WHITE ISIS TYRANT RYAN BUNDY, NOT THE SHARPEST TOOL IN THE SHED

WHITE ISIS TYRANT RYAN BUNDY

White ISIS, Y’all Qaeada, the “special” patriots who have taken over an Oregon nature preserve have bristled at suggestions that their armed demonstration is an act of domestic terror — but they apparently don’t understand the legal definition of the term.

One of the militants, Ryan Bundy, spoke Tuesday to blogger Shepard Ambellas of Intellihub about the ongoing occupation of the Malheur National Nature Preserve by self-described militia members.

Bundy, the son of scofflaw Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy, complained that the mainstream media had portrayed the militants and his family — who took part in an armed confrontation with federal agents over their unpaid grazing fees on public lands — as terrorists.
“They labeled us terrorists several years ago, so that’s not new,” Bundy said. “You got to look at the definition of terror.”
Bundy asked the blogger to define terror, and Ambellas said he guessed it meant “something that scares someone.”

“Would you say that terror is extreme fear?” Bundy asked.

“I would say the word has a heightened sense of fear,” Ambellas said.
“All right, so extra fear,” Bundy said. “All right, so a terrorist is one that uses extreme fear to control a situation, to control a political situation or any particular situation — so that would define terrorism.”
Bundy, who was arrested last year following a courthouse brawl in Nevada, said terrorists used bombs and bomb threats to create “extreme terror to try to control or gain position or something,” citing the Boston Marathon bombing as an example.

“Terrorism is extreme fear to control the situation,” he said.

The militants have so far not been charged with any crimes, but the United States Code does include a legal definition of terrorism that is much more specific than the one outlined by Bundy and his interviewer.

The U.S. Code defines domestic terrorism as “activities that … appear to be intended … to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion and … occur primarily within the territorial jurisdiction of the United States.”

The sheriff of Harney County, where the nature preserve is located, said the militants had come from out of state to protest the sentencing of ranchers Dwight and Stephen Hammond on arson charges but then took over the government building in hopes of taking over the county government and sparking a nationwide revolution.

Sheriff David Ward said the FBI, which is overseeing the situation, has assured him the militants will face charges.

The sheriff didn’t specify which charges those might be, but the U.S. Code outlines a charge for seditious conspiracy whose elements strongly resemble the plot to take over and occupy the nature preserve.
“If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof, they shall each be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both,” the statute reads.

Bundy and his group, which calls itself Citizens for Constitutional Freedom, told reporters they want the Hammonds to be released from custody and they want the federal government to hand over land near their ranch to local control.
“The best possible outcome is that the ranchers that have been kicked out of the area … will come back and reclaim their land, and the wildlife refuge will be shut down forever and the federal government will relinquish such control,” Ryan Bundy said in another interview. “What we’re doing is not rebellious. What we’re doing is in accordance with the Constitution, which is the supreme law of the land.”
Bundy told Intellihub that Hammond was a victim of government terrorism because the rancher feared that federal authorities would “put a bullet in (his) head.”

“He reported to prison not out of duty, not out of respect for the government, not out of guilt for crime that they say he committed — it was simply out of fear of the oppressive government,” Bundy said.
“He was in fear of being shot in the head — he was fearful for his life, his family’s life,” Bundy said. “He was fearful of others around him. So who has been using those tactics against him? The government has. So who are the terrorists?”

WE'VE BEEN TEA-BAGGED

WE'VE BEEN TEA BAGGED!

Many moons ago, almost four years ago now, and some thirteen hundred blogs later - we at NFTOS used to use Current TV's Super News cartoons in our blogs - often. In 2010, when we had maybe 20 readers or visitors to our blog a day, [we now average 35,000 daily] we leaned heavily on both Super News and MSNBC GOP slayer Keith Olbermann, to garner readership.

Three things that led me to start blogging was; Tea-Baggers, Dana Loesch and Keith Olbermann [who is my writing mentor]. My distaste for both Loesch and the tea bagger was overwhelming, and both Super News and Olbermann dissected these nasty beasts with such ease - we thought how could we go wrong connecting the dots with these two sources.

So I thought this morning, this cold frigid day [The recent winter storm proves that global warming does not exist, and so we must repeal Obamacare.] for the old school readers of our blog, why not revisit Super News. With over 46 million visits to our site, we are certain some clung to NFTOS early on due to these two sources. So thanks Super News, we at NFTOS miss your work!

