COP KILLS IN LESS THAN FOUR SECONDS, THEN DOESN'T PROVIDE FIRST AID FOR OVER FOUR MINUTES

Protecting and Serving the shit out of us:

The Cleveland officers who shot a 12-year-old boy holding a toy gun then failed to give him first aid for nearly four minutes. The boy was finally administered first aid when a detective and FBI agent arrived at the scene.

But it was too late. The boy, Tamir Rice, died after being transported to the hospital.

According to newly surveillance video, Rice was shot by the officers within two seconds of their arrival at the scene.

A department spokesman told a local ABC station he “was unsure of the policy related to how and when officers are required to provide medical assistance.” The officers’ conduct is “under investigation.”

The officers believed that the 12-year-old Rice was a “black male” who appeared “about 20.”

The family is outspoken in their belief that their son’s death was avoidable, had the police officers acted appropriately. The U.S. Justice Department has an ongoing investigation into the Cleveland Police “over allegations of excessive and unreasonable deadly force.

As per the norm in this country, whether it be cops or gun huggers, its shoot first ask questions later.

Bundy Militia Aiming At Federal Agents

At the Bundy ranch we had white men aiming rifles at federal agents - the Second Amendment doesn't apply to black people. White men with guns equals Second Amendment right, black men with guns equals thugs who deserve a death sentence.

What kind of human, let alone a man sworn to protect and serve the shit out of us, takes four minutes to save a live, your answer, an in-human one.

The NRA and GOP [Guns Over People] have reduced America to armchair Judge's, Jury's and executioners. Selling our soul's to the lowest bidders. Maybe this officer, like Darren Wilson, saw demons and thought this twelve year old looked like Hulk Hogan?

What an utter clusterfuck this is. What cop barrels up like the A-Team within 3 feet of an armed suspect, despite their age? The cops yelled three times for him to drop the gun? Not likely. With the mentality of police of late, maybe first aid was withheld because these incompetent cops began to realize that dead men (kids) tell no tales.

Too often is the case, many American cops think its their duty to carry out a final solution to the Black problem.

America is at a golden age, where authoritarian incompetence has run rampant. Being a cop is not a license to kill, its a license to protect. When the mentality exists - "that we trust no one", that you are guilty before proven innocent - herein lies the problem.

This is the second story of late, where an African American with a toy gun has been peppered with bullets by over zealots with a badge and gun.

Utterly fucking Disgusting people!

SECEDING FROM THE UNION ONE LAW AT A TIME

LET TEXAS SECEDE

Under an unconstitutional proposal by Texas state Rep. Dan Flynn, just two people in the state of Texas — the state house speaker and the lieutenant governor — would effectively have the power to suspend any federal law within Texas’s borders, at least temporarily. The legislation creates a 14 member “joint legislative committee on nullification” that is co-chaired by the speaker and lieutenant governor. Half of the dozen remaining members are appointed by one of the committee’s chairs, while the other half are appointed by the other chair (although only eight of the committee’s fourteen total members may belong to the same political party). A bare majority of the committee, eight votes, may temporarily declare that a federal law “has no legal effect in this state.” If that declaration is ratified by the state legislature in the next legislative session, it becomes permanent.

Thus, by stacking the committee with loyalists, Texas’s speaker and lieutenant governor could effectively pick and choose which federal laws they wish to nullify, so long as they can agree with each other about what laws to target. Or, at least, they could do so if this proposal were constitutional.

Rep. Flynn’s proposal is rooted in an unconstitutional theory known as “nullification,” which claims that a state can unilaterally declare a federal law unconstitutional and thus void within the state’s borders. The Constitution, however, explicitly provides that duly enacted federal laws “shall be the supreme law of the land; and the judges in every state shall be bound thereby, anything in the constitution or laws of any state to the contrary notwithstanding.” Thus, federal law is “supreme” over state law, and state laws that conflict with federal law — or which seek to openly defy federal law — are preempted by the federal government’s legislation.

Proponents of nullification seek to get around this fact by arguing that state lawmakers aren’t simply invalidating the law they do not wish to follow, they are also declaring it unconstitutional. But the Constitution does not give state lawmakers the power to issue binding pronouncements on whether federal laws are constitutional. To the contrary, the Constitution provides that “the judicial power of the United States, shall be vested in one Supreme Court, and in such inferior courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish.” If a federal law actually is unconstitutional, then the proper legal course is to file a lawsuit seeking to strike the law down. As James Madison warned early in American history, nullification would “speedily put an end to the Union itself” because it would render each obligation a state’s citizens owe to the union as a whole optional. In effect, nullification is a way to secede from the union one law at a time.

Flynn’s bill containing his proposal was only filed earlier this month, so it remains to be seen whether it will gain steam in the legislature. There is, however, at least some signs that a grand proposal for nullification will be taken seriously in Texas — in 2011, Texas Gov. Rick Perry signed a law purporting to nullify a 2007 law signed by President George W. Bush that gradually phases out older, less energy efficient light bulbs.

My questions is, how can we help Texas secede? What can or should the rest of the country do to make this happen?

