When Roger West first launched the progressive political blog "News From The Other Side" in May 2010, he could hardly have predicted the impact that his venture would have on the media and political debate. As the New Media emerged as a counterbalance to established media sources, Roger wrote his copious blogs about national politics, the tea party movement, mid-term elections, and the failings of the radical right to the vanguard of the New Media movement. Roger West's efforts as a leading blogger have tremendous reach. NFTOS has led the effort to bring accountability to mainstream media sources such as FOX NEWS, Breitbart's "Big Journalism. BULLETS, BOMBS, CHEATER, AGENDA 21, OH MY!

KATRINA PIERSON LUNATIC FRINGE POSER

It all makes sense now

Extreme Nutter Katrina Pierson, Clownstick's mouth piece - facts are emerging that Pierson is a unemployment cheat and agenda 21 conspiracy theorist.

While much of the recent attention surrounding Katrina Pierson has focused on her bullet necklace, the national spokesperson for Donald Trump’s presidential campaign has also come under scrutiny for both improperly claiming unemployment benefits and pushing the “Agenda 21” conspiracy theory.

According to the National Journal, Pierson received $11,440 in benefits between 2012 and 2013, when she did volunteer work for Sen. Ted Cruz’s (R-TX) run for office. However, state rules say that anyone receiving unemployment should be actively looking for a paid position while doing so.

The Texas Observer reported last year that in 2011, Pierson led classes for Waco Tea Party members warning them about “Agenda 21,” a popular conservative conspiracy theory claiming that a nonbinding plan approved by United Nations officials in 1992 was really a vehicle for the organization to seize control of the US.

Pierson told the Observer that she led similar discussions in Arizona, Washington D.C., Kansas and several other states and considered it her full-time job, arguing that “[when] you realize that you’ve been lied to your whole life, it’s an eye-opening experience.”

The Journal also noted that Pierson turned against Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-SC) for supporting Sen. Marco Rubio’s (R-FL) bid for the GOP nomination, just two months after publicly praising him to fellow Tea Party supporters.

Pierson complained on Twitter that Gowdy “lost all credibility when he nominated John Boehner for Speaker so he’s perfect for Marco Rubio.” But on Oct. 26, an email in Pierson’s name went out seeking help “drafting” Gowdy to become House Speaker, despite the fact that Gowdy stated he was not interested in the position.

“These outside groups use members’ names, not just his, without their knowledge and mislead people to think they support or are connected to a group when they are not,” a spokesperson for Gowdy said after reading the email.

Pierson joined Trump’s campaign two weeks after that email was sent.

NFTOS ISSUES BULLSHI*T ALERT

FOX NEWS BULLSHI*TS LIKE NO OTHER

Rachel Maddow last night tore into Fox News for jumping the smoking gun on the IRS scandal, and the Republican party for being too focused on their personal concerns over ACORN and Obamacare to pursue actual policy. Even though people may view people like Rush Limbaugh and Bill O’Reilly as GOP leaders, Maddow said the party needs to be more concerned with policy than the media it embraces, declaring the right to have a “nonsense problem” and the GOP to be “unsuited for policy at this time.”

Maddow brought up how Fox News (O’Reilly, Hannity and company) is now pouncing on a report that former IRS commissioner Douglas Shulman visited the White House 157 times during his term, immediately lumping it in with other smoking guns conservatives have touted as the one thing that would finally topple Obama’s house of cards. Maddow explained how the report was debunked, and yet O’Reilly continues to report on it as if it was never corrected. Maddow even mockingly suggested O’Reilly was too busy watching videos of marching penguins to notice the new information.

Maddow noted that in a report released about the GOP’s youth voter outreach, when people were asked about who they think the Republican leaders are, they identified people like O’Reilly and Limbaugh and Glenn Beck. She linked this to how actual Republican leaders in Congress seem more gung-ho about things like defunding ACORN (which doesn’t exist anymore) and repealing Obamacare rather than focusing on actual policy.

Maddow said it’s hard to predict what will happen when Republicans are forced to talk about “real things,” citing Mitch McConnell linking Obamacare to rising student loan rates.
“The Republican party has a nonsense problem when it comes to policy, and it comes right from the top. If you do not like policy, that’s fine… but in Washington, the fact that one of the two parties is just unsuited for policy at this time–it is not their strong suit–that right now is a problem.”

There is a reason why Fox News viewers are the dumbest in our land. Maddow debunks the bullshit artists yet again. When do viewers of Faux News understand that they are being fed a huge heaping steaming pile of dog poo?

If you want to become a master of bullshit - there is no better place to hone your skills than watching endless hours of Faux News.

BULLSHIT ARTISTS

USE THIS BAG WHEN GETTING FACTS FROM LISTED NEWS SOURCES

Republican politicians, conservative talk show hosts, conservative authors, and all Fox News media types - are all very capable of convincing their unlettered followers of bullshit they emit. From Benghazi, to Presidential birth certificates, the heaping pile of steaming dog shit that oozes from these media outlets - is exponentially massive.

Republicans often talk about the media's "liberal bias", and while MSNBC promotes a progressive message during their prime time line-up, the news organization often tags themselves with the slogan "lean forward." But at least they are honest about their positions and their reporting.

NFTOS has covered numerous Faux News stories [and other right wing-nut news sources] - where the "fair and balanced" aficionados, at best, have had a problem with facts - frequently stretching the limits between fact and fiction. [If you use NFTOS search engine you shall see 8 pages of bullshit labeled to Fox News].

Faux News is not the only conservative information source that struggles with telling the truth. Below is a list of 50 bullshit artists, a guide if you will - a who's who of conservative news fecal matter masters.

Why are "contemporary" Republicans so full of shit? How did the party of Lincoln, Teddy Roosevelt and General Eisenhower get taken over by such lying, thieving, self-serving scoundrels?

To often is the case, that the radicals on the right try to demonize anyone who is willing to tell the truth. The real truth however is, that the majority of the right wing-nut media outlets (TV, radio, internet, print) are owned by big corporations [Koch Whores] who try to protect the radical conservative archaic ideology. From big news outlets to small time blogs, there are many places that you want to avoid when trying to get good news and information.
