Speaking Of WTF Moments "Do as I Say...Not As I Do!

Whoever dreamed up the phrase "An Elephant Never Forgets" must have had end stage Alzheimer's!

Two former "torture" lawyers to George W. Bush agree that POTUS is mad with power.

President Barack Obama has finally done something that makes even the Bush administration attorneys who helped craft the legal rationales for torture, warrantless wiretapping, and indefinite detention tremble with fear: Last week, he made recess appointments to the National Labor Relations Board and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Quotes below sourced by "motherjones".

"David Addington, the former legal counsel to then-Vice President Dick Cheney who helped construct the legal justifications for Bush-era torture policies, argued the president had the "inherent" authority to ignore federal law when spying on American citizens, and put forth the novel view that the vice president's office is not a part of the executive branch and therefore not subject to congressional oversight, told the New York Times that Obama's recess appointments were "flabbergasting and, to be honest, a little chilling."
"John Yoo, the former attorney with the Bush-era Office of Legal Counsel who suggested the president could order a child's testicles crushed, massacre a village of civilians or unilaterally suspend free speech in the event of a terrorist attack, also fears for the future of the republic if the president is able to bypass Senate procedural gimmicks meant to block recess appointments. At National Review, Yoo attacks Obama for his "abuse" of executive power in appointing Richard Cordray to head the CFPB."

David Addington

As counsel to the Vice President, Addington's duties involved protecting the purported legal interests of the Office of the Vice President, despite the only duties actually given the U.S. Vice President under the United States Constitution are to be first in line to succeed the President in the event of his or her death, or a statutorily-defined inability to effectively discharge the powers of the office, and to be the presiding officer of the United States Senate, with the duty to cast a deciding vote in that body in the event of any tie votes among the members of the Senate itself.

Addington, known as the The "invisible hand" served as the ramrod driving the Bush administration's most secretive and controversial counterterrorism measures through the bureaucracy. David Addington was a key advocate of the Brown v. Board and more than 750 other signing statements the administration has issued since taking office--a record that far outstrips that of any other president.

Quoting NFTOS Edito-In-Chief Roger West:

"Name one significant action taken by the Bush White House after 9/11, and chances are better than ever that Addington had a role in it. In national security circles, Addington was viewed as such a force of nature that one former government lawyer nicknamed him "Keyser Soze," after the ruthless crime boss in the thriller The Usual Suspects. "

Perhaps David Addington’s greatest objective throughout his service with the U.S. government has been the vast expansion of executive power that has enabled the governmental infraction of human rights. With a 20 year career history in national security, Addington has helped profile the Bush administration’s strategy in the war on terror including a narrow interpretation of the U.S. Constitution and a stalwart belief that the powers of the presidency are the only solution to national security-the administration’s default excuse for the use of persecution and other war crimes. This has entailed a very broad interpretation of U.S. law prohibiting torture, allowing the president to override or ignore laws put in place to criminalize the act. This became especially germane following the 9/11 attacks, evidenced by an Office of Legal Council opinion disallowing Congress to place any limits upon the president’s response to terrorist threats, essentially handing the president unlimited powers.

NFTOS Editor-In-Chief West goes on to say:

"Addington was the "vice president's point man". Cheney tried to increase executive power with a series of bold actions -- some so audacious that even conservatives on the Supreme Court sympathetic to Cheney's view had rejected them as overreaching."

International War Crimes: In March 2009 Baltasar Garzón, a Spanish judge who has considered international war crimes charges against other high-profile figures, considered whether to allow charges made by Gonzalo Boye, a lawyer who once defended MIR and ETA, to be laid against Addington and five other former officials of the George W. Bush Presidency. Judge Garzon did not dismiss the complaint, but instead ordered the complaint assigned by lottery to another judge, who will then decide whether to pursue the complaint or not. Spanish Attorney General Candido Conde-Pumpido "strongly criticized" the proceedings, labeling them a legal "artifice." Pumpido recommended against prosecution due to lack of material responsibility on the part of the American officials.

John Yoo

John Yoo is an American attorney, law professor, and author. As a former official in the United States Department of Justice during the George W. Bush administration, he became known as the author of the Torture Memos on the use of what the CIA called enhanced interrogation techniques.

Regarding torture of detainees and children of detainees: After he left the Department of Justice, it was revealed that Yoo had authored memos, including co-authoring the Torture Memo of August 1, 2002, defining torture and American habeas corpus obligations narrowly. In addition, a new definition of torture was issued. Most actions that fall under the international definition do not fall within this new definition advocated by the U.S. Several top military lawyers, including Alberto J. Mora, reported that policies allowing methods equivalent to torture were officially handed down from the highest levels of the administration, and led an effort within the Department of Defense to put a stop to those policies and instead mandate non-coercive interrogation standards.

Regarding the Fourth amendment: Yes teapublicans there are more than two amendments.Yoo also authored the October 23, 2001 memo asserting that the President had sufficient power to allow the NSA to monitor the communications of US citizens on US soil without a warrant because the fourth amendment does not apply. Or, as another memo says in one of its footnotes, "Our office recently concluded that the Fourth Amendment had no application to domestic military operations." That interpretation is used to assert that the normal mandatory requirement of a warrant, under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, could be ignored.

Unitary executive theory: Yoo suggested that since the primary task of the President during a time of war is protecting US citizens, the President has inherent authority to subordinate independent government agencies, and plenary power to use force abroad. Yoo contends that the Congressional check on Presidential war making power comes from its power of the purse, and that the President, and not the Congress or courts, has sole authority to interpret international treaties such as the Geneva Conventions "because treaty interpretation is a key feature of the conduct of foreign affairs". His positions on executive power are controversial because the theory can be interpreted as holding that the President's war powers place him above any law.

But the sad thing is, John Yoo and David Addington are not good people to make these arguments. Watching two men who argued for years that the president could pick and choose which laws to follow and then have them complaining over Obama's recess appointments as an abuse of power is so absurd that one practically has to reach far into fiction land to find parallel analogies. If we could only get Lex Luthor's feelings on financial regulation or Emperor Palpatine's thoughts on the importance of checks and balances.

"Do as I say not as I do" comes to mind, "pot and kettle" also enters the grey matter as well, but overwhelmingly, hypocrites seems to be the best fit here!

BACK TO IRAQ?

Rick Perry would re-invade Iraq as President! HUH?