"IT DOESN'T ADD UP"

NANCY GRACE OBLITERATES DARREN WILSON AND BOB MCCULLOCH

Nancy Grace joined CNN’s Brooke Baldwin to discuss the Ferguson grand jury decision Wednesday afternoon and she had a lot to say about Officer Darren Wilson’s version of the story, which has finally come out through his testimony and interviews. According to her, the whole thing “doesn't add up.”
“When people say, it does not add up, I will tell you what doesn't add up, these photos,” Grace said, holding up copies pictures of Wilson’s face after the shooting. “I’ve looked at a them, I’ve studied them, and I was expecting to see his face mangled.” She added, “He doesn't even have a bruise. right? It’s red. He’s got a red mark!”
“Look, do you know how many times I have sided against a cop?” Grace asked. “Never. But to me, this is bigger than a badge. And I don’t like speaking out against a cop, but this doesn't add up.”

Later, when Baldwin asked Grace if the grand jurors should have questioned Wilson’s story more, she said it was the prosecutor who failed, not the jurors. “The grand jurors are like sheep, they’re babes in the woods. The prosecutor’s duty is to seek the truth,” she said. “I am telling you that the prosecutors, if they want an indictment, they will get an indictment.”

Finally, Grace questioned Wilson’s assertion that all he wanted to do in the moment of the shooting was “live.” She said, “If you wanted to live, then put the pedal to the metal and drive when the guy is trying to jump in your car and grab your gun!”

GRACE SLAMMING WILSON

I can't ever remember ever agreeing with Nancy Grace, but in this instance, she is spot on.

BOB MCCULLOCH

FERGUSON PROSECUTOR BOB MCCULLOCH

McCulloch has been widely criticized for burying the long-awaited announcement in a lengthy press conference, revealing the outcome only after he criticized the role the media and social media played in the public perception of the case. “The most significant challenge encountered in this investigation has been the 24-hour news cycle and the sensational appetite for something to talk about, following closely behind with the rumors on social media,” he said.

Rachel Maddow outlined [Like we blogged yesterday] how St. Louis County Prosecutor Robert McCulloch discredited the witnesses in the case while announcing the grand jury ruling.

Video Courtesy of MSNBC

Ben Trachtenberg, an associate professor of law at the University of Missouri School of Law, said the entire announcement “read like a closing argument for the defense,” while Susan McGraugh, an associate professor at the Saint Louis University School of Law, said she was “furious” when she watched it.
“Bob McCulloch took a very defensive posture,” McGraugh said. “It was a poor choice to be so confrontational in presenting a grand jury verdict that he had to know would upset a large number of people. He should have left out the editorializing.”

Marjorie Cohn, a professor of criminal law and procedure at Thomas Jefferson School of Law, said the way McCulloch presented the facts to the public was unlike anything she had ever seen.
“In 98 percent of cases, the prosecutor would just announce the grand jury decision and that’s it,” she said. “He would not characterize the evidence defensively, or attack the media.”

One common critique of McCulloch’s prosecution of Wilson was his use of the grand jury process. Typically, grand juries exist to determine if there is probable cause to charge a suspect with a crime, a fairly low legal threshold that allows for some uncertainty. But McCulloch, attorneys said, treated the grand jury proceedings as a criminal jury trial by presenting them with all available evidence both for and against charging Wilson.

Leipold said he thinks McCulloch made the decision to “not hold anything back” because of the intense media scrutiny.
“This is an example of the prosecutor saying…no matter what the outcome is, if we don’t present witness X or present the forensic reports, people are just going to say this is an inadequate investigation and either we’re railroading the police officer if we indict or we’re covering up if we don’t,” he said. “Let’s just present it all and let the chips fall as they may.”
But the presentation of all of the evidence to the grand jury struck other legal experts as inappropriate.
“[McCulloch] put the grand jury in the role of being a try-er of fact, which is not its role,” Cohn said. “The grand jury was put in the position of basically being a jury, but in a one-sided, closed proceeding. The only people inside the grand jury room are the grand jury and prosecutors.”
In contrast, she said, “In a trial, there are lawyers on both sides, witnesses, and the evidence is presented in an adversarial way.”

Making the grand jury weigh evidence and question witnesses also shrouded that process in secrecy—a factor that led to the “rampant speculation” McCulloch criticized in Monday’s night press conference, McGraugh said.
“People could do nothing but speculate because he was using a secret grand jury proceeding,” she said. “He didn't acknowledge that people had to speculate as a result of his own actions.”
She added that even within the realm of grand jury proceedings, the case spoke to a lack of “equal treatment under law.”
“The law was not applied to Officer Wilson the same way it would be applied to someone who wasn’t a police officer,” said McGraugh, who previously worked as a trial attorney and spent eight years at the Missouri State Public Defender’s Office. “If my client killed someone tomorrow and claimed it was in self-defense, he would be arrested and required to post bond while awaiting a grand jury decision. Then, the prosecutor would not be allowed to bring both sides of the story into the building.”
I am glad I am not the only one who found this prosecutors actions as grandiose showboating for the officer.

SEASON GREETINGS FERGUSON

SEASON GREETINGS FERGUSON FROM BOB MCCULLOCH AND FERGUSON GRAND JURY

As we all know by now, unless you live under a rock, Ferguson's police officer Darren Wilson, the murderer of Michael Brown was cleared by a grand jury - to be free man last night.

I knew from the beginning that Wilson would walk, all an officer has to do is invoke "I feared for my life" - now enters the fat lady singing, "the parties over".

