BUNDY RANCH TERRORISTS

With the withdrawal of agents of the BLM and their contractors from Gold Butte and the release of the cattle already rounded up, the right wing “militia” supporters of Cliven Bundy have declared victory over the “tyrannical” U.S. government. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) however, disagrees.

“Well, it’s not over,” Reid told KRNV-TV on Monday. “We can’t have an American people that violate the law and then just walk away from it. So it’s not over.”

While Reid declined to speculate further on the next move, BLM has said it will return to the courts, although that route has proven ineffective against this family, who for the last 20 years, have defied both the BLM and the courts.

Meanwhile, Cliven Bundy and his two sons, defiant as ever, appeared on Fox News with Sean Hannity who asked Cliven for a response to Reid’s remarks
“I don’t have a response for Harry Reid, but I have a response for every county sheriff across the United States,” Bundy said. “Disarm the federal bureaucrats.”

There you have it, a true supporter of the Constitution, as are all of the thugs who traveled across the country to confront and intimidate law enforcement officers doing their job last week.

Bundy claimed that he and the “patriots” who supported him had so badly frightened the federal agents that they backed down.
“Let me tell you how they backed down,” he told Hannity. “They backed down, they run and got on the freeway and went to Mesquite and grabbed their stuff and moved out of the state, now, the state, towards the state of Utah. Utah county sheriffs finish this job that [Sheriff Douglas] Gillespie didn’t do, take the guns away from these federal bureaucrats.”

MICHAEL DUNN GETS HIS DO....SORT OF

CONVICTED MURDERER AND RACIST MICHAEL DUNN

A Florida jury could not reach a verdict on the most serious charge facing Michael Dunn, a first degree murder charge for the fatal shooting of 17-year-old Jordan Davis after a dispute over loud music at a Jacksonville convenience store. Nevertheless, Dunn is all but certain to face a lengthy prison sentence as he was convicted on three counts of attempted second degree murder — one for each of three of Dunn’s friends who were also in the line of fire as Dunn fired ten rounds into their sport utility vehicle.

The judge declared a mistrial on the first degree murder count, leaving prosecutors the option of seeking a new trial.

The Florida shooting was the most prominent fatal shooting of a teen in self-defense since the death of Trayvon Martin drew national attention to Florida’s Stand Your Ground law. The law was also cited in Dunn’s trial.

The shooting occurred after Dunn asked the boys to turn down their music while parked next to him in a Jacksonville convenience store parking lot. His fiancĂ©e, Rhonda Rouer, says the last thing she heard him say was, “I hate that thug music.” Rouer was in the convenience store when she heard gunshots, and when she ran outside, he told her to get in the car and they drove away.

Dunn claimed he saw a gun and believed the boys were armed and dangerous. But police found no gun in the car. He said he heard Davis threaten to kill him, and responded by rolling down the window of his car and asking, “Are you talking to me?” Dunn and Rouer spent the night in a hotel, as planned, and their testimony differed about what happened that night, and in the days that followed. Dunn’s friends testified that they knew him as a calm and non-violent man.

During closing arguments, prosecutor John Guy told jurors, “Jordan Davis didn’t have a weapon. He had a big mouth. And that defendant wasn’t gonna stand for it. And it cost Jordan Davis his life.”

Dunn’s lawyer Cory Strolla cited Florida’s Stand Your Ground law in his closing argument, “His honor will further tell you that If Michael Dunn was in a public place where he had a legal right to be, he had no duty to retreat and had the right to stand his ground and meet force with force, including deadly force.” As in the George Zimmerman trial, the Stand Your Ground law was included in the jury instructions.

Alluding to public controversy of the law, Strolla added, “It’s not because I wrote it. It’s not cause I like it. We’re not here to change it and we’re not here to fight it. We’re here to apply it.”

When asked about the relevance of the law to this case during a press conference, Strolla told reporters that he “strategically” decided not to seek a separate Stand Your Ground hearing that could have given Dunn immunity before trial, because of the national media attention. He claimed the law was therefore not relevant to the case. But the jurors were nonetheless advised to consider the law when deciding Dunn’s guilt, by both Strolla and in the jury instructions.

Just prior to the trial, the State Attorney’s Office released a set of letters Dunn sent from prison revealing significant animus toward blacks. “The more time I am exposed to these people, the more prejudiced against them I become,” he said in one. “This jail is full of blacks and they all act like thugs,” he said in another. The letters did not come into play during trial. But they reveal the sort of racial undertones that have been prominent in many Stand Your Ground cases. One study found that white defendants with black victims are far more likely to have their killings deem “justified” under the Stand Your Ground law.