In December, the last American troops left Iraq, ending an unnecessary war that has lasted nearly a decade. Thousands of Americans were killed in the country and trillions of dollars has been spent on a war that never should have happened in the first place. But Rick Perry isn’t ready to end the loss of American lives and treasure.

During Saturday’s GOP Debate in New Hampshire, Perry declared that if he were elected President, he would re-invade Iraq and continue the war even though the Iraqis don’t want us there. Perry also falsely blamed President Obama for withdrawing the troops:
“I would send troops back into Iraq. Because I will tell you, I think we start talking with the Iraqi individuals there. The idea that we allow the Iranians to come back into Iraq and take over that country, with all of the treasure — in both blood and money — that we have spent in Iraq, because this president wants to kowtow to his liberal leftist base and move out those men and women.”

“He could have renegotiated that time frame. I think it is a huge error for us. We are going to see Iran, in my opinion, move back in at literally the speed of light. They’re going to move back in, and all the work we’ve done, every young man that has lost his life in that country will have been for nothing because we’ve got a president who does not understand what’s going on in that region.”

Such an irresponsible action.. This withdraw date was set by George W. Bush in 2008 and President Obama did indeed try to renegotiate with Iraq to keep troops in the country, but Iraq rejected the deal. Re-igniting the war in Iraq would be like one needing a hole in the head. It has cost America too many young men and women, and cost us trillions of dollars, which has put us in the economic mess we are trying to fix among other things. The last thing America needs is more war. The war in Iraq is over. Teapublicans need to get over it! Maybe we can trump up so more weapons of mass destruction to aide Perry's war plan.

They Say A Picture Is Worth A Thousand Words

A little enlightenment to all my teapublican readers:

Just the facts Maam, just the facts!

Bush drives the country into the worst recession in ~70+ years...Obama is dragging us up by our bootstraps. And this chart doesn't include the latest report which shows even greater acceleration in job creation.

                     What's wrong with THIS picture?

The same thing that is 'wrong' with ALL these charts. They show the truth.

Obama Created More Jobs In One Year Than Bush Created In Eight

When I have spare time, sometimes I like to stop by Conservative pages to do a little chatting. I don't feel my visit is complete without my life being threatened and called a Nazi terrorist at least once. Here is an example of a visit by a fellow dem:

Teabaggers have been bitching of late over Obama's "recess appointments"

Obama did 12...this is our point about the party of hypodcrites!

No comments needed here " A picture is worth a thousand words"! Please excuse the spelling on the picture below...we are working to help teabaggers spell better.

Again...no words needed

No Rhyme Nor Reason

UPDATED: 1/6/12 15:24 hours

“Anti-intellectualism has been a constant thread winding its way through our political and cultural life, nurtured by the false notion that democracy means that 'my ignorance is just as good as your knowledge.'” ― Isaac Asimov

Since the mid-term elections not so long ago, I often invoke Asimov's quote, as it resounds with a loud thud when I hear teapublcians speak!

Republican candidates fall all over themselves to kiss the asses of rich people and trash the downtrodden.

Jesus once said that “it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God.” "Well, the tepublicans must want to compensate for this by making rich peoples’ time on Earth as heavenly as possible through a wonderful blend of tax cuts and blatant ass-kissing."

What would Jesus not do?

Another passage comes to mind when thinking of the callous teapublican:

"Then the king will say to those good people on his right, 'Come. My Father has given you great blessings. Come and get the kingdom God promised you. That kingdom has been prepared for you since the world was made. You can have this kingdom, because I was hungry and you gave me food to eat. I was thirsty, and you gave me something to drink. I was alone and away from home, and you invited me into your home. I was without clothes, and you gave me something to wear. I was sick, and you cared for me. I was in prison, and you came to visit me.' "Then the good people will answer, 'Lord, when did we see you hungry and give you food? When did we see you thirsty and give you something to drink? When did we see you alone and away from home and invite you into our home? When did we see you without clothes and give you something to wear? When did we see you sick or in prison and care for you?' "Then the king will answer, 'I tell you the truth. Anything you did for one of the least of these my brethren, you also did for me.'"
Two wise Americans are quoted as saying:
"I hope we shall crush in its birth the aristocracy of our monied corporations which dare already to challenge our government to a trial by strength, and bid defiance to the laws of our country."
 ~Thomas Jefferson

“The truth is that liberty is not safe if the people tolerate the growth of private power to the point where it becomes stronger than that of their democratic state itself. That, in essence, is Fascism.”
 ~Franklin D. Roosevelt
George Carlin so eloquently depicts the teapublican ideology:

My Mentor....Carlin pegging teapublicans too a "T"
Now lets look at the "republicans Circa 2012: ("Anatomy of a Teapublican")

Let's take for instance this a$$hat Bill Looman III. Mr. Looman has broken about every law pertaining to title 18, and yet his is still not incarcerated - and yet he still blasts from behind his lectern and pulpit, which is a computer screen via facebook.

http://www.facebook.com/bill.looman/posts/2575265668289 (if you want a sign like mine...)

http://www.facebook.com/bill.looman/posts/2575297789092 (westboro baptist church)

http://brloa.com/

Title 18 carries a lot of info that the Bill Looman's of the world may want to look at. Its apparent that the US constitution past number two eludes these radical teapublicans... or any republcian for that fact. No surprise here! Here is your history lesson for the day:

Does Title 18 apply to this asshat?! In a nut shell title 18 says:
TITLE 18—CRIMES AND CRIMINAL PROCEDURE

§ 2383. Rebellion or insurrection

Whoever incites, sets on foot, assists, or engages in any rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the United States or the laws thereof, or gives aid or comfort thereto, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.

§ 2384. Seditious conspiracy

If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof, they shall each be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both.

§ 2385. Advocating overthrow of Government

Whoever knowingly or willfully advocates, abets, advises, or teaches the duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of overthrowing or destroying the government of the United States or the government of any State, Territory, District or Possession thereof, or the government of any political subdivision therein, by force or violence, or by the assassination of any officer of any such government;

or

Whoever, with intent to cause the overthrow or destruction of any such government, prints, publishes, edits, issues, circulates, sells, distributes, or publicly displays any written or printed matter advocating, advising, or teaching the duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of overthrowing or destroying any government in the United States by force or violence, or attempts to do so;

or

Whoever organizes or helps or attempts to organize any society, group, or assembly of persons who teach, advocate, or encourage the overthrow or destruction of any such government by force or violence; or becomes or is a member of, or affiliates with, any such society, group, or assembly of persons, knowing the purposes thereof—

Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both, and shall be ineligible for employment by the United States or any department or agency thereof, for the five years next following his conviction.