Below we have enclosed several sites that provide either PDF's or links to the full grand jury testimony, caution its 4,799 pages in length.

While listening to prosecutor Bob McCulloch last night, while I expected a non-indictment, I wasn't ready for a prosecutor to be blaming social media, more exclusively Twitter, I wasn't prepared for this man to be acting as a defense lawyer for the murdering defendant [Darren Wilson] and again, assassinating Mike Brown for a second time.

We heard McCulloch tells us how inconsistent witnesses were, we heard stories of grandeur, like that Darren Wilson never stood over the dead body of Mike Brown. The picture below indeed shows the murderer standing over his fresh kill, like a hunter in the woods.

OFFICER DARREN WILSON STANDING OVER THE DEAD BODY OF MIKE BROWN

We were told that this murderer had a broken eye socket, below photo clearly shows little evidence of any violence let alone a broken eye socket.

MIKE BROWN'S WOUNDS VERSUS DARREN WILSON'S

Below is the transcript on why Michael Browns death scene was not captured for evidence

Seriously? WTF! Batteries dead? Are medical examiners really this incompetent? I would expect this examiner to fired immediately!

Instead of this prosecutor ensuring a indictment against the murdering Darren Wilson, he indicted twitter and Michael Brown.

Three months of waiting, ten seconds of verdict and forty minutes of pure unadulterated bullshit patronizing the masses of on how social media was to blame. The injustice of America for all the world to see.

I doesn't take one hundred days to decide if a murder is a crime readers, it takes 100 days to figure out how to spin the bullshit so that the masses find it believable.

I reiterate from previous blogs;
"Jeffery Dahlmer, Timothy McVeigh, Jarred Loughner, and the Colorado Movie theater killer James Holmes, all mass murderers, were taken alive after their actions. Recent Pennsylvania cop killer Eric Frien, was indeed taken in alive".
The fundamental danger in this Ferguson non-indictment is not more riots, it's more Darren Wilson's.

And so it is readers, the killing of Michael Brown, an unarmed black man - he was not even worthy of a trial. If you're skeptical of the government when it inspects workplace chemicals, imagine how you'd feel if you could be shot dead with no trial.

Michael Brown's case is not noise, its a signal, a signal that every 28 hours in this country, an African-American is killed by a police officer.

Hey black people, remain calm. Trust the cops who murder your unarmed kids, trust the laws that fail you, and the justice system that discriminates against you.

Season Greetings Ferguson!

All 4,799 pages can be viewed in a PDF here via the NY Times.

The Washington Post organized the voluminous document into small sections here.

The Guardian broke the testimony up into 76 different documents here.

BENGHAZI DOESN'T TURN OUT LIKE GOP CONSPIRACY THEORISTS LIKE

GOP REPORT ON BENGHAZI FINDS NO WRONG DOING

The substance of a story is what matters, but sometimes, when a story breaks is nearly as important. The Republican-run House Intelligence Committee, for example, waited until late on a Friday afternoon, the week before Thanksgiving, to announce the results of a two-year investigation into the deadly attacks on a U.S. outpost in Benghazi, Libya.

For the right, the findings were simply devastating: all of the Benghazi conspiracy theories, the GOP-led committee found, are completely, demonstrably, and unambiguously wrong. From the Associated Press account:
A two-year investigation by the Republican-controlled House Intelligence Committee has found that the CIA and the military acted properly in responding to the 2012 attack on a U.S. diplomatic compound in Benghazi, Libya, and asserted no wrongdoing by Obama administration appointees.
Debunking a series of persistent allegations hinting at dark conspiracies, the investigation of the politically charged incident determined that there was no intelligence failure, no delay in sending a CIA rescue team, no missed opportunity for a military rescue, and no evidence the CIA was covertly shipping arms from Libya to Syria.

The report, which is available in its entirety here, is an unflinching summary of the available evidence, which utterly destroys everything right-wing conspiracy theorists have been pushing for more than two years about the deadly attack. For conservatives, there’s no sugarcoating any of this – literally every accusation has been debunked. No exceptions.

And for Republicans, who’ve invested so much in the ugly exploitation of the terrorism for partisan gain, that obviously posed a problem. For House GOP lawmakers, the solution was to release the findings late on a Friday, shortly before a major national holiday, in the hopes the American public wouldn’t hear the facts. For the most part, the tactic worked exactly as intended: much of the national media overlooked the findings, which were also largely forgotten on the Sunday shows.

Video Courtesy of MSNBC

Which is a shame, because this seems like an important accountability moment.

Republicans – lawmakers, media personalities, campaign committees, et al – decided the deaths of four Americans abroad should be manipulated into a partisan tool. The party and its allies built a political machine of sorts, raising money, attacking the character of officials such as Susan Rice, misleading their own base, and ignoring real work to chase after ridiculous conspiracy theories.

And now we know, with great clarity, that they were wrong.

It would seem an apology is in order.

Indeed, perhaps no one should be angrier than conservatives themselves. The people they trust most misled them, on purpose, telling loyalists for years that the conspiracy theories had merit, that this was a real scandal, that President Obama and his team were guilty of monstrous wrongdoing. Americans on the right, who assumed they could believe their powerful allies, bought it, only to be quietly told on a Friday afternoon that it was all a sham.