How apropos - the jail he lives in now is filled with, in his words 'blacks that act like thugs' - says the guy who murdered a person because their music was too loud.

Bottom line, if your African American in Florida, be wary, be very, very wary of whites toting guns!

MEET POLICE CHIEF MARK KESSLER

GILBERTON PA, POLICE CHIEF AND ASSHAT EXTRAORDINAIRE MARK KESSLER

CAUTION: THIS BLOG CONTAINS EXTREME LANGUAGE. NOT FOR CHILDREN

Welcome to America. Land of those who think they’re free, home of the hopelessly insane.

Gilberton Pennsylvania Police Chief Mark Kessler, is no ordinary police chief. His actions of late are outlandish, idiotic and very scary, yet his boss backs his actions - even through a series of demented, angry, psychopath profanity-laced tirades featuring Kessler and his guns (which he fires disturbingly into various targets mocked-up to look like famous liberals and Democrats) which have been populated to You Tube - and thousands of people this morning are understandably a little more than irate over them.

Below are two videos - just another gun peacock, strutting about with his alternative manhood strapped to his waist, desperately seeking the respect and admiration that he will never, ever get. This story is about belligerent incompetence, coupled with immense responsibilities, leaving one derelict to their duties.

Libtards take it in the ass.

Mark Kesslers version  of apology

So this asshat, when he was sworn in to his office, took an oath to uphold the laws and constitution of the united states - so much for his word, morals and character - not exactly the kind of person you want watching your back, when something goes down, or protecting and serving "Libtards" when in need. If he doesn't resign, he should be sent packing, with these weapons of mass destruction pleasantly shoved up his posture for good measure!

Not only is this asshat living under the protective wing of liberal accomplishments (pensions, benefits, shorter work hours, unions, etc.), but – as a cop – he is an agent of the very “Socialism” he despises. The police are a social program extended ostensibly to the entire populace in order to enhance our collective quality of life, and, thus, fit our modern, colloquial definition.

This trend of these radical gun huggers tend to be seeping, ever flowing in droves through the cracks of the posterior of delusional thinking.

Police chief Mark Kessler reminds me of - when you visit the zoo, you often pass the primate cage - and it is there you’ll see apes picking up their own fecal matter and tossing it at the glass where you are standing. This is the Mark Kessler.

If this mans tirade, his actions are not concerning to everyone with at least one brain cell, then Houston we have a problem. It is fruit loops like Kessler whom need to be taken off the streets and locked up forever - throwing their feces at the preverbal glass window!

Congratulations Mark Kessler, you have won NFTOS' asshole of the year award!

RESPONSIBLE GUN HUGGER ADAM KOKESH OFFERS UP A REVOLUTION

RADICAL GUN HUGGERS STAND OUT IN D.C.
UPDATED: 7/11/2013 Gun Hugger arrested.

The libertarian activist Adam Kokesh who called for and then canceled an armed march on Washington uploaded a YouTube video on July 4 that shows him loading a shotgun in the center of Freedom Plaza, Washington, D.C, near the White House. In the video, Kokesh cryptically warns, “We will not allow our government to destroy our humanity. We are the final American revolution. See you next Independence Day.”

KOKESH

It is illegal to openly carry a firearm, much less a loaded one, in the District of Columbia.

Kokesh initially planned to lead a July 4 march on Washington with loaded firearms to advocate for open carry and “to put the government on notice.” When he announced the original armed march on Washington, authorities thoroughly warned against it. But he later abandoned those plans in favor of raising an “army” of secessionist rallies held at state capitols.

Kokesh, who has also compared himself to Gandhi, has even implied violence as the end result. “Should one whole year from this July 4th pass while the crimes of this government are allowed to continue, we may have passed the point at which non-violent revolution becomes impossible,” he said in a statement.

The July 4 protests inspired by the gun activist were small in number and attendance. At one small protest in Concord, New Hampshire showed a man calling for a revolution with an assault rifle slung over his shoulder.

Openly calling for the overthrow of the government is treason! If this protestor - if he does not scare the living shit out of you with regards to his right to bear arms - then you are the last one we want gun hugging!

