitution – just as they pick and choose verses of the Bible – and then ignore or make exceptions to other parts of those same documents to fit the needs of their agenda.

This is the problem you have when you literally worship words written centuries ago and assume they are infallible, or applicable as written in today’s real world.

I played these videos for a Guns Over People nut prior to posting my blog today. He went absolutely batshit crazy. After fifteen minutes of pure unadulterated madness and seething blather, I suggested that perhaps if I played the clips at half-speed for him, that maybe he would understand what was being argued. This GOPer, a bona fide 'Fox News Listener' - I told him it must be tough for him to understand adult conversations. Its been three hours and I've heard nothing but crickets.

Yesterday we mentioned about Fox and Friends, their newest idiot, Elizabeth Hasselbeck, and how this RWNJ suggested that video games and guns in said video games be monitored. And I got to thinking, if you think we need gun control in video games, but not in real life, it's time for you to relinquish your rights to breathing.

An example of just how archaic and useless some parts of the constitution are, look at the 3rd amendment:
"No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law."

The Constitution needs to be placed in a historical context. The authors of the constitution, didn't see into the future. Adhering to documents that are as old as Methuselah - without edits to reflect the times - are as useless as used toilet paper.

The second amendment was written with powered muskets in mind, not weapons that can shoot multiple rounds. I have written a plethora of times on the mindset of the American Talibaner - where only the first and second amendments are of value, I doubt, and would bet the farm that not a single solitary tin foil hat society member could tell you what the reaming amendments are.

The Guns Over People only show up to bitch when a big liberal voice like Jon Stewart attacks the second amendment - the need for gun control is obvious - but the GOP is so obsessed and OCD with the second amendment, that the remaining - the majority of Americans end up feeling like puppies that have been sodomized with a shotgun!

COLORADO SHERIFF’S CHOOSE TO DECIDE WHICH LAWS TO ABIDE BY AND WHICH NOT TO

Colorado's Version of Barney Fife to Ignore Federal Law

For months, Colorado local Barney Fife’s have been objecting to federal efforts to stem gun violence in the wake of the Newtown massacre, claiming they violate “states’ rights.” Now, with a package of gun violence prevention measures awaiting the governor’s signature in a state that has seen some of the most deadly and high-profile mass shootings, several Colorado county sheriffs are threatening not to enforce their own state’s measures to expand criminal background checks and limit ammunition magazines if they are signed into law. The Greeley Tribune reports:

Weld County Sheriff John Cooke said he won’t enforce either gun-control measure waiting to be signed into law by Gov. John Hickenlooper, saying the laws are “unenforceable” and would “give a false sense of security.”
“They’re feel-good, knee-jerk reactions that are unenforceable,” he said.

Cooke said the bill requiring a $10 background check to legally transfer a gun would not keep firearms out of the hands of those who use them for violence.
“Criminals are still going to get their guns,” he said.

Cooke said the other bill would also technically ban all magazines because of a provision that outlaws any magazine that can be altered. He said all magazines can be altered to a higher capacity.

Cooke said he, like other county sheriffs, “won’t bother enforcing” the laws because it will be impossible for them to keep track of how the requirements are being met by gun owners. He said he and other sheriffs are considering a lawsuit against the state to block the measures if they are signed into law.

El Paso County Sheriff Terry Maketa also said Thursday that several of the laws are unenforceable and that he would willfully ignore the high-capacity magazine limit. And Cooke’s position appears to have the support of a number of other state sheriffs; during testimony calling the law unenforceable, 20 other county sheriffs stood behind him in solidarity.

Sheriffs’ assertions that the laws are simply too difficult to enforce and/or ineffective is the latest in a string of arguments by a contingent of county sheriffs opposed to any new gun violence prevention measures. Other sheriffs, several of whom are part of a fringe militia group whose members believe that sheriffs are the highest law enforcement authorities and vow to defy any law or order that violates their radical view of the Constitution, have argued that federal regulation violates states’ rights and the Second Amendment.