For conservative Americans, this betrayal should be no small development. If Republicans lied to them about a terrorist attack, what else is the party lying to its base about?

For Fox News, that has to be especially demoralizing. No entity was more responsible for keeping the conspiracy theories alive than the cable network, which aired, endorsed, and pushed the conspiracy theories with an unhealthy enthusiasm. Over the summer, Fox went so far as to say it would only cover the parts of White House press conferences that addressed the 2012 attack.

And what, pray tell, did the network tell its viewers on Friday night after the Intelligence Committee’s report was released? Not much. Wouldn’t you know it, Fox News, which found no Benghazi detail too small, somehow managed not to tell its audience about the findings. The network ran one online report, which tried, to a genuinely (albeit unintentionally) funny degree, to overlook every relevant detail of the Intelligence Committee report.

The on-air apology to Fox’s viewers ought to be amazing, right?

Postscript: It’s worth emphasizing that the House Intelligence Committee’s findings, while devastating for the right, were arguably superfluous. The House Intelligence Committee, the Senate Intelligence Committee, the House Armed Services Committee, and the State Department’s independent Accountability Review Board have all published reports on the 2012 attack, and each found the same thing. In addition, the attack has been scrutinized by the Senate Armed Services Committee, the Senate Homeland Security Committee, the House Oversight Committee, and the House Foreign Affairs Committee, each of which has held hearings, and each of which failed to find even a shred of evidence to bolster the conspiracy theorists.

In other words, we knew the right’s Benghazi story was wrong before Friday afternoon, because their claims had already been discredited. This new report, however, should seal the deal.

Anonymous Threatens KKK Again Along With The Ferguson Police

ANONYMOUS WARNS FRANK ANCONA'S DUNCE CAP SOCIETY MEMBERS

On Thursday, News2Share received a video from Anonymous. This new video responds to Traditionalist American Knights of the Ku Klux Klan's (TAKKKK) threats to use "lethal force" against peaceful Ferguson protesters. The video warns both the Ku Klux Klan and Ferguson police to remain peaceful and nonviolent toward those expressing their dissent.

Recently, the hacker group "unmasked" Klansmen associated with Frank Ancona's merry band of dimwitted sheet-wearing dumbasses shortly before taking down numerous Klan web sites and stealing the hood-wearers' Twitter account.

ANONYMOUS

I like Anonymous, but if they want to remain anonymous, they should get someone with a less recognizable voice than Steven Hawking to read the their threats.

Seriously though, may Anonymous unleash hell of the knuckle dragging KKK members!

Ferguson Police Officer Darren Wilson In Talks To Resign

While this resignation may tamper the burning beast that is the Mike Brown protesters, nothing less of indictment - will satisfactorily end this fiasco of a cop killing an unarmed African-American.

I wonder when Wilson resigns, will the Ferguson Police Department be wearing "I am Darren Wilson" patches and bracelets in a show of support?

IF THE GOVERNMENT IS LEGITIMATE, THE GOP HAS A WAY OF SHUTTING THE WHOLE THING DOWN

MSNBC'S RACHEL MADDOW DISCLOSES THE TIES OF THE GOP TO KKK AND GOVERNMENT SHUTDOWNS

Masterful as ever, Rachel Maddow last night reported on how the Heritage Foundation is pushing Republicans to retaliate against President Obama’s immigration plan with a government shutdown just like the one Heritage helped orchestrate in 2013.

As often the case is with Rachel, you wonder were the beginning of the story is taking us, and how and why this is important to today's news - and then she gets to the point, and the light bulb goes off in the brain, AHA - and this is why she is the best in her business, bar none, their is no comparison.

‘What on Earth Were They Thinking?’

RACHEL MADDOW RIPS IN CONGRESSIONAL DEMOCRATS

Rachel Maddow tore in to Senate Democrats on Tuesday for voting down the Keystone Pipeline (or Keystone XL), a Republican energy plan.

Maddow couldn’t believe that Democrats would use what little time they have left as the majority party to waste time on Keystone when Republicans will simply pass it in January anyway.

She believed that Democrats made the decision to vote in order to try and save Senator Mary Landrieu’s job.

Landrieu wanted the Pipeline and she’s coming up on a runoff that she is expected to lose against the man who helped sponsor the Keystone XL bill that passed a House of Representatives vote earlier this week.
“What on earth were they thinking,” an exasperated Rachel Maddow asked, “spending their time doing this? How is this even, conceivably, by any stretch of the imagination, a constructive use of time by Democrats?”
Maddow said that the “most frustrating of all” was that “the Democrats will hold a vote on this issue right away, but want to wait a while to hold a vote on confirming Loretta Lynch as the new attorney general.”
“If they’re honestly not worried about Republicans confirming her, I would love some of what they’re smoking,” Maddow said, adding “Democrats, you are amazing… You are astonishing. Now roll over and play dead.”
Watch the video below, via MSNBC:

Its a rare day when Rachel cuts into liberals so harshly, but often when you're screwing up - it is then when you are in need of a severe ass chewing.

