CNN TAKES NEW LOW ROAD TO HIRE TRIMP BULLY LEWANDOWSKI

CNN hires commentators with a variety political viewpoints and affiliations. Some are Democratic and Republican operatives. Some have previously worked with candidates running for President or other offices.

In that sense, the announcement that Donald Trump’s former campaign manager, Corey Lewandowski, would be joining CNN as a paid contributor is par for the course. Lewandowski was fired from the Trump campaign on Monday.

But there is one aspect of Lewandowski’s hiring that is highly unusual. Lewandowski is not only a Trump loyalist but legally prohibited from criticizing Trump, his family, or any of his businesses.

We know for sure that Lewandowski signed a non-disclosure agreement, prohibiting him from talking about the work he did with Trump.

We also know that the standard agreement that all volunteers with the Trump campaign are required to sign included a non-disparagement agreement. The Daily Dot reported that in March. Here is the key section:

No Disparagement. During the term of your service and at all times thereafter you hereby promise and agree not to demean or disparage publicly the Company, Mr. Trump, any Trump Company, any Family Member, or any Family Member Company or any asset any of the foregoing own, or product or service any of the foregoing offer, in each case by or in any of the Restricted Means and Contexts and to prevent your employees from doing so.

Note that the standard non-disparagement agreement does not terminate when the person is no longer work for the campaign — it extends in perpetuity.

The Associated Press reported Tuesday that nearly all employees, including Lewandowski, signed agreements prohibiting them from criticizing Trump.

CNN reporter Jeff Zeleny reported earlier this week that “anyone who works for the Trump campaign signs a nondisclosure agreement, so he cannot disparage or anything like that at all.”

Asked repeatedly earlier this week whether he signed a non-disparagement agreement with Trump, Lewandowski refused to answer.

His early interviews, however, do not suggest that he is free to criticize Trump. In his first interview after being fired (coincidentally or not, with CNN) he repeatedly passed on any opportunity to criticize Trump or his campaign.

DEMS HOUSE SIT-IN

House Democrats shouted over Speaker Paul Ryan (R-WI) late Tuesday night as he attempted to reconvene the chamber following their sit-in protest.

Ryan returned to the chamber just after 10 p.m. EST, at which point C-SPAN resumed its broadcast. Its cameras were shut down earlier in the day, forcing Rep. Scott Peters (D-CA) and others to use the Periscope online app to broadcast speeches from Rep. John Lewis (D-GA) and several others.

The protest called for an expansion of background checks on gun sales, as well as a move to ban people on the terrorist watch list and government “no fly” list from being able to buy firearms. Critics have argued that the latter proposal would only enable further racial profiling against Arab-Americans.

"IT'S RARE THAT YOU SEE SOMEONE GET STUPIDER BEFORE YOUR EYES"

Billionaire businessman Mark Cuban was once friends with GOP candidate Donald Trump. But that relationship seems to have gone south in the course of Trump’s bid for president.

Recently, Dallas Mavericks owner and “Shark Tank” star Cuban was asked by Extra to weigh in on Trump — and his response was not flattering.
“You know what? It’s rare that you see someone get stupider before your eyes, but he’s really working at it,'” Cuban said. “You have to give him credit. It’s a difficult thing to do, but he’s accomplished it.”
Cuban also revealed he hasn’t talked to Trump in weeks.

“He sent me an email when I started picking on him,” Cuban said. “What happened was I really didn’t like Ted Cruz, so I started helping Donald, tried to encourage him, ’cause I thought he’d be, and to this day thought he’d be a better candidate than Ted Cruz… But at some point, you’ve got to start learning and understanding the issues, you know? Donald has been at this a year but you don’t look at him and say, ‘Wow, he’s gotten so much smarter on this topic or that topic.’ In fact, you look at him and say, ‘What the hell are you talking about?’ That’s not good for America.”

Cuban challenged Extra host Renee Bargh to name one good deal Trump has done.

“I can’t,” she said.
“Neither can he,” Cuban shot back, adding, “He’d get kicked out of ‘Shark Tank’ so fast, it would make your head spin.”

"DIXIECRATS", A CURRENT LOOK AT THE GOP IN JUST TWO MINUTES

Samantha Bee revisited the GOP’s approach to racial politics on Monday, arguing that Donald Trump isn’t bringing anything new, despite what he claims.
“Trump isn’t desecrating the Republican Party,” she explained. “He’s just peeling back the glossy exterior to reveal the hideous symbiont that’s been lurking there for decades.”
As Richard Nixon embraced the “Southern Strategy,” Bee said, Republicans became a home for “Dixiecrats” who felt displaced after the signing of both the Civil Rights Act and the Voting Rights Act.
“I am not saying all racists are Republican or that all Republicans are racists,” she added for clarification. “They are absolutely not. I am saying that for half a century, the GOP, in order to win elections, has relied on an uneasy coalition of two opposing interests.”