If two or more persons conspire to commit any offense named in this section, each shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both, and shall be ineligible for employment by the United States or any department or agency thereof, for the five years next following his conviction.

As used in this section, the terms “organizes” and “organize”, with respect to any society, group, or assembly of persons, include the recruiting of new members, the forming of new units, and the regrouping or expansion of existing clubs, classes, and other units of such society, group, or assembly of persons.

In lieu of the above aforementioned, and after visiting Mr. A$$hats facebook page, we can assume that Looman has violated title 18, multiple times!

Mr. Looman's affiliation with the "Georgia Militia" along with comments on his Facebook pages are enough to demonstrate his true nature as a terrorist.

Mr. Looman's Militia

The North Georgia Militia that Bill Looman founded is a III% group, his Facebook pages are full of III% propaganda and even his Facebook moniker is Bill Looman III%. And then there is this comment on his Facebook page 3 days after the arrests of the Georgia Militia:

Mr. Looman spreads the most outrageous of lies and distortions. He claims to be a patriot, but appears to be trying to start a civil war. He claims to be a Christian, yet he seems to be spreading hate and fomenting violence.

Its apparent that our beloved Mr. Looman didn't get to far from an education standpoint or perspective. Its apparent that Bill has either had held his head to long in the paint thinner jar, or that the best part of him ran down moms leg at birth! Either way, Georgia, the FEDS, or Secret Service need to gather up Bill ASAP!

I have a neighbor here in Gloucester that perspires this same mentality and qualities that Looman does. "Brothers from different mothers" you could say. Mr. Seaford (Neighbor) is from the same mold as Looman, and my one and only conversation in four years with this idiot - some how morphed to politics, which has now turned into the Hatfield's and McCoy's relationship between him and I.
Surprisingly as it may seem, many of these types reside in my wonderful county today!

Anatomy of a teapublican's brain..Love this one!

These types of radical republicans can distort the facts and hate-monger with the best of them, and I am positive you have one of these tools nearest you.

I’ve never seen such anti-American behavior in my life! Mr. Looman is dangerous, and he appears to be having a public meltdown on his Facebook page.

Let's ensure this guy gets the jacket the fits him best. Yes the preverbal straight jacket.

NFTOS' point is this; with our political discourse as high as it is in America today, we certainly need to ensure that those with this teapublican radical mentality - that you get corralled up, so no further "militias" can act on their FUBAR ideologies. Freedom of speech is fine, but when you cross the line of title 18, then it's high time for us to give you that fifteen minutes of fame you seek, and place you where you belong......Jail!

If you're a Reichwing lunatic like Looman, with psychotic delusions, Georgia has a big welcome sign posted just for you. Please go....and stay.... forever. Thanks!

Teapublicans, please remember to breed responsibly. There is no life guard at the gene pool.

I was asked the other day why I am a liberal......If the above is not enough, I tell you -"Because militant fundamentalist xenophobic corporate oligarchy just wasn't working for me."

A Tale Of Two Idiots

There is a reason readers why America is on such a disastrous path to hell. This path was fabricate by G.W. Bush, whom emaciated this country like no other POTUS before him. Radical teabaggers  ensure today that this path remains wide and clear.

Within the last twenty four hours we have seen some pretty radical Americans pony up to a lectern and spew some ungodly rhetoric. Enter Michele Bachmann and Ron Paul.

Famous Reichwing-nut job Michele Bachmann held an unprecedented meeting with “reality,” today which has tragically and inevitably led to the announcement that she is dropping out of the presidential campaign. Poor Marcus Bachmann will never get to be First Lady, after all! Damn!

BUH-BYE Michele

So will she now return to space? Or better yet just go back to her job of collecting a paycheck in return for refusing to show up for work, like all the other teapublican losers who have so effectively managed to monetize “doing nothing,” politics. Honestly it’s not a bad back-up gig to running for President!

Then again, there’s always room for a lunatic teapublican woman in the Vice Presidential slot on the ticket, MAYBE? We can always “hope.”

"Miss Hell" Bachmann has now tripled down on her views...the ones that put her in last place in her own home state. The "obamacare" blitz, which was her only mission. (mentioned 12 times in her good-bye sonata) as POTUS seeker, which has now cost her the career that she so drooled over.

I have a tear in my eye as 'Batshit Crazy" exits stage left. No more are the days of listening to a Senator whom lacks basic American history.

Goodbye Michele Bachmann, say hello to Palin, Cain, Trump and Pawlenty when you join them in the teapublican loser line. The line of useful idiots.

As noted by "politifact" Bachmann had the most ratings on the false end of the truth-O-meter scale, with 72 percent mostly false or lower. She also ranks first for the largest share of Pants on Fire ratings (23 percent)."

Even in America, bald faced lies and half truths can be damaging to one's credibility. A truly great American story and who'd a thunk it? Good-bye batshit, and don't let the door hit you where the good Lord split you!

RON PAUL

While watching Ron Paul speech last night after the Iowa caucus, I sat in wonderment as to why someone would either follow or vote for this bombastic buffoon. Listening to this squealing, squelching voice was far worse than any fingernail on a chalkboard. I quickly associated Paul with Jack Nicholson's character in "one flew over the cuckoos nest"!

This man is more f**ked up than I once thought. What do teabaggers do when reality's round peg just won't fit into their little square hole...make up some more blather and play the innocent victim of vast conspiracy cards. What else? Hence enter Ron Paul's conspiracy theory on 9/11.

Long-time Paul campaign and congressional aide Eric Dondero recently wrote a statement on the website RightWingNews.com saying that after the Sept. 11 attacks, Paul “engaged in conspiracy theories including perhaps the attacks were coordinated with the CIA, and that the Bush administration might have known about the attacks ahead of time.” Dondero recently repeated that charge in a joint interview with Mike Michaels of Redstate and the Spokane Conservative Examiner last week. Dondero went so far as to call Paul "the original 9/11 truther."
”When Al- Qaeda attacked our country on 9-11, Ron Paul told us the CIA was behind it. And that Bush and Cheney knew about the attack in advance,” Dondero said.

In a previous interview, Dondero said that after witnessing the attack on the Pentagon, Paul was more concerned about how Bush would use the attack, and nearly voted
against responding militarily.
Mr. Paul has blamed America for 9/11 often, and has stated the Bush administration reacted with glee over the terror attacks. Given his support for other truthers and previous statements he has made, it really isn't that difficult to believe he would fall in line with those who don't think fire can melt steel. Birthers, truthers, teabaggers, teapublcians, AGENDA 21 radicals, are all one in the same, just named or identified differently to confuse the masses.