GRAND THEFT ELECTION PART DEUX

Last week, Michigan state Rep. Pete Lund revealed a plan that would rig the Electoral College to ensure Republican victories in 2016 and beyond if it were enacted in a sufficient number of states. Like similar proposals from GOP lawmakers who proposed rigging the Electoral College in the past, Lund’s proposal takes advantage of the fact that there are several large states that tend to support Democrats in presidential election years but that are currently controlled by Republicans.

Right now, nearly every state allocates 100 percent of its electoral votes to the candidate who wins the popular vote in the state as a whole. Lund’s proposal would change that calculation in the blue state of Michigan, however, while continuing to award each red state’s full slate of electoral votes to the Republican candidate for president. If this plan had been in effect in 2012, for example, Mitt Romney would have won a quarter of Michigan’s electoral votes despite losing the state to President Obama by nearly 10 points:

It should be noted that Lund’s election-rigging plan is actually a milder version of a plan that has been around since at least 2011. More than a year before the 2011 election, outgoing Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Corbett and state Senate Majority Leader Dominic Pileggi proposed allocating their state’s electoral votes one at a time to the winner of each congressional district, with the winner of the state as a whole receiving only two electoral votes for this achievement. Because Pennsylvania is one of several states that Obama won in both 2008 and 2012 that is highly gerrymandered to benefit Republicans, this proposal would have enabled Romney to win a majority of the electoral votes in states where he actually lost the popular vote:

Corbett and Pileggi’s original election-rigging plan did not advance, however, at least in part due to objections from Republican members of Pennsylvania’s congressional district. Under the current system, where the winner of Pennsylvania receives all of its electoral votes, Democrats typically focus their campaigns on areas such as Philadelphia and Pittsburgh where there are a lot of potential Democratic voters to turn out. If the Corbett/Pileggi election-rigging plan were in effect, however, the Democratic presidential candidate would shift resources into other congressional districts in an attempt to pick up the district’s electoral vote. That would endanger down-ballot Republican incumbents who would have a more difficult time retaining their seat if they were competing against all of the resources of a presidential campaign.

Lund’s election-rigging plan, by contrast, seems designed to allay this concern from Republican incumbent lawmakers. Under Lund’s proposal, “Michigan would award at least 9 of its 16 electoral college votes to the winner of the popular vote in the presidential election. The top candidate would receive additional electoral votes based on how much they beat the second-place finisher by in one-on-one vote totals. Each 1.5 points above 50 percent would mean another electoral vote. Remaining electoral votes would go to the runner up. A candidate who finishes third or lower would not receive any.” Thus, while this proposal would shift fewer blue votes to the red column than the Corbett/Pileggi plan, it also does not give Democrats added incentive to move presidential campaign resources into GOP-controlled House districts. Republican presidential candidates are happy because they get free electoral votes in a state that they lost, while Republican members of Congress are happy because they can run their races relatively unmolested by a presidential campaign.

Republicans in many states also flirted with rigging the Electoral College shortly after their defeat in the 2012 presidential election, although they eventually backed down after several key Republicans came out against the plan. One person who opposed the proposal the last time around was Michigan Gov. Rick Snyder who said that he didn't think that “this is the appropriate time to look at it.” It remains to be seen whether he will continue to oppose rigging the Electoral College if Lund’s proposal gains traction in the state legislature. [The above portion of blog is cross-posted from thinkprogress]

Well, at least this is more sophisticated then holding a bus load of kids hostage - which was their original plan.

With the story coming out yesterday that the Turd Blossom [Karl Rove] used anonymous Twitter accounts to share internal polling data ahead of the midterm elections, its no doubt, that along with Gerrymandering, and voter suppression laws, that the wing nut is trying to stack the deck, whether it be legal or illegal.

ANONYMOUS EXPOSES ST. LOUIS KLAN MEMBERS - TO INCLUDE POLICE IN OPERATION #HOODSOFF

ANONYMOUS TAKES CONTROL OF KKK TWITTER PAGE

So many hoods to remove, so little time.

Unless you live under a rock, you have to be aware of the cyber war that is occurring as we speak.

After the racial hate group Ku Klux Klan said it would use 'lethal force' on Ferguson protesters, a skirmish with Anonymous has erupted: Anonymous has now seized two primary KKK Twitter accounts by carrying out "Doxing Attacks" .

Backfill:
Last week, a Ku Klux Klan group based 75 miles south of Ferguson, Missouri began distributing flyers threatening "lethal force" against Ferguson protesters in any aftermath of the upcoming grand jury decision regarding Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson.

The Riverfront Times reported that the St. Louis, Missouri KKK group passed out pamphlets starting, "Attention: To the terrorists masquerading as "peaceful protesters"!"
The announcement stated further, "We will use lethal force as provided under Missouri law to defend ourselves."
KKK leader Frank Ancona went on MCNBC Wednesday to back up the threat and claim support from Ferguson locals; the head of Missouri's KKK told media that his organization's threats to protesters had boosted KKK recruitment

The Missouri group behind the threats -- Traditionalist American Knights of the Ku Klux Klan -- is listed as an active hate group by the Southern Poverty Law Center.

On Friday Anonymous began doxing (publicly revealing identities and personal information) of KKK members in the Ferguson/St. Louis area.

This ‘doxing’ of the Ku Klux Klan — is outing members by name — with screenshots of social media profiles. Reports say that Anonymous even doxed ‘Ghoul Squad’ members — those who donate to the group, but don’t participate directly, either for fear of being unmasked, or because of other obligations.