It’s a gun issue Stupid…

So it hit me around 3 pm last Sunday that Omar Mateen, American citizen by birth, 24 hours earlier represented exactly what the NRA is trying to protect - an natural born American citizens right to own a gun to protect and serve himself and/or the public. This was a man who was licensed to be a security officer. Who was presumably vetted multiple times, and continuously evaluated for mental stability as an officer licensed to carry a weapon. That is until the moment he snapped. The concept of a good guy with a gun is a fleeting one. This whack-job proves it.

That does NOT mean all of you gun toters are, nor does it mean you'll snap one day too. It is a reflection on why I find the concept “the good guy with a gun” so laughable. Not everyone with a gun is good, not everyone without a gun is a wimp or victim in waiting.

When the second amendment was conceived both the government of Great Britain and the citizens of the colonies had weapons that were similar. That could be repeatedly fired only as fast as they could pull a trigger. Bambie may be fast, but shooting her at 700 rounds per minute doesn't strike me as sport, nor will it leaving you with much to mount in way of a trophy. Swiss cheese venison anyone?

Face it. With that crows its the bigger the boom, the bigger the giggle.

Everyone seems to be wringing their hands over the terror plot the FBI missed. Did they?

The FBI investigated an American-born citizen who had committed no crime. Who showed a propensity for anger and aggressive behavior –like many a tea bagger I might add. Regardless, that is not criminal!

What would you have them do? Maybe if they put him on a watch list and prevented him from buying guns! Hey, what would the NRA say about that - An American-born citizen accused of being angry, who committed no crime, denied the right to buy a gun.!

Then the discussion becomes a Second Amendment issue. And this was my point. Common Sense dictates we should have placed this clown on a no buy list. Its time we start being really “well regulated”.

ANDERSON COOPER IS ALL OVER PAM BONDI

While stressing that he does not like becoming part of his own stories, CNN host Anderson Cooper rebuked Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi on Wednesday night after she accused him of misrepresenting their interview a day earlier, the Daily Beast reported.
“Let’s be real here,” said Cooper. “Ms. Bondi’s big complaint seems to be that I asked in the wake of a massacre of gay and lesbian citizens about her new statements about the gay community and about her old ones.”
The 360 host grilled Bonding on Tuesday over her attempt to portray herself as an ally to LGBT communities given her past policies.
“You said in court that gay people, simply by fighting for marriage equality, were trying to do harm to the people of Florida,” he said at the time. “Do you really think you’re a champion of the gay community?”
Bondi subsequently complained that a clip of the interview posted online did not show them discussing possible charity scams against people looking to donate in service of victims of the mass shooting against an Orlando LGBT nightclub over the weekend.

VIDEO COURTESY OF CNN

Instead, she said, Cooper was out to “encourage anger and hate.”

Cooper responded by noted that besides airing the interview live, CNN posted it online in its entirety, and that Bondi was “either mistaken or not telling the truth.”
“The fact is that Attorney General Bondi signed off on a 2014 federal court brief that claimed married gay people would ‘impose significant public harm,'” he said. “Ms. Bondi is championing efforts to help survivors, but the very right that allows gay spouses to bury their loved ones. That’s a right that wouldn’t exist if she had her way. I think it is fair to ask about that.”
Bondi also claimed during the interview that her website featured “different-colored, rainbow-hands people.” That claim was inaccurate.

DAN SAVAGE ON CLOWNSTICK

Activist Dan Savage bluntly rebuked Donald Trump on Tuesday for his response to the Orlando mass shooting attack.
“We’re not gonna fall for it,” Savage told MSNBC host Chris Hayes. “You can’t draw a clean line between the LGBT community and the Muslim community because there are LGBT Muslims in the United States and all over the world. Muslims are a part of the LGBT community, not distinct from it. LGBT people come from all races, all faiths, all ethnic backgrounds, all classes. And Donald Trump attempting to pit the queer community against the Muslim community is not going to fly. We don’t believe him.”
The presumptive GOP presidential candidate has already drawn heavy criticism — including from within his own party — for doubling down on his call to ban Muslim immigration into the US in the wake of the attack. Hayes argued that Trump had also employed “a certain kind of European right-wing politics” in which he uses anti-Muslim and anti-immigration rhetoric to paint himself as an ally to LGBT Americans.
“Hillary Clinton can never claim to be a friend of the gay community as long as she continues to support immigration policies that bring Islamic extremists to our country and who suppress women, gays and anyone else who doesn't share their views or values,” Trump said. “Ask yourself, who really is the friend of women and the LB and LBGT community: Donald Trump with his actions or Hillary Clinton with her words?”
But Savage argued that Trump has also promised to undo the legality of same-sex marriage.
“Donald Trump is the enemy of the LGBT community just as he is the enemy of the Muslim community,” said Savage. “Beating up on what is in the United States a vulnerable minority group isn't the way that you impress other members of other vulnerable minority groups to win their support.”