In 1988, while running for president on the Libertarian Party ticket, Paul highlighted yet another conspiracy theory, and this one doesn't collapse under investigation: The CIA, Paul told a gathering of the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws, was involved in trafficking drugs as part of the Iran-Contra debacle.

Quoting Paul: Drug trafficking is "a gold mine for people who want to raise money in the underground government in order to finance projects that they can't get legitimately. It is very clear that the CIA has been very much involved with drug dealings," Paul said. "The CIA was very much involved in the Iran-Contra scandals. I'm not making up the stories; we saw it on television. They were hauling down weapons and drugs back. And the CIA and government officials were closing their eyes, fighting a war that was technically illegal."
Now on to Ronnie's "foreign policies". Paul has made moves that shore up his credentials and views - that on both national security and foreign policy, he represents a radical or dangerous departure from the mainstream. For heavens sake he even has Eye-of-Newt saying his policies are dangerous.

Newt Gingrich has finally found a politician he considers even worse than a president he calls socialist, anti-colonialist and radical. That would be his fellow teapublican Ron Paul.
"I think Barack Obama is very destructive to the future of the United States. I think Ron Paul's views are totally outside the mainstream of virtually every decent American," Gingrich said in a CNN interview with Wolf Blitzer.
Could he vote for Paul? "No." If it came down to Paul vs. Obama? "You'd have a very hard choice at that point."

In the National Journal, Miss Hell Bachmann said she considered Paul "unfit" for the office of POTUS. Talk about your pot and kettle moment, but it just goes to show you that as FUBAR as Bachmann is, she can still identify with how ludicrous this idea is  - of Ron Paul residing in the White House.

This is not rocket science readers. I am fast becoming the most unpopular man in America, among Ron Paul supporters that is. Truth is seldom popular among those at odds with that truth.

Paul supporters have worked diligently to convince voters that their candidate is the “real deal” constitutionalist conservative in the ’12 presidential race and that he has a real chance of winning. But the facts simply don’t support either of these claims and pointing this reality out seems to drive Paul supporters into a fit of unbridled rage.

The fact is, though Ron Paul himself is no threat to anyone or anything, his campaign is on a track that is very dangerous for America. Although he is highly unlikely to win anything, his campaign is increasingly likely to cause real trouble for those of the radical persuasion.

The Bill Looman's of the world are amongst us, and like Ron Paul, with a voice they are a dangerous lot! With the likes of Ron Paul, radical white supremacist toting guns, "Soldiers of Fortune" magazines, and Gadsden's flags run rampant in our neighborhoods.

A dangerous lot indeed!

Sexual Harassment Ok If Your Ron Paul

Ron Paul has recently been trending upward in the polls - that along with the host of skeletons that reside in this fruits basket. From his homophobia to his racist newsletters, Ron Paul has been taking a beating like no other candidate - as he should. And now, he has provided yet another reason why no one should vote for him.

On Fox News Sunday with Chris Wallace, Ron Paul said that sexual harassment in the workplace should be legal and that if women didn’t like it, they should get another job somewhere else:

CHRIS WALLACE: “I want to ask you about one other thing that you wrote back in your book in 1987 about sexual harassment in the workplace.

You wrote this, “Why don’t” — this is about the victims of sexual harassment. “Why don’t they quit once the so-called harassment starts? Obviously, the morals of the harasser cannot be defended, but how can the harassee escape some responsibility for the problem?”

You said that sexual harassment should not be a violation of someone’s employment rights?”

RON PAUL: “Well, the whole thing is, is you have to get a better definition of sexual harassment. If it’s just because somebody told the joke and somebody was offended, they don’t have a right to go to the federal government and have a policeman to come in and put penalties on those individuals. I mean, they have to say, well, maybe this is not a very good environment, and they have the right to work there or not there.”

The plethora of wacko bullshit out of this mans mouth should have been enough to ensure he is not POTUS, but if not, this latest round should be a deal breaker for all voters everywhere. Sexual harassment is NOT acceptable in the workplace. Ron Paul is blaming women for being sexually harassed and that should automatically disqualify him for running for high office. Apparently to Ron Paul, it’s a white mans’ world and women only have one place in it.

We are only three days into the new year, and Ron Paul has stepped up his game so much that he gets the coveted first teapublican asshat of the year award.

Thirty Two Thousand - Hey Scott Walker BYE-BYE

King Assclown Scott Walker

17 days left to collect about 32,000 signatures for the Scott Walker recall – and activists in Wisconsin have already collected 507,000 signatures in less than a month. 28 days, to be exact. That’s over 18,000 signatures a day, roughly 750 signatures an hour, every hour. Hated much, Walker?

Poor Scottie. His classic right-wing overreach, fueled by his love affair with the Koch Bros., has been an epic fail. Even the wife of a Wisconsin Republican Senator – and her maid - signed the recall petition against Walker.

Walker isn’t taking this lying down – no way, no how. He’s tried everything. As reported by tpmdc.talkingpointsmemo.com, he filed a lawsuit against his own Government Accountability Board claiming that “Walker’s 14th Amendment rights of Equal Protection are violated by putting a burden on his campaign to review and challenge petition signatures within a ten-day period.” Wisconsin Dems have filed a Motion to Intervene to dismiss the Republican desperate efforts, er, lawsuit, and the next hearing date is January 5, 2012. Walker’s spent a cool couple of mil in television ads countering the recall efforts. He’s called out the big guns, even going on Fox News to whine about the “massive fraud” of the recall signature gathering. Well, if Faux News can’t help him, no one can.

As sad as it is Faux News can’t.

Walker’s ads are as disingenuous as the “job creation” agenda he tried to ram down Wisconsin’s throat when he was elected a year ago; the “small business owner” starring in one of his “Walker is Wonderful” ads is actually a multi-millionaire who owns Milwaukee’s pro football team, the Mustangs. Not exactly small business material, there. Well, maybe owning a football team, to Walker cronies and patrons Koch and Koch, is a small business enterprise. The rest of us, small business owners included, would probably struggle to afford a ticket to the game.

For those who spent many cold weeks or weekends up in Wisconsin last winter – the recall election is a breath of spring air in the midst of a cold midwestern winter. Many of us recall the phony phone call, where Walker was punked by a reporter purporting to be David Koch. In it, Walker and “Koch” conspired to find ways to punish the wayward state congressional Dems, joked about the use of a baseball bat in Walker’s office, discussed planting “troublemakers” among the protesters, and “Koch” offered – and Walker accepted – an offer of a congratulatory trip to Cali once Walker “crushed these bastards.”