ANONYMOUS RESPONSE TO THE WHITE RACISTS

There is a reason why these knuckle draggers dawn dunce caps. There is a reason why they hide "anonymously" [pun intended] . These chicken-shit fucktoids are the bottom of the barrel scum to which life has to offer. KKK members are the men and women who attend family reunions to find their next spouse.

I hope anonymous keeps taking the # hoodsoff of these cowards - even when Ferguson's nightmare ends, let this be a mission of Anonymous until they are all exposed - and I hope, now that their identities are exposed, that the entire globe trolls each and every member.

Truly readers, there is not a reason to not vote, even in this day in age when wing nuts are making it so difficult to do so. Like Maher said, all the more reason to vote.

DANA LOESCH ELUDES QUESTIONS ON MSNBC'S ED SHOW

WINGNUT DANA LOESCH CAN'T ANSWER SIMPLE QUESTIONS PUT TO HER

It's very difficult to present both sides of an issue when one of those sides is composed of Dana Loesch, a conservative wingnut who is well known for misinformation, blatant lies, interruptions and shouting matches.

The Ed Show attempted just such a feat yesterday with disastrous results. Delusional talking points from uneducated loud mouths can't replace reality.

Watch the freight train below that is Dana Loesch

VIDEO COURTESY OF MSNBC

Loesch says she is doing Schultz a favor by being on his show. As if! This from a woman who enjoys pissing on dead corpses of dead enemy soldiers.

Fact, Loesch is a D-list hack, but an A-list asshole. The difference between a woman and a troll - Krystal Ball is the woman, Loesch would be the troll.

Anytime Loesch gets her fifteen minutes of fame on cable news, it often ends in shouting matches - always eluding facts and answering questions with a question.

In typical tea bagger fashion, Loesch is "frothy-at- the-mouth", smug, and argumentative.

What often disturbs me about Loesch, like most of her ilk - they are all college drop outs that have zero SME [Subject Matter Expertise] on any topics that she argues on.

Why give this clueless dipshit hack a microphone on MSNBC [almost as bad as Chris Hayes the other night inviting the KKK Imperial Wizard to speak on killing protesters in Ferguson] ? If I want a wing nuts version of reality I'll go over to bullshit mountian [Fox] or the Blaze and [shudder] to read their non-whimsical bullshit. Then, of course, after viewing a Loesch segment, scrub and rinse often.

This segment on the Ed Show provided to us two great answers, never ever ask Loesch to be on your show, and the other is that you just can't fix stupid.

Loesch's history - her modus operandi if you will is too:
"never answer the question that is proposed to you, only answer the question that you wish had been asked of you."
The old adage of:
"when you can't dazzle with brilliance baffle with bullshit" always applies to Dana Loesch.
I am quite positive that in Loesch's mind, that after exiting stage left, that she thinks she accomplished her directive from Glenn Beck - but actually, in reality, her refusal to answer the simple questions put to her spoke volumes about her - more than anything she did say.

Like Glenn Beck [her current boss], like her pervious boss, the dead Breitbart, Loesch is an idiot with a right to spew what ever lies that suits the moment, ir-regaurdless if facts are involved or not. Loesch and her ilk:
"never let facts get in the way of a good story"
To Ed Schultz, why even have this robot on his show in the first place? Like all the rest of these media trolling conservatives, she's built her career out of being a professional bullshit artist and a journalistic hack. You might as well have just invite a Beck, Breitbart, or Koch whore sock puppet.

Congrats Dana, for about the hundredth time at NFTOS, you are my asshat of the day.

FRANK ANCONA, KKK IMPERIAL WIZARD SUGGESTS LETHAL FORCE AGAINST FERGUSON PROTESTERS

TWITTER FEED SHOWING KKK FLYER

The Traditionalist American Knights of the Ku Klux Klan, a Missouri KKK group, has been distributing flyers around the St. Louis area promising to take potentially violent action against Ferguson “terrorists” who might get violent in the coming days.

Frank Ancona, the Ku Klux Klan's Imperial Wizard of Missouri steps up on Chris Hayes' show last night facing an incredibly amazed Chris Hayes. Ancona told him they’re very concerned about “random attacks on whites” and “sniper-type shootings.” Hayes had to point out the irony of threatening violence with… well, more violence and potential incitement.

Chris Hayes Video Courtesy of MSNBC

Ancona alleged that people “feel much better” about what they’re doing to create an obviously safe environment with such dire threats. Ancona also said that the Ferguson protesters are:
"the best recruiters" since Obama

Taken from RAWSTORY:
Missouri Gov. Jay Nixon and local officials have issued various statements this week telling protesters that violence would not be tolerated following the grand jury’s decision. St. Louis American columnist Lizz Brown criticized such remarks, saying they set an overly aggressive tone.
“Protesters haven’t shot and killed anyone,” she said. “Protesters haven’t harmed people. So why are we responding to them? Because it’s ‘these types of protesters.’ You’re setting the tone that ‘these type of people’ need to be responded to in this way, and that opens the door for the Klan to go in and to recruit people. I lay it at the feet of law enforcement — how they prosecuted this case, how they responded to peaceful protesters, I lay it at their feet. This is their fault.”
St. Louis Police Chief Sam Dotson did not directly address Ancona’s allegation about “off-the-record” conversations with officers.
“The first guest didn’t help the conversation and the dialogue at all that’s going on in St. Louis,” Dotson told Hayes, only alluding to Ancona’s appearance.
He also responded indirectly to Brown, saying reports indicating that police had spent thousands of dollars on “cluster grenades” and other equipment were being taken out of context.
“To characterize it as an offense is not correct at all,” he said. “Really what it is is the tools that we have to keep us all safe in our community.”