BEE COMPLETELY EXCORIATES SMALL PENIS NRA TYPES

An emotional Samantha Bee opened Full Frontal on Monday night, and immediately went off on America’ response to yet another mass shooting by attacking the shooter, the NRA, Florida Gov. Rick Scott and a gun culture that enabled a man to slaughter 49 people in an Orlando nightclub.
“The standard operating procedure is that you stand on stage and deliver some well-meaning words about how we will all get through this together, how love wins, how love conquers hate,” she began. “And that is great and that is beautiful. But you know what? Fuck it! I’m too angry for that! Love does not win unless we start loving each other enough to fix our fucking problems!”

VIDEO COURTESY OF TBS

With that she was off saying, “Mass shootings have become so frequent in this country that the only thing that will stop a bad guy with a gun is another bad guy with a gun who coincidentally came to shoot up the same place.”

Bee also lashed out at the NRA’s support of assault weapons, saying, “We can’t constitutionally get rid of all guns, but can’t we get semi-automatic assault rifles out of the hands of civilians? Yes! Sam Bee wants to take your guns away. The ones that mow down a room full of people in a second! Yes, I do want to take those guns away. These high-capacity penis substitutes.

OLIVER ONCE AGAIN SLAMS TRUMP

After opening his show with a stirring tribute to the victims of the Orlando shooter, Last Week Tonight host John Oliver got back to the business of comedy, lecturing Hillary Clinton to not get into a Twitter war with Donald Trump.

Last week Clinton responded to a tweet from Trump with the Twitter chestnut “delete your account,” which generated over a half million likes for the presumptive Democratic nominee.

As Oliver noted, “likes on Twitter” are worthless.
“Getting a lot of likes does not necessarily mean you’ve accomplished something good,” the HBO host stated. “Incidentally that is a sentence anyone under the age of twenty should frame and hang in their bedroom. Because there are two problems with telling Donald Trump to delete his account. First, he’s never going to to do that. Even when he’s dead for fifty years, he’ll somehow be tweeting from beyond the grave with, ‘Met God. Very disappointing, dopey beard. Can’t even lift a heavy rock that he himself created. Sad.’ And, second, you just moved this fight on to his turf, which is a huge mistake.”

Oliver warned Clinton to not engage with Trump online because he is an “ego goblin who feeds on verbal filth.”

Describing Trump’s tweets, Oliver summed them up quite accurately.
“Hillary, you are not going to beat Donald Trump at social media,” he explained. “His tweets are the Tom Cruise’s of tweets: short and unhinged — but you kind of can’t look away.”

KATRINA PIERSON IS JUST GALLACTICALLY STUPID

Fuckface Von Clownstick spokesperson Katrina Pierson quickly painted Mitt Romney as a sore loser on Friday after the former governor slammed the prospect of her employer becoming president.
“I think Mitt Romney’s really just upset because when he did attack Donald Trump on his business, Donald Trump let the whole world know that he had a Gucci store that was worth more than Mitt Romney,” Pierson told CNN host Wolf Blitzer. “So this is just sour grapes.”
The tete-a-tete between the Trump campaign and the GOP’s 2012 presidential candidate touched off when Romney rejected the idea of voting for the real estate magnate, saying that he could generate “trickle-down racism, trickle-down bigotry, [and] trickle-down misogyny” if he were to be elected.

VIDEO COURTESY OF CNN

“As an individual I simply can’t put my name down as someone who voted for principles that suggest racism or xenophobia, misogyny, bigotry, who’s been vulgar time and time again,” Romney told Blitzer.

Pierson responded by mocking Romney’s stance.
“There’s somehow a concept that being against Donald Trump is somehow against your values, against your integrity,” she said. “The last time I checked, if your values included surrendering the Supreme Court, giving up the First Amendment, Second Amendment and all those that follow, if those are your values, then maybe you should vote for Hillary Clinton because that’s what’s going to happen if these Republicans don’t support their nominee — which is what they asked all of us to do when it was Mitt Romney.”

MUSLIM SOCIAL JUSTICE WARRIOR

Angry supporters of presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump are calling on Speaker of the House Paul Ryan to resign after he characterized Trump’s attacks on a Mexican-American judge “racist.”
“Politically correct ‘Social Justice Warrior,’ and complete MORON Paul Ryan is busy once again helping his good friends Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama by attacking his own parties [sic] frontrunner,” wrote Amy Moreno at TruthFeed.com.
“Thanks to Paul Ryan’s incorrect and hysterical statements referring to Trump as a RACIST, over an issue Ryan clearly does not understand, Obama’s White House is now taking his word as ‘gospel’ and referring to Trump a ‘racist.’” Moreno fumed.
On Tuesday, Ryan was asked for his thoughts on Trump’s repeated attacks on U.S. District Judge Gonzalo Curiel, the judge presiding over the fraud case against Trump’s scam real estate seminar program, Trump University. The candidate has repeatedly stated that Curiel is incapable of handling the fraud case impartially because he is Mexican American.

Ryan said, “Claiming a person can’t do their job because of their race is sorta like the textbook definition of a racist comment.”

The Speaker went on to say that he plans to support Trump, nonetheless, against Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton.

