When Roger West first launched the progressive political blog "News From The Other Side" in May 2010, he could hardly have predicted the impact that his venture would have on the media and political debate. As the New Media emerged as a counterbalance to established media sources, Roger wrote his copious blogs about national politics, the tea party movement, mid-term elections, and the failings of the radical right to the vanguard of the New Media movement. Roger West's efforts as a leading blogger have tremendous reach. NFTOS has led the effort to bring accountability to mainstream media sources such as FOX NEWS, Breitbart's "Big Journalism. Roger's breadth of experience, engaging style, and cultivation of loyal readership - over 92 million visitors - give him unique insight into the past, present, and future of the New Media and political rhetoric that exists in our society today. A "Bitter" Tea

While Keith Olbermann was serving his slap on the hand for donating privately to Democratic candidates, Stu Bykofsky of the Philadelphia Daily News was writing a article about the very controversy.

Stu seeking dictum from Olbermann sent an email via an email addy to"keith@keitholbermann.com." Not long after sending the email a reply was returned (purported to be Keith Olbermann). The email contained many insults calling Stu “pathetic” and “beneath contempt.” It went on to insult MSNBC chief Phil Griffin, saying that he isn’t “intellectually qualified” to be Olbermann’s boss.

“Dear Stu,

Since you’re obviously a moron, I won’t waste your time or mine writing more emails you clearly can’t understand. But I do want to correct one of the numerous errors of fact in your email: Phil Griffin did not suspend me. He doesn’t have the power or frankly the courage to do so. Once I had been (very) temporarily relieved of my duties by NBC management, Phil got on the phone to some of your fellow idiot TV columnists and tried to claim credit.

As if.

I could have Phil Griffin fired tomorrow if I felt like it, trust me. And if he keeps yapping about me in public, I may. For the moment, however, keeping Phil around is like having a drunk chimp in the office — more amusing than threatening.

Feel free to correct the record in your ‘column.’

KO”

This past summer "bitter tea bag" brewmeister Tucker Swanson McNear Carlson’s (Tucker is an American political news correspondent and conservative commentator for the Fox News Channel. He is co-founder and editor-in-chief of The Daily Caller. He is a senior fellow of the Cato Institute and formerly co-hosted CNN's Crossfire and MSNBC's Tucker.) Daily Caller purchased the URL KeithOlbermann.com and Carlson said he would personally use the email address Keith@KeithOlbermann.com.

Yahoo News’s Michael Calderone reported that Carlson stated "We want to be the Keith Olbermann superstore,” Carlson said at the time. “We want to be your first and last stop for Keith Olbermann analysis.” In a phone interview with Carlson Tuesday night, Yahoo News confirmed with Carlson that he was behind the emails. “Could you resist?” Carlson told them. “It was just too funny.

Stu Bykofsky was tricked into thinking he was having an email fight with Keith Olbermann himself. Which as we know now, is truly not the case.

Once Olbermann gained wind of the impersonation he tweeted the following:

The anger and spite by the right is never ending. Maybe Glenn Beck should add Tucker Carlson to those of whom are seeking to take over America. First emails, then the country.

We at NFTOS might suggest a few law firms for Carlson, as it appears he may need them.