Given his way, Walker would most certainly “crush these bastards” – the “bastards” in this case being Wisconsin citizens. He’s well on his way . . . .

First and foremost, Walker stripped most Wisconsin public workers of their right to collectively bargain. When protesters against his anti-union legislation overflowed Madison, Wisconsin, he put the State Capitol – the people’s Capitol – on “lockdown.”

Walker promised to add 250,000 jobs to Wisconsin - not happenin’.

Walker’s policies resulted in severely reduced funding for the state’s public schools.

Walker cut $500 million from the state’s Badgercare insurance program, affecting the insurance of tens of thousands of people.

The assclown who worries about the budget deficit added $117 million to it, giving corporations tax breaks.

Walker’s job creation is non-existent – the state actually lost jobs, even while he was thumping his chest at his job-creation virility.

Walker jumped on the “show us your papers” voter ID bandwagon, passing a law that will make it more difficult to vote, particularly for minorities, students and the elderly.

Walker refused federal money for a high-speed rail between Madison and Milwaukee. Might have created a few jobs, there.

Now, Walker is admitting (throwing himself on the mercy of the court of public opinion, perhaps?) that he might have made a few teeny tiny mistakes in the way he “sold his message.” Guess he still doesn’t get it, because the problem wasn’t with the sale of the message – the problem was with the message itself.

This is radical teapublicanism at its best! C-YA, Walker, and don't let the door hit where the good Lord split you.

AGENDA 21 And The Conspirators

The true conspiracy theory!

One of many lunatic conspiracy theorist Jesse Venturea

"Agenda 21" is one of a number of silly but dangerous conspiracy theories sweeping through the fever sewer swamps of the political right.... Agenda 21 is just a blueprint for sustainable development, especially in emerging economies. It outlines how wealthier countries can contribute to smarter growth through technology transfers and public education. It stresses the importance of fighting deforestation and conserving bio-diversity -- all things that normal people would consider wise. But hey we are dealing with the "know nothings" right?

Consider what's happening right here in my own back yard -Virginia's Middle Peninsula, which is on the western shore of the Chesapeake Bay, which is among the areas in the U.S. most vulnerable to climate change. Earlier this month, Darryl Fears, reporting for the Washington Post, offered a glimpse into the madness that city planners have faced in recent months as a local tea bagging group, convinced that a nefarious plot by scientists and city officials is afoot, have disrupted their work trying to mitigate the potential impacts of rising sea levels.

My local teabaggers (Gloucester Virginia) have been flocking in droves to the Agenda 21 bandwagon. It's caused a few feathers to be ruffled in my area - an area that is normally your everyday dull city planning and board meetings which contain nonessential ordinances . As Stephanie Mencimer reported for Mother Jones, "Agenda 21 paranoia has swept the teapublican scene, driving activists around the country to delve into the minutiae of local governance... they're descending on planning meetings and transit debates, wielding PowerPoints about Agenda 21, and generally freaking out low-level bureaucrats with accusations about their roles in a supposed international conspiracy."

The truth about AGENDA 21:

"The important thing to understand readers about Agenda 21 is that there is absolutely nothing binding or compelling member countries to implement any part of it. It's not a treaty -- it is entirely voluntary and certainly doesn't have any connection to local governments. Yet for the teapublcians, with its long John Birch Society undercurrent of paranoia about international institutions, Agenda 21 represents some kind of dark UN conspiracy to impose socialism on the "free world."

Agenda 21 has been a long time conspiracy theory of long time useful idiot Glenn Beck.

In lieu of this ignorance and stupidity, we at NFTOS thought we'd select 21 idiotic teapublican conspiracy theories. So keeping up with our 'countdown theme" week here we go. Teapublican conspiracy theories:

The Nazis are everywhere

That a group of "community organizers" called ACORN stuffed the ballot boxes for Obama in 2008.

The CIA experimented on individuals with LSD without the subjects knowledge in a project known as Project MKULTRA.

JFK was killed at the behest of Lyndon Johnson, or the Mafia, or the Communists, or the Vatican, or...

Bill and Hillary Clinton had 50 people murdered, and got off scot-free.

The whole world is run by a group trying to create some form of New World Order.

The leaders of the US, Mexico, and Canada are conspiring to merge all three countries into the North American Union and adopt the Amero as a common currency, for... some reason.

United States flags which have gold trim around them represent a different country, or are an attempt by the Jews/Masons/bankers/etc. to destroy American sovereignty. Also argued by tax protesters to signal that a court is under maritime law, a common argument in pseudolaw.

The United Nations is a conspiracy by them to eliminate and invade sovereign nations with 'peacekeeper' troops to create a World Government/New World Order.

The United Nations is secretly bringing white UN military vehicles into the USA to overthrow the Government.

Thousands of Chinese troops are massing on the Mexican border to invade the USA.

The entire left wing movement as it exists today is run by Moveon.Org and the DailyKos, and is funded by George Soros.

The swine flu outbreak of 2009 was engineered by the American government, with the eventual aim of declaring martial law, herding everyone into FEMA concentration camps, and forcibly vaccinating people with the virus in order to deliberately depopulate the Earth so that the masterminds of the New World Order can take control.

Chemtrails

Martial Law

FEMA Concentration Camps

‘Door-to-Door’ Gun Confiscations

HAARP

The Federal Reserve Conspiracy

Egypt Caliphate Conspiracy Theory

The Volokh Conspiracy

BIRTHERS

Yes I know that's 22 conspiracy theories....facts are, I researched over 150 republican conspiracy theories.

On Glenn Beck's radio show, the 'beckistan" responded to those accusing him of wild “conspiracy theories” connecting the extreme left and extreme Islam in the wake of the Egyptian unrest — and he used three simple, succinct sentences to do so:
“I want the left to know, I plant my flag in this soil. If I’m wrong, so be it,” he said before laying out his case. “And you can discredit me all you want for the end of time, but I’m telling you I’m not wrong on this one. And there are three points that I want to make sure are very clear.”
Sentence one: “Groups from the hardcore socialist left, and extreme Islam will work together because of the common enemy of Israel.”
Sentence two: “Groups from the hardcore socialist left and extreme Islam will work together because of the common enemy of capitalism.”
Sentence three: “Groups from the hardcore socialist left, and extreme Islam will work together to overturn relative stability, because in the status quo, they are both ostracized from power and the mainstream in most of the world.”