That was not enough, however, to placate Trump supporters like Moreno.
“What Paul Ryan said about Donald Trump is false. Ryan’s irresponsible comments were based on his own ignorance of the facts, fear-mongering, and outright lies,” she wrote.
“We believe that The Speaker of The House is working tirelessly to usurp the will of the people by lying and slandering the frontrunner of his own party,” Moreno went on. “Based on Paul Ryan’s words and actions we believe he is absolutely incapable of representing his party as Speaker of The House and we are calling on Speaker Paul Ryan to step down immediately.”
Commentators on Moreno’s post appeared to agree.
“Ryan has a knife in his back pocket willing to stab Trump in the back at any given opportunity. Trump is NOT RACIST!” wrote one.
Another said, “Paul Ryan, you are a DISGRACE! You need to step down as Speaker! The only ones you appear to answer to is Obama and his thugs!”
“Traitor Ryan, you are a total FRAUD! You are NOT a true conservative. You want open borders, yet you have a wall around your house and 24/7 security guards protecting your house. But the American people don’t deserve the same?? DUMP RYAN, VOTE FOR PAUL NEHLEN!!” said another.
“RYAN TURNED MUSLIM A FEW MONTHS BACK, HE NEEDS KICKED OUT,” another commentator claimed.

"TRUMP, HE ISN'T WHAT THE GOP STANDS FOR - HE'S WHAT THEY BEND OVER FOR

Samantha Bee celebrated the country’s “Trumpiversary” by ripping both the Republicans and the media outlets who made Donald Trump’s ascent to the party’s presidential nomination possible, including House Speaker Paul Ryan.

Bee pointed out that less than six months after saying Trump’s rhetoric was “not what this party stands for,” the congressman and former vice-presidential candidate endorsed the real estate mogul.
“He’s right — Trump isn’t what Republicans stand for,” she said. “He’s what they bend over for.”
VIDEO COURTESY OF TBS

But Trump would never have been in position to clinch the nomination, she argued, had he not been covered so heavily by cable news outlets, to the point where MSNBC showed an empty podium for an hour before one of his speeches instead of covering an actual policy speech by Democrat Hillary Clinton.

It did not help that when communities of color or Rep. Keith Ellison raised red flags about the appeal of Trump’s anti-immigrant and anti-Muslim remarks to white conservatives, commentators like ABC News’ George Stephanopoulos laughed them off — in Ellison’s case, literally.

“The only way that could happen is if people like you give [Trump] $3 billion in free advertising,” she quipped.

John Oliver Let's Trump and His University Have It

Last Week Tonight host John Oliver devoted the opening segment of his show last night to the widening scandal over Donald Trump’s fraudulent Trump University — and his commentary rivaled his Drumpf episode.

After touching upon Trump’s racist comments about Judge Gonzalo Curiel’s decision to release documents on the get-rich-quick school, the host took a deep dive into revelations about the so-called “university” and its “hand-picked instructors.”

“Trump University wasn’t even a university. Which makes you wonder what the fuck was in Trump Steaks?” Oliver said before suggesting the steaks might possibly have been possum meat.
“But the name was just the beginning,” he continued. “Because, remember how he had ‘handpicked instructors?’ Well, according to his own depositions, he did not personally select instructors for live seminars, and he was unable to recall the names of key faculty members.”

Oliver added, “According to the sworn testimony from several former employees, many instructors and mentors had no experience buying and selling real estate. In fact, one had previously worked as a salesman for Lowe’s, while another had been district manager for Buffalo Wild Wings.”

After pointing out that a former employee claimed the school was in the business of selling “false hopes and lies,” Oliver conceded that Trump University did have some similarities to real schools, puckishly adding, “Every university has sold some of its students false hopes and lies. It’s just that most of the time they call it a ‘theatre arts degree.'”

After detailing high pressure techniques found in the Trump University “typo-ridden playbooks” — telling salespeople to not let prospective students walk because, “Money is never a reason for not enrolling in Trump University; if they really believe in you and your product they will find the money. You are not doing any favor by letting someone use lack of money as an excuse,” — Oliver unloaded on Trump.
“’Lack of money is not an excuse’ is not what single parents need to hear, it is what Donald Trump needs to hear when a fifth company of his inevitably files for Chapter 11 bankruptcy,” he exclaimed.
Noting that prospective students were also promised an opportunity to have their picture taken with the great man himself, Oliver pointed out that those pictures were taken with a cardboard cutout of Trump instead.
“That is actually a perfect metaphor for Trump University. You’re expecting the real thing, but in the end, all you get is a tacky two-dimensional façade with Donald Trump’s face slapped on it,” he smirked.

Degrasse Tyson Slams Clownstick Followers

While visiting Bill Maher last Friday, astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson ripped into America’s educational system which he blames for voters voting for presumptive GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump.

