When Roger West first launched the progressive political blog "News From The Other Side" in May 2010, he could hardly have predicted the impact that his venture would have on the media and political debate. As the New Media emerged as a counterbalance to established media sources, Roger wrote his copious blogs about national politics, the tea party movement, mid-term elections, and the failings of the radical right to the vanguard of the New Media movement. Roger West's efforts as a leading blogger have tremendous reach. NFTOS has led the effort to bring accountability to mainstream media sources such as FOX NEWS, Breitbart's "Big Journalism. BREITBART.COM - EVEN THE GHOST OF BREITBART WOULD BE ASHAMED - WELL MAYBE NOT

WILL THE REAL LORETTA LYNCH FOR ATTORNEY GENERAL PLEASE STAND UP

Dumbasses at Breitbart.com attacks wrong Loretta Lynch.

Rachel Maddow spent her entire opening segment last night ripping conservative media and Breitbart specifically for running that ridiculous Loretta Lynch piece about the wrong Loretta Lynch. But Maddow used this to go after right-wing media as a whole for making up their own facts. In case you need a reminder, Breitbart ran a piece claiming Lynch, President Obama‘s nominee for attorney general, was part of Bill Clinton‘s Whitewater defense team.

Except that was a totally different Loretta Lynch. Not at all the same person. And Maddow took a reasonable amount of glee in ripping Breitbart over the error, mockingly asking, “Why won’t the lame-stream media tell the truth?!”

Maddow hammered away at Breitbart for a few minutes before broadening her critique to a conservative “parallel universe” where “no matter how stuff gets corrected or laughed at or ridiculed or even occasionally ignored in the real media, on the right, this is what the news looks like.”

And Maddow kept going:
“Conservatives have built themselves a very popular, very successful media landscape that doesn't just tell conservatives what they want to hear in terms of opinion. They just make stuff up. They make news stories that aren't true. And when they get corrected in other places, they never disappear from the conservative media.”
MADDOW EVISCERATING BEITBART

From Media Matters for America:

Following a publication of a media matters story, Breitbart.com added corrections to the articles that confused the two attorneys, noting at bottom that "[t]he Loretta Lynch identified earlier as the Whitewater attorney was, in fact, a different attorney." Later on November 9, Breitbart.com removed the article by Warner Todd Huston. The full article can be read here.

Members of the conservative media are attempting to scandalize President Obama's Attorney General nominee Loretta Lynch by suggesting she was involved in the Whitewater investigations of the 1990s. However, the Loretta Lynch that played a bit role in Whitewater -- an investigation into fraudulent real estate deals that did not include any wrongdoing by the Clinton's - is a different person than Obama's attorney general nominee.

According to a November 8 Breitbart.com article by Warner Todd Huston, "few are talking about" the fact nominee Lynch "was part of Bill Clinton's Whitewater probe defense team in 1992." Huston pointed to a March 1992 New York Times article that "reported that Lynch was one of the Clintons' Whitewater defense attorneys as well as a 'campaign aide.'" And in a November 9 article Huston's colleague, Breitbart.com Senior Editor-at Large Joel Pollak wrote, "The connection to Whitewater ought to provide additional fodder for Republicans during Lynch's confirmation hearings":

Conservative website American Thinker made the same mistake, misidentifying the "Whitewater" Lynch as a graduate of Harvard -- the school attended by nominee Lynch.

Nominee Lynch became a federal prosecutor in 1990, two years before the other Lynch participated in the Whitewater investigation. In 1999 she was appointed by President Clinton as a U.S. Attorney and she currently serves as U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of New York.

Having had many battles with the dead Breitbart [himself] myself [over his "stop raping the people" rant at CPAC] nothing surprises me of the lies and propaganda that they spew. Like Fox News, Breitbart.com or any conservative in general for that matter - the Modus Operandi of these trolls:
"propaganda works best when those who are being manipulated are confident that they are acting on their own free will".
Nice try Breitbart.com, but you're still the worst conspiracy theorists in the world, and the worst at relaying true facts to your low information readers.

Congrats Breitbart.com for being today's worst humans in this world.