HATE HAGS

TEAHADISTS HATE HAGS: MALKIN AND COULTER

Filling in for Ed Schultz on the radio this week, liberal attorney and talk radio host Mike Papantonio tore into conservative female commentators like Ann Coulter and Michelle Malkin for what he views as their “creepy,” “malicious” rhetoric on immigration.
“If you spend much time in the weblog world, you probably have noticed,” Papantonio explained to his guest, “that the hate hags have become more creepier than usual. I mean, they’re already creepy but now they’ve moved the dial on creepy.”
He singled out Malkin for her “putrid hate language against immigrants, suggesting that they need to be punished, that militia border patrols should keep immigrant vermin, as she puts it, out of her country.” All this, he said, despite the fact that “less than 40 years ago, her parents Apolo and Rafaela Maglalang were citizens of Philippines, they became immigrants, they got their green cards and they made a better life for themselves in that little bundle of hate known as Michelle.”

HATE HAGS

Papantonio’s attack on the pundits was part of a longer conversation on how he believes the Cumulus dispute with Sean Hannity and Rush Limbaugh signals a decline in conservative “hate talk” radio.
“It’s simple,” he asserted, “Even the lunatic cable TV and right-wing crazy radio networks, they only have so much time that they can devote to female hate freaks or any kind of hate freaks, like Malkin or her gutter-mouthed sister Ann Coulter. There’s a limited amount of real freakish hate time available.”

He concluded: “That’s the case with all the hate talkers, whether you’re talking about Rush, whether you’re talking about Hannity, whether you’re talking about [Michael] Savage, all of ‘em.”

Now, many will email me on this subject, calling me a hypocrite on the war on women. I would tend to agree.......that is if these two where actually women. Minus a vagina, these two are the farthest from being human let alone women.

I have blogged many times on these two vile "wolves in sheep's clothing". There is a huge difference in being a "strong willed women" and hate hags like Coulter and Malkin!

If you visit the Talibangelical sites this am, they are up in arms, that these two - the darlings of the American Taliban are being ridiculed for what they really are.

There are a host of other female "patriots" as well that fit this title, Dana Loesch comes to mind, but Loesch is more like a "tales from the crypt" keeper than a hate hag - although she can be as disgusting as two aforementioned hate hags.

If this offends you, watch the thousands of clips I have seen - regarding these hate hags, listen to the endless number of audio taps on all three of these cretins. If after this - these "women", these "Teahadists" do not repulse you - then welcome to the club, that being the hate hag club.

If you applaud the actions of any "women"  like Malkin, Coulter, and Loesch, congratulations, you just may be a GOPer.

Tampons Don’t Kill People. Republicans Do!

TEXAS AMERICAN TALIBANERS RATCHET UP STUPID!

In case you missed it yesterday, the state of Texas upped its ignorance and stupidly to a level that is matched by.......none!

Yesterday, Texas feared for its life, so much so that it banned weapons of mass destruction from entering the state capitol - so that its state law makers could conduct the toughest proposed draconian abortion laws this country has to offer.
“We have beefed up security today,” said Lt. Gov. David Dewhurst, speaking from the floor of the Texas Senate this afternoon. “We will not tolerate any outbursts.”

Before entering the states capitol to view the proceedings, security guards searched for these weapons of mass destruction. These weapons where not guns, no, as astounding at this sounds, guns where allowed into the state capitol. The destructive weapon that had the Talibangelicals crapping their depends - none other than the dreaded "Tampon". Yes that's right, a feminine product used during menstrual cycles.

Speaking of salt in the wound. This extra slap in the face - is yet another stake in the heart of women's rights.

I have said on many occasions, that nothing is beyond the pale of these disgusting humans that call themselves "American Patriots", conservatives and Republicans. Patriots of what, ignorance, racism, of putting the boot on the neck of women, minorities and the poor?

Ho Lee Fuk! Where in the hell did this "American" train fall off its rails? What does is say about the morphing of intelligence in humans, when guns are allowed into churches, grocery stores, and capitol buildings, and yet something as innocent as a tampon, suddenly becomes a dangerous weapon. Again Ho Lee Fuk!

Be advise women of Texas, if you are indeed on your period, please make sure you check your weapons at the door! But don't fear Guns Over People, if you happened to be hugging your gun, and you have your concealed carry permit, you're all set to go! Go right in.