It all started with host Bill Maher lambasting the protesters in San Jose who attacked Trump supporters earlier in the week.
” I was watching these protestors yesterday,” Maher said, “I mean there were people pelting Donald Trump supporters. These are liberals who hate Donald Trump — and I understand why Mexican folks hate Donald Trump — and there is nothing that ruins the high from a fascist rally like an egg in the face.”
Daily Beast editor Jon Avlon concurred, saying they couldn't have helped Trump anymore if they had been paid by him.

deGrasse Tyson then jumped in and went on a rant over Trump supporters and the educational system he claims is responsible for them.

VIDEO COURTESY OF HBO

“As an educator I care about the population and the electorate,” he explained. “And all this attention going to complain about Donald Trump. You’re not really complaining about Donald Trump, there’s a major portion of the electorate who likes him, and so they are your obvious object of your ire. Then shouldn’t you be looking at the educational system that somehow allows people to not think about data, to not think about what is or is not true in this world?”
“You can knock Trump out of the contest and the population that supports him will just wait for the next one to rise up and you have to beat the next one over the head!”

NINA TURNER GETS EDUCATED

Alisyn Camerota shut down a Bernie Sanders surrogate who insisted the Vermont senator had a path to winning the Democratic presidential nomination.

Camerota asked Nina Turner, the former Ohio state senator, how the Sanders campaign planned to promote Democratic Party unity after the primary race ended — but the campaign surrogate argued the nomination remained up for grabs, reported Mediaite.
“Sen. Sanders will continue in this race because millions of folks who already voted for him, and we still have millions of folks in this country yet to vote — and it is not over on Tuesday, contrary to what the media wants to say, it’s far from over,” Turner said.
VIDEO COURTESY OF CNN

Camerota explained the race was already over, and she laid out the math backing her assertion.
“Here’s why we say it is over on Tuesday,” Camerota said. “It’s the math. (Hillary) Clinton needs 9 percent of the remaining delegates. He needs 107 percent of the remaining delegates. There’s not a poll in the world to show Bernie Sanders getting 107 percent of the remaining delegates, Nina.”
Sanders has said he will ask so-called super delegates to back him instead because some general election polls suggest he’s more likely to beat Donald Trump in the general election, although Clinton has won more votes and pledged delegates in the Democratic primary.

The Ten Commandments Rev 2.0

As told by Bill Pickering

Move over Moses, Republican Jesus is here and he’s pissed. All you weak, frail libtards need to leave Merica now. He’s just minted a revised Ten Commandments – The American Edition. He saw me in my cammo gear, coming back from a sweaty weekend of paintball and invited my up the hill, in front of a burning Quran.

He said these will be found in the new version of Exodus – once all them terrorists, rapists and druggies leave to go back to Syria and Mexico The He laid the following on me –

I - I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, because it smells and is filthy and full of foreigners . You shall have no other gods before me, except the NFL, NASCAR, & pursuit of a dollar.

II - You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain, unless its used to damn the Hispanics, the welfare recipients, the informed without healthcare.

III - Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. Unless you’re not making your margin, then rotate and spilts shifts so you don’t have to pay overtime and make those lazy slobs who were too stupid to make a business of their own to work to cover your 24 x 7 internet business (remember – order online and you don’t have to pay sales tax!)

IV - Honor your father and your mother, Not you Mother and Mother, or Father and Father.

V - You shall not murder*. *except if you don’t like their skin tone, they’re not Christian, they’re foreign, you need their oil, they’re a gynecologist who will perform abortions, they’re the guv’nmint and they made too many laws restricting the 2nd Amendment.

VI - You shall not commit adultery*. *unless running for office, then its okay, just switch religions at every third divorce (see Newt Gingrich)

VII - “You shall not steal.

VIII - You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor; unless he’s running against you for office, you’ve poisoned his water, he’s informing someone about something you did that will hurt them

IX - You shall not covet your neighbor's house; just wait till he goes bankrupt and then you can buy it from the bank for pennies on the dollar. (see Donald Trump or attend Trump University for more information)

X - You shall not covet your neighbor's wife; especially if she’s a pig (I mean, c’mon just LOOK at that face). However, if she is really hot, you can.

"HE'S AMERICAN"

Katrina Pierson, Trumps not so intelligent mouthpiece insisted on Monday that she and her boss continue to “believe” that a federal judge in the Trump University case is Mexican even though he is a U.S. citizen.

At a rally last week in California, Trump attacked Judge Gonzalo Curiel for hearing a class-action lawsuit against Trump University, which former students have called a scam.
“I think Judge Curiel should be ashamed of himself. I think it’s a disgrace that he’s doing this,” Trump said. “The judge, who happens to be, we believe, Mexican…I think the Mexicans are going to end up loving Donald Trump.”
On Monday, CNN host Alisyn Camerota called out Pierson for attacks on the judge’s ethnicity.
“Katrina, ‘We believe he’s Mexican,’ what is that?” Camerota asked.
Pierson argued that suing Trump University was “like saying if you graduate from Harvard and you don’t have the same outcome in your profession as everyone else, you should sue Harvard. And that’s just simply absurd.”