I guess that just about sums it up readers. Don't leave your home, hoard food, weapons, and a Glenn Beck survival kit so that your assured to endure the plethora of teabagging conspiracy theories to hit your community.

If you got to this site you can generate a myriad of your own teapublican conspiracy theories, here is just a smattering:
"tyrannical tree-huggers are meeting behind closed doors with intent to shoot puppies on the White House lawn".
"the liberal media lapdogs don't want you to know that they have formed a secret society to that plans to create a one world government that will enslave us all".

'the obamanazis occupying the White House are plotting with terrorist to operate concentration camps right here on American soil".
See how ludicrous this all is Mathews and Gloucester Counties of Virginia? Agenda 21 is about as absolute, (actual, authentic, bodily, bona fide, certain, concrete, corporal, corporeal, de facto, embodied, essential, evident, existent, existing, factual, firm, heartfelt, honest, in the flesh, incarnate, indubitable, intrinsic, irrefutable, legitimate, live, material, original, palpable, perceptible, physical, positive, present, right, rightful, sensible, sincere, solid, sound, stable, substantial, substantive, tangible, true, unaffected, undeniable, undoubted, unfeigned, valid, veritable) as me crapping a million dollars out of my posterior!

So the next time you hear a teabagging teapublican wingnut spewing feverish nonsense about "climategate" or the "globalist agenda," remember that this is not just fodder for late-night TV monologues, it 's your community falling back to the 1700's. Where are those witches when you need them?

Under Teapublican Law

What Rights Do Women Really Have?

I'm a teapublican and under my laws....

2011 marked a banner year in the teapublican war on woman’s health. Close to 1,000 anti-abortion bills sped through state legislatures as the teabagger-led House led a “comprehensive and radical assault” on a federal level. But in surveying their arsenal this year, 10 bills stood out as particularly perturbing and far-reaching efforts to stymie women’s access to abortion services, birth control, and vital health services like breast cancer screenings. Here are NFTOS', nominations for the most extreme attacks on a woman’s right to choose:

Redefining Rape - Last May, every House teapublican and 16 anti-choice Democrats passed H.R. 3, the No Taxpayer Funding For Abortion Act. Anti-choice activists Rep. Chris Smith (R-NJ) tried to narrow the definition of rape to “forcible rape,” which meant that women who say no but do not physically fight off the assault; women who are drugged or verbally threatened and raped; and minors impregnated by adults would not qualify for the rape and incest exception in the Hyde Amendment. Smith promised to remove the language but used “a sly legislative maneuver” that essentially informs the courts that statutory rape cases will not be covered by Medicaid should the law pass and be challenged in court.

Abortion Audits -The No Taxpayer Funding For Abortion Act also bans using tax credits or deductions to pay for abortions or insurance. Thus, a woman who used such a benefit would have to prove, if audited, that her abortion “fell under the rape/incest/life-of-the-mother exception, or that the health insurance she had purchased did not cover abortions.” This requirement turns the Internal Revenue Service into “abortion cops” who, agents noted, would have to force women to give “contemporaneous written documentation” that it was “incest, or rape, or [her] life was in danger” which made an abortion necessary.

Let Women Die - This October, House teapublicans also passed the “Protect Life Act”, known by women’s health advocates as the “Let Women Die” bill. The measure allows hospitals that receive federal funds to reject any woman in need of an abortion procedure, even if it is necessary to save her life. Though federal law already prohibits federal funding of abortions, the GOP insisted that the health care law “contains a loophole that allows those receiving federal subsidies to use the money to enroll in health care plans that allow abortion services.”

Personhood - Mississippi entertained the idea of passing a “personhood” amendment to its constitution this year, one that defines a person as “every human being from the moment of fertilization, cloning, or the functional equivalent thereof.” The measure’s “profoundly ambiguous” language regarding the definition of fertilization not only would ban all abortions, it could potentially outlaw birth control, stem cell research, and in vitro fertilization for couples struggling to conceive. Mississippians rejected the amendment but personhood activists are making headway with versions for other states and GOP presidential candidate Newt Gingrich is championing a national personhood amendment.

Race/Sex Abortions - Taking their queue from Arizona, House teapublicans introduced the Susan B. Anthony and Frederick Douglass Prenatal Nondiscrimination Act (PRENDA) — a so-called “civil rights” bill that bans physicians from performing abortions based on the fetus’s race or sex. The problem of selective abortion is virtually non-existent, as not one state official or independent research offered any evidence of race-based abortions. Only 5 percent of abortions occur after the point when a fetus’s sex can be determined. Arizona’s measure, now law, sends doctors and clinicians to jail for three years if they knowingly provide such abortions. The federal bill PRENDA allows for civil suits against the physicians.

Forced Ultrasounds - Several states pushed bills that force doctors to show a woman seeking abortion services an ultrasound of the fetus, and in some cases, describe the image to her. The Kentucky bill, for instance, required doctors to describe the image if the woman chose to avert her eyes or face a $250,000 fine for disobeying the law. The bills are designed to dissuade women from undergoing the procedure, and in Michigan’s case, provide a “gift to the medical device industry” by forcing doctors to use “the most advanced ultrasound equipment available” to get the most “distinct” image of the fetus possible. North Carolina Gov. Bev Perdue (D-NC) vetoed her state’s version of the bill, viewing it as “a dangerous intrusion into the confidential relationship that exists between women and their doctors.”

Fetal Pain - This year, multiple states pushed legislation limiting or banning abortions past 20 – 22 weeks “based on disputed research that fetuses an feel pain at that point of development.” The idea is widely panned by many in the medical field, with the Journal of the American Medical Association determining that “pain perception probably does not function before the third trimester.” Regardless of the science, teapublican lawmakers and even presidential candidate Rick Perry endorsed the fetal pain concept in order to challenge the Roe v. Wade ruling and push an earlier ban on abortions. So discredited is the concept of fetal pain that even a Kansas teapublican slammed the “false research,” adding “I would be embarrassed to be a state that bases its laws on untruths.”

Heartbeat Bill - Ohio teapublicans are leading other states on the path to pass the “heartbeat bill,” which, if enacted, will be “the most restrictive anti-abortion law in the nation.” The bill outlaws abortions if a fetal heartbeat can be detected, which can occur as early as “six to seven weeks into pregnancy” or before a woman even knows she is pregnant. There is no exception in the bill for rape, incest, or mental health of a woman. What’s more, the bill forces doctors to wait until a woman is actually in danger of dying to ensure the abortion falls under the “threat to life” exception.