DR. JEKYLL AND MR. HYDE

James Yeager, NFTOS winner of the "Gun Huggers lunatic du jour award", has had his gun permit suspended. Yeager seems fairly arrogant in the first video. He wasn't so happy last night, when he posted yet another video on YouTube, this time with his lawyer, apologizing for his remarks. The apology is presumably so he can be with his loved ones again, his guns.

The first video shows a delusional James Yeager, Dr. Jekyll if you will, still defiant. Besides being a "gun" expert, Yeager would also like us to believe that he is a "Constitutional Law" expert.

Now Mr. Hyde if you will, Yeager with his lawyer below- a more subdued, medicated gun hugger.

The 2nd amendment starts with "A well regulated militia", not "Any idiot can have as many weapons as she/he wants". You can't legally own a surface to air missile, an Apache helicopter, or any number of other weapons of mass destruction. Why is it so unreasonable to make it a little harder for people to buy guns? It's harder to adopt a pet in this country than to buy an assault rifle, and this speaks volumes about Mr. Yeager's rights.

Which Yeager are we more likely to believe, the freak of nature that posted 2 "pack your bag" videos, or the more restrained "checked" lunatic with his lawyer?

Yeager braggingly states in the first video that MSNBC [Ed Shultz] contacted him. Yeager agreed to do the Friday night show, but Ed tweeted: " James Yeager, who threatened to "start killing people" if  issued an executive order, backs out on the ed show.

You gun huggers talk about the 2nd Amendment. Well I heavily believe in the 6th Commandment. God's Laws above Man's Law. I also think that my right to not be shot by some gum hugging second amendment revolutionary - out trumps your right to own and carry a gun! Often the case the adults in the room are the ones who should be allowed to take corrective action, and in the case the lawyer was this very adult.

UHNINGED GUN HUGGER

JAMES YEAGER UNHINGED GUN HUGGER

BREAKING NEWS: UPDATED 18:24 [Yeager issues second rant, see "PART II "THE APOLOGY]

Yet another "patriot" seeking fifteen minutes of fame. Most humans would consider it rational to prevent the possession of firearms by the obviously mentally unstable. James Yeager is NFTOS' first project - A project ensuring that this American Taliban er is picked up by the Secret Service.

James Yeager the CEO of a Tennessee company that specializes in weapons and tactical training is threatening to "start killing people" if President Barack Obama moves forward with gun control measures.

In a video posted to YouTube and Facebook on Wednesday, Yeager went ballistic over reports that the president could take executive action with minor gun control measures after the mass shooting of 20 school children in Connecticut last month.

UNHINGED TEA BAGGER

James Yeager is one of the NRA "good guys" who will protect all of us from the bad guys. Yeager is the poster child for what's wrong with the second amendment!

Part II - "THE APOLOGY"

After the Drudge Report likened Obama to Adolf Hitler and Joseph Stalin on Wednesday, pro-gun conservatives expressed outrage over the idea that the White House could act without Congress.
"Vice President [Joe] Biden is asking the president to bypass Congress and use executive privilege, executive order to ban assault rifles and to impose stricter gun control," Yeager explained in his video message. "Fuck that."

"I'm telling you that if that happens, it's going to spark a civil war, and I'll be glad to fire the first shot. I'm not putting up with it. You shouldn't put up with it. And I need all you patriots to start thinking about what you're going to do, load your damn mags, make sure your rifle's clean, pack a backpack with some food in it and get ready to fight."

The CEO concluded: "I'm not fucking putting up with this. I'm not letting my country be ruled by a dictator. I'm not letting anybody take my guns! If it goes one inch further, I'm going to start killing people."

As The Atlantic noted on Wednesday, gun advocates can stop "freaking out" because Obama cannot ban assault weapons or close the gun show loophole without Congress.

The president, however, can take small steps like modernizing the background check system and limiting importation of assault rifles.

By Thursday morning, the video promising violence in response to gun control measures had been removed from Yeager's YouTube page, but the link had not been removed from Facebook.

Yeager is one of these special patriots whom will tell the world how responsible he is with weapons. I believed him right until he said "Fuck That".

I am going to state unequivocally that I want Yeager's guns taken away! If you say things like this, you should never ever again be trusted with adult scissors. You should never be allowed anywhere near a plastic spoon. And this opinion has nothing to do with gun control: it's just plain common sense.

Yeager is not shouting fire in a crowded theater; he's promising to start a fire in a crowded theater. The FBI and Secret Service should be knocking at his door any minute now.