VIDEO COURTESY OF CNN

“All sorts of things were over promised,” the CNN host interrupted, “that Donald Trump was going to playing a more active role than he was, that there was more of a rate of job success than really was true.”
Pierson replied: “I think what is really interesting about this particular judge — as Mr. Trump refers to him as a Trump hater — is he even mentions on his judicial questionnaire that he was a La Raza lawyers association member. This is an organization that has been out there organizing these anti-Trump protesters with the Mexican flags, they are pushing it, these signs have been very apparent.”

My 92 year old aunt sent me the following today:
“Some States (Maryland & Michigan) are allowing Muslim students to pray during school hours. If they allow that, then we should bring back our flags into the classrooms and allow others to pray too. Time for the Christians to speak up and demand their rights".
When we get 100,000,000, that's one hundred million, willing Christians to bond together, voice their concerns and vote, we can take back America with God's help.
Become one of the One hundred million..
Then let's get 200 million. It can be done just by sending this email to your friends.”
Oh, it didn't stop there. It went on to talk about how Harry Truman established the national day of prayer and how Obama “dismissed it”. You can read the full text here.

It always fascinates me how you can teach anyone over the age of 70 how to use email and the internet, but just like receiving those “you may have already won" mailers - they actually believe everything they read.

Yes, I love my auntie; but bless her heart, can she not imagine that if a Christian wants to pray in school, all the kid has to do is close his eyes and say a silent prayer? Yeah, look it up and you’ll find it true – that a school district somewhere is allowing Muslim children to go to a private room so they can observe the “salat”. Funny thing is, in at least one case, the kids using it – they’re high achieving. Wish I could say the same for Bubba’s kid.

What is it about this particular type of proselytizing Nazi’s that they have to shove their religion down everyone else's throats? They will never realize how they come across or how they’re ruining this country! These same zealots would go ape hit crazy if a Jehovah’s Witness cam to their door everyday; but they think its perfectly okay for little Zek or Molly to beat you child in to submission about believing their version of the bible.

Think of the flood of senseless email’s tweets, Facebook posts you see everyday. It’s the Muslim cuckoo clock going off warning us that there’s some Islamic plot to do some horrible act.

Live and let live I always say. I wont tell you about my religious beliefs or how I practice them, other than to say I’m actually a pretty religious guy. That’s because I believe strongly in the gospel, particularly Matthew 6:5

Just remember – bigotry is a lifestyle choice.

"THE WORLD IS YOUR OYSTER - BUT THE OYSTERS ARE DEAD"

Bill Maher last night had a message for the collegiate Class of 2045.
“I’d love to tell you kids that the world is your oyster — but the oysters are all dead,” said Maher, who delivered his message from the future — inside a climate-controlled dome. “Along with almost all species. But when that happened, did we give up and just start eating jellyfish? Well yes, of course we did.”
VIDEO COURTSEY OF HBO

Clad in a silver cap and gown, Maher sought to remind the outgoing graduates of the resilient society in which they lived.
“Did we panic during the Zika epidemic of 2018? No,” he argued. “And many of the pinheaded babies born that year have gone on to become fine Republican congressmen.”

DEBATE FOR AMERICA - BERNIE DEBATES TRUMP

Hillary Clinton may not debate Bernie Sanders ahead of the California primary election, but Donald Trump would love to debate the Vermont Senator, as he told Jimmy Kimmel on Wednesday night. Sanders, for his part, tweeted back:
“Game on. I look forward to debating Donald Trump in California before the June 7 primary.”
But we don’t have to wait to see what a debate between Sanders and Trump would be like. Because some have already happened. And they are hilarious. And there is video of it. Trump vs. Bernie Web/TV Series and live tour brought to you by the comedic genius of James Adomian (as Bernie) and Anthony Atamanuik (as Trump).

WHITE FOOTBALL PAYERS RAPE TEAMMATE WITH COAT HANGER

Three white high school football players from Dietrich, Idaho have been charged in the brutal sexual assault of a black teammate, The Washington Post reports. The alleged assault took place on October 23rd last year in the men’s locker room at Dietrich High School. Law enforcement officials allege that one of the football players restrained the victim while another shoved a coat hanger up his rectum and another repeatedly kicked the coat hanger.

Two of the alleged perpetrators, 18-year-old John R.K. Howard and 17-year-old Tanner Ward, are being charged as adults. An unnamed 16-year-old football player is being charged in the case as a juvenile. Howard has not yet filed a plea in the case and it isn’t yet known whether Ward has filed a plea, the Post says.

The unidentified victim’s family also filed a $10 million lawsuit earlier this month alleging that this vicious sexual assault was the culmination of a harassment campaign against him. The family alleges that his teammates would regularly insult him with racially charged terms and the suit alleges he was regularly called “‘Kool-Aid’ ‘chicken eater’ ‘watermelon’ and [the N-word],” the Post reports.

The lawsuit also alleges that the high school did nothing to stop the horrible physical and emotional abuse regularly inflicted upon the victim, who was particularly vulnerable due to “mental disorders including learning disabilities.”

May Howard and Ward receive the same treatment when they are incarcerated for their actions.