Is this more proof that the Ferguson police department is racist, for if not, wouldn't they coral and stop these intimidating fliers from being distributed?

The sixty four thousand dollar question is, how many cops will 'fear for their lives" and shoot down Ancona and his ilk?

COLBERT DISINTEGRATES BREITBART "WALRUS MAN"

STEPHEN COLBERT Vs THE WALRUS MAN

Continuing the theme from yesterday's blog;

On last night’s episode of The Colbert Report, Stephen Colbert attacked conservative media outlet Breitbart’s handling of an article in which it incorrectly identified Barack Obama’s nominee for Attorney General as a lawyer who had defended the Clintons during Whitewater.

BREITBART.COM - EVEN THE GHOST OF BREITBART WOULD BE ASHAMED - WELL MAYBE NOT

WILL THE REAL LORETTA LYNCH FOR ATTORNEY GENERAL PLEASE STAND UP

Dumbasses at Breitbart.com attacks wrong Loretta Lynch.

Rachel Maddow spent her entire opening segment last night ripping conservative media and Breitbart specifically for running that ridiculous Loretta Lynch piece about the wrong Loretta Lynch. But Maddow used this to go after right-wing media as a whole for making up their own facts. In case you need a reminder, Breitbart ran a piece claiming Lynch, President Obama‘s nominee for attorney general, was part of Bill Clinton‘s Whitewater defense team.

Except that was a totally different Loretta Lynch. Not at all the same person. And Maddow took a reasonable amount of glee in ripping Breitbart over the error, mockingly asking, “Why won’t the lame-stream media tell the truth?!”

Maddow hammered away at Breitbart for a few minutes before broadening her critique to a conservative “parallel universe” where “no matter how stuff gets corrected or laughed at or ridiculed or even occasionally ignored in the real media, on the right, this is what the news looks like.”

And Maddow kept going:
“Conservatives have built themselves a very popular, very successful media landscape that doesn't just tell conservatives what they want to hear in terms of opinion. They just make stuff up. They make news stories that aren't true. And when they get corrected in other places, they never disappear from the conservative media.”
MADDOW EVISCERATING BEITBART

From Media Matters for America:

Following a publication of a media matters story, Breitbart.com added corrections to the articles that confused the two attorneys, noting at bottom that "[t]he Loretta Lynch identified earlier as the Whitewater attorney was, in fact, a different attorney." Later on November 9, Breitbart.com removed the article by Warner Todd Huston. The full article can be read here.

Members of the conservative media are attempting to scandalize President Obama's Attorney General nominee Loretta Lynch by suggesting she was involved in the Whitewater investigations of the 1990s. However, the Loretta Lynch that played a bit role in Whitewater -- an investigation into fraudulent real estate deals that did not include any wrongdoing by the Clinton's - is a different person than Obama's attorney general nominee.

According to a November 8 Breitbart.com article by Warner Todd Huston, "few are talking about" the fact nominee Lynch "was part of Bill Clinton's Whitewater probe defense team in 1992." Huston pointed to a March 1992 New York Times article that "reported that Lynch was one of the Clintons' Whitewater defense attorneys as well as a 'campaign aide.'" And in a November 9 article Huston's colleague, Breitbart.com Senior Editor-at Large Joel Pollak wrote, "The connection to Whitewater ought to provide additional fodder for Republicans during Lynch's confirmation hearings":

Conservative website American Thinker made the same mistake, misidentifying the "Whitewater" Lynch as a graduate of Harvard -- the school attended by nominee Lynch.

Nominee Lynch became a federal prosecutor in 1990, two years before the other Lynch participated in the Whitewater investigation. In 1999 she was appointed by President Clinton as a U.S. Attorney and she currently serves as U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of New York.

Having had many battles with the dead Breitbart [himself] myself [over his "stop raping the people" rant at CPAC] nothing surprises me of the lies and propaganda that they spew. Like Fox News, Breitbart.com or any conservative in general for that matter - the Modus Operandi of these trolls:
"propaganda works best when those who are being manipulated are confident that they are acting on their own free will".
Nice try Breitbart.com, but you're still the worst conspiracy theorists in the world, and the worst at relaying true facts to your low information readers.

Congrats Breitbart.com for being today's worst humans in this world.

"BASTARD BARRY"

STEPHEN J. ANDERSON WORLDS WORST PERSON ON THE YEAR

'Conservative Christian' pastor prays for president's death, calls Obama's mother a whore.

Pastor [snark] Stephen J. Anderson unleashes his sermons at the Faithful Word Baptist Church in Phoenix, and he’s on a mission to spread the good word by calling on his congregation to pray for President Barack Obama’s death.

"BASTARD BARRY"

Such a warm, loving "Christian" spreading gods love - gives me Goosebumps he does.