Government Shutdown - The United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) is an international development agency that promotes universal access to reproductive health services. UNFPA does not, nor has it ever, funded abortions — as dictated by its steering document and by its members. But as Matt Yglesias reported, teapublicans were determined to believe that UNFPA funds abortion and thus held up negotiations to fund the government with a policy rider eliminating funding for UNFPA. U.S. law also forbids foreign funding to any entity that supports abortion, but House teapublicans were so committed to their unfounded belief that the U.S. might be doing so that they threatened to shut down the entire government over it.

Attack On Planned Parenthood - While simultaneously trying to ban abortions outright, GOP lawmakers on a state and federal level launched a full-scale effort to defund Planned Parenthood. Only 3 percent of the women’s health organization’s services are related to abortion, but it’s association with abortion compelled teapublicans to enact legislation cutting or completely defunding Planned Parenthood clinics. Without the funds, many clinics across the country were forced to close, leaving hundreds of thousands of women without vital services like breast cancer screenings, STD testing, and contraception. Texas, the largest state to defund the organizations, may also shut down the entire Women’s Health Program that served 125,000 Texas women in 2012 because some of the family planning clinics in the program are affiliated with Planned Parenthood. Arizona even passed a law banning charity contributions to any organization that is related to abortions or even donates to an organization that is related to abortions. Indeed, this year’s teapublican war on Planned Parenthood left thousands of low-income women and children who benefit from tangential health programs as collateral damage.

Under teapublican law, women have little say about their bodies and the teapublicans have stuck to a very simple game plan.

Here it is: The guiding principle is that you play to feelings not reason, since feelings cannot be subject to facts. You accomplish this with three simple steps.

1 Vilify Your Enemy;
2 Obfuscate the Simple; and
3 Project Your Negatives on Your Enemy.

The above tactics are not new. In the U.S. they have been used mostly in elections in the past; now they are used legislatively. They are being used in a disciplined manner by one major political party and their allies at Faux News and the teabagger express.

If you think I am wrong, I have a suggestion: In the future, when you hear the President or a democratic leader offer a policy recommendation, apply the three principles outlined above and I guarantee they are an infallible predictor of the teapublican talking points that you will hear a few hours later. Go ahead. Try it!

For better or worse, Martin Luther, Samuel Adams, Vladimir Lenin, and Joseph Goebbels wrote this playbook. Now it’s John Boehner, Eric Cantor, Mitch McConnell, Roger Ailes, Dana Loesch, Glenn Beck, Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity marching at the forefront of our willing descent into madness.

We at NFTOS have said it before - what great lengths the tebaggers will go to ensure the fetus is born, ir-regaurdless of circumstances - then after that fact screw the individual at all costs. So the 64 thousand dollar question is, why do teapublicans care so much about a fetus but so little about them after birth? The sad thing is - most fighting abortion laws are redneck, hillbilly southerners of the teabagger affiliation.

Reiterating, teapublican law number one " you play to feelings not reason, since feelings cannot be subject to facts".

One thing is for sure, teapublican rule is a cold callous mentality. The oxymoron of this whole deal is teapublicans often scream because of 'big government", yet telling women what they can and can't do with their bodies is the worst kind of 'big government" that exists in our land today.

Armed And Dangerous

It is now absolutely crystal clear that republican rule is dangerous and authoritarian. Teapublicans of late have shown once again that they have established themselves as the premiere thespian carbuncle of bile.

As 2011 comes to a close, conservatives are still trying to push failed policies. This is a list of individual conservatives that pose a significant threat to American society as we move into 2012 and beyond.

From the Supreme Court to the halls of Congress to governor’s mansions across the country, conservatives have ruthlessly pushed an agenda that has torn America asunder since 1980. As 2011 comes to a close, conservatives are still trying to push failed policies. This list of 15 individual conservatives are the ones that pose a significant threat to American society as we move into 2012 and beyond.

John Roberts - The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court leads four other conservative judges on the bench. Placed on the high court by President Bush, John Roberts has been influential in changing campaign finance laws (Citizens United) and has since ruled in favor of big corporations. And the conservative court isn’t through yet. Conservatives desire to overturn abortion, environmental laws, President Obama’s health care law, and voting rights laws, and you can bet that they are aiming to use the Supreme Court to do it.

Eric Cantor - The House Majority Leader has been very busy since his party took over the House in 2010. Cantor has proven that he has more power than John Boehner does, hence the fact that Boehner isn’t even on the list. Cantor is willing to do whatever it takes to slam every right-wing bill through Congress. He also has the backing of Tea Party House members. Cantor is still young, which means he could be a major player on the right for decades to come. It’s also likely that he could be the next Speaker of the House if the GOP keeps control after the 2012 Election.

Clarence Thomas - The second Supreme Court Justice to make the list has deep ties to the conservative movement. He has ties to Koch Industries and has received money from the Heritage Foundation and other conservative organizations. He has refused to recuse himself from cases that he has ties to and that is what makes him dangerous. Thomas ruled with the other conservatives in Citizens United even though he had a conflict of interest in that case as well. As long as he is on the bench with Roberts, outside influences can dictate how the conservative wing rules.

Mitch McConnell - He may be the Senate Minority Leader but that doesn’t make McConnell any less poisonous to America. He has led the effort to block and stall many important pieces of legislation in the Senate and has blocked Presidential nominees from taking their posts, leaving many departments leaderless. We’ll see more of the same thing in 2012.

Paul Ryan - The second member of the U.S. House of Representatives to make the list, Ryan is a major threat because he introduced legislation that would kill Medicare by privatizing it. Essentially, Ryan’s plan throws all American senior citizens under a speeding bus. Ryan isn’t an old man either. He could remain active in politics for decades, which means his ideas will still be around as well. Even if the people of Wisconsin don’t re-elect him to Congress, Ryan could still join any conservative think tank or organization, or become a lobbyist. They would love to have him too. Social Security, Medicaid, and Medicare are in danger as long as Ryan is around.