"I WANT NO PART OF A RACIST, HATEFUL PRESIDENCY"

The communications chair for the Young Republican National Federation criticized her party on the national level for supporting Donald Trump as she announced her resignation from the group, Fusion reported.
“Our social media accounts have already seen messages from people announcing their support of Donald Trump and invoking our organization. I cannot be part of that,” Katrina Jorgensen said in a statement on her Facebook page on Monday. “No matter how loud I am in my renouncement of Trump, my title will still betray me. I want no part of a racist, fascist, hateful presidency.”
Jorgensen said that her voice was tied to the party’s message in her role, and that she was quitting because she would not give up her principles.
“The role of the Communications Committee is to reach our members and the public with our positions in support of our parent party,” she wrote. “Unfortunately, the RNC has decided to embrace this candidate as our standard-bearer. So every press release, every tweet that does not denounce Trump will be seen as capitulating to the GOP.”
According to Fusion, the organization focuses on advocacy on behalf of Republicans between the ages of 18 and 40. Jorgensen called on other Young Republican leaders to “prayerfully consider their own positions” given that they were told in the past that they were the party’s future.
“If we have instead decided to uphold a man who does not represent us or our views — a man that has belittled war heroes, explicitly stated misogynist beliefs, relied on intimidation of minorities, insulted our international allies, rewarded violence, championed divisive rhetoric and proved completely uneducated in conservative fiscal policy — I cannot participate in that,” she said.

BEE GOES AFTER MANUFACURED ABORTION ISSUES

Samantha Bee continued her history lesson on the evangelical religious right — and their symbiotic relationship with the Republican Party.
“Last week, we took a look at the religious right — those coveted evangelical voters that conservatives spent decades pandering to only to be dumped just before November prom for a heretical billionaire bully who only says the word “God” when he is ejaculating on a pile of money,” Bee began.

VIDEO COURTESY OF TBS

“Many people think the new religious right arose as a response to the 1973 Roe v. Wade decision. But that’s not true”
Religious studies professor Randall Balmer explained that leaders like Jerry Falwell and Paul Wirke were looking for ways to extend their power in the American political process, following the founding of the Moral Majority in 1979.

Balmer explained, “They held a conference call to discuss the prospect of other political activities. Several people discussed possible issues and finally a voice on the end of one of the lines said, ‘How about abortion?'”

Bee then interviewed author and filmmaker Frank Schaeffer, who claimed to be instrumental in the founding of the modern anti-abortion movement.
“One of the things that I did back in the day when I was young was help found, start, begin what became known as the ‘pro-life movement.’ It is the single greatest regret of my life. We made a film series called ‘Whatever Happened to the Human Race‘ featuring my dad — Francis Schaeffer — and Dr. C. Everett Coop,” Schaeffer said.
“Most evangelical leaders didn’t want anything to do with it. They wanted to just preach Jesus. They thought politics was dirty. They didn’t want anything to do with it. We had to talk them into it.”
Schaeffer then explained how the GOP got involved in making the Moral Majority’s new anti-abortion agenda legitimate.
“One of the people who helped us do that was Jack Kemp. He brought in 50 senators and congressmen including Henry Hyde and Bob Dole and a bunch of other people and gave it respectability.”

Conservative Dipshit James O'Keefe, Still King of Douche-baggery

JAMES O'KEEFE, STILL THE KING OF DOUCHEBAGGERY

Conservative dipshit and once dead Breitbart protégé James O’Keefe - the idiot made a faux paus that toppled his own attempt to infiltrate a group funded by progressive billionaire George Soros because he couldn't hang up the phone, the New Yorker reported.

An audio has been floated around of O’Keefe’s call to the Open Society Foundations captures him identifying himself as “Victor Kesh” and leaving a message, only to tell an unidentified person about his plan because he failed to realize that he didn’t disconnect the line.

O’Keefe states in his voicemail to Dana Geraghty that, he “would like to get involved with you and aid what you do in fighting for, um, European values,” explaining that “Kesh” is a Hungarian-American.

After asking Geraghty for someone to contact and leaving a number, “Kesh” ends the call. But then O’Keefe can be heard telling someone, “Don’t say anything before I hang up the phone.”

O’Keefe then engaged in a 10-minute discussion about his actual plan regarding the group
“What needs to happen someone other than me to make a hundred phone calls like that,” he said.
At one point, “Kesh” says that he is opening Geraghty’s LinkedIn page in order to use the information to help ease his way into the Soros “octopus,” only to realize that doing so only reveals his own LinkedIn account to her.
“It was a little chilling to hear this group of men talking about me as a ‘point of entry,'” Geraghty said. “But — not to sound ageist — it was clear that these people were not used to the technology.”
She subsequently forwarded the voicemail to the foundation’s president, Chris Stone, who ridiculed their attempt to scam her.
“The Watergate burglars look good compared to these guys,” Stone said. “These guys can’t even figure out how to use an Internet browser, let alone conduct an undercover operation. You read the transcript and you can’t help but laugh. But the issues here aren't funny.
I am sure the ghost of Breitabart is proud James, and I' am sure you will see this as another accolade of success.