I must have missed these passages in the Bible. It must be in the Republican Bible of Apocrypha, The Book of Asshole. Chapter Head up my own ass.3:25.

And you wonder why I despise "Christians" and why churches should not be tax exempt.

Why, because its against the law to preach from the pulpit - politics and be tax exempt. Baptists are not ranking high in the arena of IQ, as self evident from Pastor Asshole.

Stephen Anderson is a blathering archetype of the xtian death cult. Obsessed with reproductive organs and colored hominids. His very own existence, as grotesque as it is, is poignant in proving in WWJND [What Would Jesus Not Do].

Stephen Anderson, you are NFTOS yearly winner of "Today's worst person in world".

GENERATION ASS

NEWS RULES DISCUSSES ASSES, AGE, AND POLITICS

Bill Maher in new rules last night spoke about political age discrimination.

CORRUPTION OF THE FLESH Video Courtesy of HBO

And the first part of new rules went like this:

TELL THE VIRGINS I SAID HELLO Video Courtesy of HBO

Now, as always, after an episode of Maher's HBO show Real Time, [like Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert of Comedy Central, comediennes] - they slay the RWNJ with facts, and this sends the nut job into head implosion mode. Take website Mediate for example, visit this once respectable site and view the frothy tea baggers incited over any video or show by the above aforementioned GOP slayers.

As a liberal - pop some popcorn, gather your favorite beverage and enjoy the reading, its better than any political news or TV show out there.

DARK MONEY CONNOISSEUR BRAGS HOW SUPREME COURT AIDED IN GOP WIN LAST TUESDAY

DAVID BOSSIE DARK MONEY MINION

A flood of outside spending, much of it undisclosed “dark money,” helped Republicans make significant gains in Tuesday’s elections. The Supreme Court’s 2010 Citizens United decision helped trigger the campaign spending avalanche, and so it came as no surprise that Citizens United’s leader and Dark Money Connoisseur David Bossie took a victory lap in a press conference of conservative activists reacting to the election results.
“Citizens United, our Supreme Court case, leveled the playing field and we’re very proud of the impact that had in last night’s election,” he said. “A robust conversation, which is what a level playing field allows, really creates an opportunity for the American people to get information and make good decisions.”

Bossie also accused Senate Democrats of trying to “gut the First Amendment” by voting in favor of a constitutional amendment that would overturn the Supreme Court’s decision in the case.

BOSSIE BRAGGING

As I've said all week, several variables go into factoring why the democrats got their asses handed to them. Dark Money is a severe problem, but when only 38% of the electoral votes are counted, which seems a bigger problem to this blogger than Dark Money - you have little chance of winning anything.

Governments should not be for sale, but when the cards are stacked against you - that being the Supreme Court and its rulings that Corporations are indeed people and that these "people" - that they do indeed have unlimited freedom of speech in politics - What more can be said, our country at all levels is not for sale, they've already been sold.

What I find more disturbing is this Bossie numb-nuts saying the playing field has been leveled. Make no mistake, what Bossie and his kind pulled off, was to circumvent our democracy, the only thing leveled was the conservative pathway to purchasing politicians.

Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts, Justice Alito, care to comment?

Only and idiot with a negative IQ would see this as a good thing, someone who puts their parties loyalty before the welfare of his country. But we are accustomed to the selfish conservative "patriots", who parade the moniker of all for me and none for all.

To Citizens United, the Supreme Beings, and David Bossie, congratulations asshats, your actions have weakened a country, be proud, be very very proud!

David Bossie, welcome to NFTOS' "today's worst person of the world" award, wear it proudly numb-nuts!

"WHO THE FUCK ARE YOU PEOPLE"

GOP SKULL FUCKS DEMOCRATS SAYS JON STEWART

The most surprising part of Tuesday’s Republican dominance in the midterm election, Daily Show host Jon Stewart said, was their conciliatory tone afterwards — particularly impending Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell.

Who the fuck are you people?” Stewart asked. “I gotta tell ya, that sound byte would probably have been better not coming from the guy who, for the past six years, has been one of the sole owners and operators of this country’s perpetual conflictionator.”

Stewart’s team also criticized Democrats for allowing the GOP to deliver what he called “a tectonic skull-fucking,” complete with a graphic showing an elephant mounting a donkey.
“By the way, that is the new congressional seal,” he said, pointing at the image. “Feel free to print it out, put it on your backpacks, and show people at your grade school that you’re interested in politics.”
Stewart got into an argument with correspondent Jordan Klepper when Klepper tried to give the Republicans credit for successes achieved under the Democrat-controlled Senate.
“If Democrats had accomplished all of that, they would have been out there bragging about it for months,” Klepper said. “It would have been the central message of their campaign instead of their actual message, which was like, ‘We’re sorry, don’t be mad! We don’t like Obama, either — we like guns, too.’”

TEKTONIC SKULL FUCKING [Full Episode] Video Courtesy of Comedy Central

Bottom line, liberals are lazy voters.

FACT: The FEC reports that combining the total number of votes cast by Americans for president, House and Senate in 2012, Americans voted for the GOP 158,605,000 times and for the Democrats 176,167,000 times. In other words they cast over 17 million more Democratic votes than Republican votes in 2012.

For those who failed to do their civic duty - may you get what your deserve!