When the news about the no tampon rule spread on Twitter, women could not contain their outrage and I found this gem [letter below] addressing the troglodytes of the Texas Senate, and it goes like this:
From Margaret and Helen
Best Friends for Sixty Years and Counting…
Margaret, last night there was a rally at the Texas State Capitol to let Rick Perry and the Republican controlled house and Senate know that Texas women have had enough of this backward ass war on women. And do you know what those crazy asshats did? They confiscated everyone’s feminine hygiene napkins at the door. Now there is some good bullshit if you ask me.
As God as my witness, you could legally carry a concealed weapon into the Texas Capitol but you had to surrender your tampons. I can only assume the Texas legislators… I guess Rick Perry decided… The State Troopers.. You know what, Margaret? For the first time in my life I’m speechless. What in God’s name has gotten into these yahoos?
If Rick Perry, a C minus college student, can be trusted with making his own healthcare decisions, why the hell can’t my A+ college graduated daughter do the same? Pro-life my ass. Perry is about as pro-life as any governor who has presided over hundreds of executions. Which is to say Perry is about 250 executions short of being pro-life. And for the record, pro-choice does not mean pro-abortion. Being pro-choice means you trust women to make the right decisions for themselves and their families when it comes to healthcare.
And Rick Perry might not be running for governor again, but those two morons Abbott and Costello… I mean Abbott and Dewhurst are and they make Perry look almost sane. So this fight isn't over. I’m in this for the long run. Are you with me Wendy?
Texas women might have lost the battle but we sure as hell plan to win the war. And they can pry the tampon from my cold, dead hands. I mean it. Really.

Many things that the American Taliban does garners ire within me, and there is no doubt that this is indeed created to incite anger within the ranks of women and humans in support of a women's right of choice! This is the "na-na-na-na" in your face, I win you lose mentality.

Pasty white, two dollar hair cut authoritarians! If your truly worried about projectiles hitting you, I am quite sure the power and speed of a bullet is way more tragic than the velocity of a tossed or harpooned tampon.

For the umpteenth time ladies, stop voting for the American Taliban, for if not, your right to vote is next to be lost!

I know what you're thinking Texas Senate. "Did she have six tampons in her purse or only five?"... Do I feel lucky? Well, do ya, punk?

Texas state republicans, you have earned two awards this day: Assholes of the year, and worst persons of the world for the year. Congratulations asshats, well deserved!

FOX NEWS, "AIDING AND ABETTING

The Tea Party, one steaming heaping pile of dog poo.

A number of Tea Party activists are turning their back on Fox News, claiming the news network is becoming too liberal. According to The Daily Beast, disgruntled conservatives are boycotting the right-leaning news network, their second such action.
“Particularly after the election, Fox keeps turning to the left,” said 70-year-old Stan Hjerlied to the Beast. After the network dropped its obsessive focus on the raid on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi and Fox News CEO Roger Ailes gave an interview in which he said the Republican Party needs to retool its message on immigration, Hjerlied believes that “we are really losing our only conservative network.”

The current boycott was in its third day Saturday, the second such action by the Tea Party this month. Organizers claim that by tuning out, they were able to cost the network 20 percent of its audience in the previous boycott, a claim the Daily Beast dismissed.

According to the Beast’s David Freedlander, “A Daily Beast analysis of the same data showed that the boycott had little effect.”

Nonetheless, the boycotters, led by Kathy Amidon of Nashville, TN, insist that they are having an effect on Fox’s coverage.
“We have seen FOX suddenly get very loud about Benghazi after the 1st boycott, but conservatives are conservative because they are not stupid,” reads the boycott website, Benghazi-Truth. “We recognize, easily, loud noise which is low on substance. In other words, by whining loudly about Benghazi without the kind of hard-hitting investigative reporting that brought down Nixon over Watergate, what we are seeing from FOX IMO is smoke and mirrors; a trick, to fool us into dutifully genuflecting at their alter [sic] of their arrogant hosts who throw us crumbs with one hand while insulting us with the other. If we want FOX to get serious, we’re going to have to keep hitting them hard. And that is just exactly what we’re going to do.”

One boycotter, former New Hampshire state legislator Kevin Avard, said that he finds it difficult to go without his daily dose of right-wing commentary. “I am having withdrawal. I do like Fox News. I have been going to CNN, and to Headline News just to get some kind of fix. I usually probably only watch them once or twice a year.”

Hjerlied, on the other hand, is staying within familiar ideological waters during the 4-day boycott, which began Thursday and ends on Sunday morning.
“If I want news, I go to Breitbart News and Drudge [because noting says honest news like Breitbart and Druge] and I can find all the news I need, very quickly,” he said, noting that since the first boycott, he has all but “kicked” the Fox News “habit” for good. “I used to have it on all day long, and I probably watched maybe six hours last week,” he said. “The more I looked at it, I have come to the conclusion that Fox is not as fair and balanced as I thought. They shade the truth also.” Boycotters have listed their agenda, that Fox become “the right-wing CBS News: to break stories, to break information, and to do what news organizations have always done with such stories: break politicians.” They have also demanded that the network feature ”at least one segment on Benghazi every night on two of its prime-time shows; that Fox similarly devote investigative resources to discovering the truth of Obama’s birth certificate; and that the network cease striving to be ‘fair and balanced.“We need Fox to turn right,” Hjerlied said. “We think this is a cover-up and Fox is aiding and abetting it. This is the way Hitler started taking over Germany, by managing and manipulating the news media.”