James O'Keefe, you are today's dumbest human in the world, congrats asshat!

STRIPPER AGE AND WEIGHT LIMITS?

Sophomoric Louisiana state House session was shamed into silence on Wednesday after a member proposed limiting the weight and age of erotic dancers in the state.

As discussion began on Wednesday of House Bill 468 — which would increase the age limit on strippers from 18 to 21 — it was clear from the cackling in the House chambers that male lawmakers were not taking the subject seriously.

After Rep. Walt Leger offered the bill, the first question came from Rep. Sam Jones.
“I appreciate you wanting to raise the minimum age,” Jones said. “Are you going to put a maximum age on that?”
“I’m open to suggestions,” Leger smiled as members of the House laughed. “I’m not looking to comment on anybody’s tastes.”

The first amendment offered by Rep. Kenneth Havard did exactly that: It insisted that dancers be “between twenty-one and twenty-eight years of age and shall be no more that [SIC] one hundred sixty pounds in weight.”

“In the spirit of this legislative session, I will offer up this amendment as a part of keeping the spirit alive of trimming the fat,” Havard quipped, drawing more cackling from the male lawmakers.

However, Havard quickly withdrew the amendment after Rep. Nancy Landry asked him how he could “not find this offensive.”

But it was the scolding from Republican Rep. Julie Stokes that brought the lawmakers’ fun to an end.
“I’ve got to say, looking out over this body, I’ve never been more repulsed to be part of it,” she said, silencing her colleagues. “I’m going to tell you one thing, the disrespect — and I saw it in 2013 in committee, and I’ve never been so disgusted to be part of a committee as I was in 2013, somebody made comments, like, ‘What if it’s a classy strip club like Cheetah’s in Atlanta?’ That’s not the way we behave in this body.”
“I don’t even know what Representative Havard was thinking,” she continued. “That’s a dangerous thing to do politically. It was a bad idea.”
Stokes suggested that the male politicians “look around at their own bodies, and their own daughters.”

“I refuse the spirit of everything that I heard,” she said. “And I can’t even believe the behavior in here. I think we need to call an end to this. I hear derogatory comments about women in this place regularly. I hear and I see women get treated differently than men, and I’m going to tell you what, you gave me a perfect forum to talk about it right now.”
“Because it has got to stop,” Stokes added. “That was utterly disrespectful and disgusting. I really don’t have anything left to say.”

FROM BIMBO TO BFF

For many viewers, Fox News host Megyn Kelly’s much-anticipated interview with Donald Trump on Monday night was a reminder of all the sexist things Trump’s said about her: that she’s a “bimbo,” she’s “crazy,” she’s got “blood coming out of her whatever.” At one point during the interview, Kelly even confronted Trump about his sexism, noting the infamous “bimbo” incident.
“Did I say that?” Trump asked, sheepishly. Kelly confirmed that he had. “Oof,” Trump responded. “Excuse me.”
Watching this exchange, followers of Trump’s whirlwind presidential run may have been confused. Why would Trump have granted this interview with Kelly, who he’s repeatedly called a bad reporter? What’s more, why would he subject himself to multiple reminders of how he’s mistreated her?

The reason, according to Trump himself, is that the interview was actually proof that he never mistreated Kelly at all. Speaking on a local Oregon radio station on Monday before the interview with Kelly aired, Trump said Kelly would not have asked him for a one-on-one if he was really all that sexist.
“Megyn Kelly called me — I didn’t call her, she called me, which I respect that she called me,” Trump told KXL News in Portland. “I say it with respect. And If I said something so bad, She wouldn’t have called me.”

This isn’t the first time Trump has suggested that his interview with Kelly proved his innocence. Speaking in front of a crowd of Oregonites earlier this month, Trump said that Kelly’s request for an interview was proof that he wasn’t really talking about her period when he said Kelly had “blood coming out of her whatever.”
“She called me. She said I’d like to see you,” Trump told the audience. “Now, if I was wrong, she wouldn’t have done that. And I respect her for doing it.”
Though he’s long been scrutinized for sexism, Trump has been under particularly intense fire this week, following a New York Times investigation about how Trump has treated women throughout his life. The detailed account of Trump’s mannerisms was based on interviews with more than 50 women, who revealed “unwelcome advances, a shrewd reliance on ambition, and unsettling workplace conduct over decades.”

As for Kelly, even her employer Fox News has decried Trump’s “sexist” remarks and accused him of having a “sick obsession” with Kelly. More recently, however, it’s been reported that Fox News executive co-chairman Rupert Murdoch has reversed that position, and “plans to fully back Trump in the general election against Hillary Clinton.” Indeed, aside from the one confrontation over the word “bimbo,” Kelly’s interview with Trump on Monday was widely regarded as soft.

Still, we may not have heard the last of the Kelly-Trump saga. Kelly said recently that she is writing a tell-all book that detailing the impact of Trump’s sexism on her life over the last year. The book, however, will not come out until a week after the general presidential election.