Scott Walker - The first of two governors on the list has been busy since he took office. The Governor of Wisconsin is on this list because he is an example of just how involved the Koch brothers are in shaping public policy. Under Walker’s “leadership” he has severely weakened labor unions and worker’s rights, weakened environmental laws, weakened pubic education, weakened voter rights, and has put public lands and facilities up for grabs as a way to increase privatization. Some of these facilities are of deep interest to the Koch brothers. As further evidence that Walker is basically a Koch slave, he took a fake call from a person pretending to be David Koch at the height of the collective bargaining debate. Walker could very well be recalled by the people of Wisconsin but Walker intends to sabotage that effort. Walker’s career in Wisconsin may not last beyond this year, but that doesn’t make him any less of a threat, as governors around the country are following his lead and he could always run for federal office later on.

Chris Christie - The Governor of New Jersey is the second governor on the list because he has been instrumental in weakening collective bargaining rights, public education, infrastructure, etc… Like Walker, Christie has put a lot of strain on the poor and middle class to benefit corporations and the wealthy. He is a shameless bully that abuses his position on a daily basis. Unlike Walker, however, Christie has his eye on the Presidency in 2016 and if you think Republicans don’t compromise with Democrats now, just imagine if Christie were in the White House. And that scenario is precisely why he is on the list.

Michele Bachmann - She is by far the craziest conservative serving in the House of Representatives and she is running for President which makes her a frightening politician and a dangerous one as well. And it looks like she will continue her Presidential bid deep into 2012. Bachmann is a major Christian Right Wing nut and she knows absolutely nothing about American history. She has already signed a pledge to persecute the LGBT community and has promised Christian fundamentalists that Christianity will play a dominant role in government if she is elected. Bachmann would also ban abortion for any reason and would make life hard for the unemployed and the poor. Stupid and crazy is never a good combination and Bachmann has both in spades.

Reince Priebus - The current Chairman of the RNC is the big reason why Wisconsin got saddled with Scott Walker as Governor and why Republicans control the legislature there. As Chairman of the RNC, he aims to screw over the United States as much as he screwed over Wisconsin. And the RNC is a major money player in national and state elections across the country. If he can architect a landslide victory for conservative extremists in Wisconsin, he can do the same nationally and that is why Priebus makes the list. That, and the fact that he once made a Freudian slip about assassinating President Obama.

Fred Upton - The Chairman of the House Committee on Energy and Commerce is also a major Koch brothers lackey. As such, he is committed to ending the Environmental Protection Agency and giving the Koch brothers free rein to pollute the air, the water, and the land. Being in the pocket of the Kochs makes Upton a very dangerous player in Congress and as his term comes to a close, Upton will try to speed along his destructive Koch agenda.

Ron Paul - Michele Bachmann is crazy, but Ron Paul is crazy with a rabid following of supporters. Paul has a history of racism, is supported by the Ku Klux Klan, and wants anarchy in America. If Paul were to capture the Presidency, he would make the federal government powerless in both domestic policy and foreign policy. Paul would destroy Social Security, Medicare, public education, the EPA, and would withdraw the United States from international participation. Paul also believes states have the right to secede and would more than likely support states that choose to become independent nations. Ron Paul would allow the dismantling of America which makes him perhaps the most dangerous man on the list. And don’t forget, Ron Paul also has a son that may have an eye on the White House as well.

Samuel Alito - Samuel Alito is yet another Supreme Court Justice on the list. And like all the others, he is dangerous because he will decide in favor of big corporations and other conservative groups who wish to challenge everything from health care to abortion to gay marriage. Alito, like Roberts, is a Bush nominee, which makes him at least as dangerous as Bush, but the fact that he will serve for life on the court makes him more dangerous.

John McCain - Once a stalwart of compromise and crossing the aisle to get things done, McCain has since become a hawkish die-hard conservative. McCain may not be President and he never will be, but he is still a dangerous politician. The longtime Arizona Senator still wields considerable influence in Congress and is one the strongest proponents for war with Iran. Many have since joined him in pushing for such a war. War with Iran would be disastrous and that is why McCain makes the list.

Antonin Scalia - And a fourth Supreme Court Justice makes the list. Why? Because he votes overwhelmingly with his conservative colleagues in favor of big corporations, and against civil rights, disregarding all the precedents set by past courts and laws passed by Congress. Given the divided nature of the court these past few years, it’s likely that Scalia will keep voting the way conservatives want him to.

Rand Paul - The demon spawn of Ron Paul, Rand Paul would do everything his father would do and then some. He’s a Senator, and he has blocked many a bill since taking office. He has been vocal about wanting to repeal the Civil Rights Act, and has attempted to block safety regulations and oversight regulations. If Ron Paul ever stops running for President, you can bet that Rand Paul will take up where his father left off. That means Paul could be a threat for decades to come.

All in all, the four Supreme Court Justices on this list are by far the most dangerous conservative government officials. They aren’t elected by the people and they never will have to answer for their extreme decisions. They will be on the high court for life which means they are in a position to strike down anything as unconstitutional that the extreme right-wing doesn’t like, from Social Security to Medicare, to the Civil Rights Act, to Roe v. Wade, and any other legislation that conservatives hate. All the other conservatives on the list can be voted out of office by the American electorate. As America enters 2012, we need to keep a sharp eye on these dangerous conservatives and we must seek to unseat them, because if we don’t, we can expect another thirty years of failed policies that only benefit the wealthy and the conservative effort to rule America.

Post Script - We got to thinking about this at our daily horseshoe - We would be remised if we didn't mention other dangerous teabaggers, and there are a plethora or host of others that quantify as dangerous teabaggers, although these are not humans that have much power, (although freedom of speech can be a lethal dose when regurgitated by the ignorant) they do have to be noted as radicals whom you should not turn your back on. Those with honorable mention of dangerous teabaggers for 2012 are:

Dana Loesch, Andy Breitbart, Sean Hannity, Faux News, Big Journalism, Allen West, Marco Rubio, Karl Rove, Bill O'Reilly, Ann "the man" Coulter, Rush 'the drugster" Limbaugh, Glenn "Beckistan" Beck, any human with tea bags dangling from their hats, Men flying the rebel flag, men screaming about abortions, republican men with guns, those flying the Gadsden flag, Bill Looman III, Mike Carney, Paul Raz Rasmussen, Sarah Palin, Birthers, James O'Keefe, Ken Cuccinelli, Koch Bros & Industries, Michelle Malkin, Oathkeepers, Roger Ailes, Rupert Murdoch, Hank Williams Jr, George W. Bush, Dick "Dick" Cheney, any and all Faux News Contributors, Michael Savage.

NFTOS found that this second list is never ending, but you get the point. You see the types in your everyday life, your co-worker, neighbor, soccer mom, football coach dad.
Be cautious in 2012.