Conservative legislators are also already committing to repeal the ammunition magazine limit if enacted through a 2014 ballot measure.

Other measures that passed both houses of the Colorado legislature include a requirement that firearm buyers pay for their own background checks, a ban on online certification for concealed-carry permits, and a ban on gun purchases by people convicted of domestic violence crimes.

I am always up for giving equal time to trampling on what some gun-fondling nut job wrongly believes are his 2nd Amendment "rights."

Bill Maher [in the video below] speaks frankly about the second amendment - you gun huggers may want to take a look as your second amendment is not the one under attack, it's all the other ones that you special patriots should be worried about.

WIIL THE REAL "RESPONSIBLE" GUN OWNER PLEASE STEP FORWARD

On January 19, our nation will have a new holiday to celebrate. Normally, we’d have the Hallmark corporation to thank for this, but this time there is a very different force behind the movement: the American gun lobby. That’s right, it’s time for the first annual “Gun Appreciation Day,” and instead of buying chocolates and flowers to mark the occasion, this holiday encourages you to buy -- you guessed it --- more guns!

In honor of this auspicious occasion, HUFFPO put together this collection of idiotic dangerous great moments in second amendment rights.

Obviously, for every responsible, law-abiding gun owner out there, there's one of these folks. It almost makes you wish there was some sort of enforceable law in place that kept guns out of the hands of irresponsible people.

Fortunately, none of these individuals were seriously injured... but, clearly, not for a lack of trying.

(Remember kids: if it wasn't obvious already, you should never, ever play with guns.)

Blog contents come from the huffington post.

NRA: NOT REALLY AMERICAN

AMERICANS PROTEST THE NRA

The bully pulpit has spoken after several days of silence. The National Rifle Association has come out from hiding (sort of) for the first time since a gunman killed 26 people, including 20 children, in Newtown, Connecticut.

The most powerful lobbying group in America had been utterly silent for four full days about Friday’s massacre at Sandy Hook Elementary School.

Any time a mass murder occurs in our country, the gun toting enthusiast go into psycho mode, and often hide behind the second amendment, and as Ed Shultz of MSNBC said last night, "this tactic doesn't cut it anymore"!

New York cities mayor Michael Bloomberg went on Meet the Press today and told Obama he should skirt Congress and the Constitution and take executive action against firearms owners in the United States. I agree! Bloomberg continued: “It’s time for the president, I think, to stand up and lead and tell this country what we should do — not go to Congress and say, ‘What do you guys want to do?’ This should be his number one agenda. He’s president of the United States".

Visit NBCNews.com for breaking news, world news, and news about the economy

The Second Amendment to the US constitution is a fossil, preserving antiquated concerns that have no relevance to the modern world. The second amendment allowed for "muskets", not semi automatic assault rifles, nor pistols with large clips. We need to change this antiquated amendment ASAP!

The US Constitution develops over time, and as circumstances change, it should be reinterpreted in the light of those circumstances.

Any attempt to ban private ownership of firearms would require a constitutional amendment, and I don't see much likelihood of that, no matter how many schoolchildren die.

The question to consider is the degree to which the rights of the Second Amendment can be limited, because the Bill of Rights is not absolute. Libel law, for example, limits free speech, and I doubt that if Aztecs were still among us they could persuade the courts that human sacrifice was permissible as free exercise of religious belief.

You cannot legally take a car onto the road without demonstrating to the state that you are proficient to operate it without presenting a hazard to others. If we were in a sane Union, we would be able to discuss what reasonable limitations might be imposed on ownership of semiautomatic weapons, assault rifles, and other ordnance.

But, as we are all aware, we have not behaved much like a sane Union in recent years.

Yes Tea baggers, I am in fact, one of those liberals who would not mind if every handgun and assault weapon in the United States not in custody of the military and police were melted down into slag and dropped into the nearest shit hole. Please attend to the above before commenting in Red Dawn-inspired hysteria that Democrats are conspiring with POTUS the Antichrist to disarm you.

Call me crazy readers, but I think the right to own a gun is trumped by the right not to be shot by one.
