D. L. Hughley fired back at Rudy Giuliani on Wednesday after the former New York mayor claimed that Black Lives Matter was “inherently racist” and was “quickly becoming a terrorist group.”“You cannot tell me ‘all lives matter’ when some are treated distinctly different,” Hughley explained to CNN’s Chris Cuomo. “I can mourn for police officers that are slain and I can mourn for two young black men that were slain. I don’t have a moral dilemma in that.”

“I think that ‘all lives matter’ is a perversion of what makes Black Lives Matter special,” Cuomo agreed. “There is an obvious inequity.”

“Police officers have fears and biases,” Hughley explained. “But if your fears and biases get me killed, and my anger and frustration get you killed — act human, we are no more or no less human. Every time you turn around, somebody is making a moral reason why somebody was slain in the streets and it’s an aberrant behavior, and it would be aberrant if I said a young black man slaughtered five police officer or you see five police officers slay black men.”

“When Rudy Giuliani says that Black Live Matter are terrorists,” he continued, “let me tell you something, I don’t think all black people or all white people are all anything. But to be castigated with the same brush that they did [Dallas shooter] Micah Johnson would be the equivalent of me telling you all white people think like [Charleston church shooter] Dylann Roof. And that would be deeply offensive.”

According to Hughley, some in the media had failed to challenge Giuliani “because a lot of people want that narrative because it edifies their perspective.”

“Do you think he was trying to make a more innocuous point, have a love of humanity?” Cuomo wondered.

“I think there was nothing loving about that situation,” Hughley insisted. “I think he was brutal mayor who basically had a reign of terror of black people in this country — in this city. To me, taking advice from Rudy Giuliani is like Kim Kardashian giving me marriage advice. It is ridiculous.”

“It is ridiculous when you have a person who has set up some of the most heinous thing that have happened to black people in this country, and to say something like that every time somebody says something about injustice, they are the terrorists,” the comedian opined. “MLK would be considered a terrorist, Gandhi was a terrorist, Mandela was a terrorist. And all they were trying to do was fight for justice.”

"And to me, when old white men tell black men how to act, that’s the most ridiculous thing in the world. To tell black people to speak a certain way and to act a certain way is no different from telling a woman how to dress so she doesn’t get raped.”

Rudy Giuliani, congrats, you are today's worst person in the world. Enjoy numbnuts!

The Lt. Governor of Texas ripped into Black Lives Matter protestors as “hypocrites” for fleeing as the bullets flew Thursday night, killing five police officers.

While Dallas police expressed no animosity towards the attendees at the peaceful protest, with some posing for photos with protesters, Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick attempted to rile up viewers at a time when Dallas Police Chief Dave Brown and Mayor Mike Rawlings had successfully called for calm and healing.

Patrick acknowledged that the protest was peaceful before launching into a rant, claiming:

 “All these officers last night lost their lives protecting people who were protesting against them. This has to end.”

The lawmaker went on to claim that “Too many in the general public, who aren’t criminals but have a big mouth are creating situations like we saw last night.”

“We have to have their police back,” Patrick exclaimed. “And I’m sick and tired of those who are protesting our police and putting their lives in danger,” before adding, “All those protesters last night, they turned around and ran the other way expecting the men and women in blue to protect them. What hypocrites!”

LIBERAL TURNER EXPLAINS WHY HILARY IS BAD FOR BLM ON CNN

Nina Turner asserted on Monday that “brand loyalty” was causing African-American voters to support Hillary Clinton in spite of her 1996 remarks about “super-predators.”

After Bill Clinton recently shouted down Black Lives Matter protesters who disagreed with the use of the term “super-predators” during his administration, Sanders called on the former president to apologize “for trying to defend what is indefensible.”

On Monday, Turner told CNN’s Chris Cuomo that black voters “cannot be super-predators and then a firewall [for Hillary Clinton] in 2016.”

“African-Americans for far too long have been painted as the other,” she explained. “And the term itself — predator — is bad enough. Adding super-predator to it adds another dimension, and we know the impact that has on the African-American community.”

Rep. Hakeen Jeffries noted that Hillary Clinton had apologized for using the term “super-predators” in the 1990s, and he argued that the focus on terminology was a sign of “desperation” from the Sanders campaign.

“You are right,” Turner shot back. “Desperate people do desperate things and the Clinton campaign is very desperate right now… Let’s talk about consistency. Sen. Sanders has been consistent standing up for the working poor and the middle class in this country. He doesn’t change his message based on what will resonate with the voters.”

“Some in the African-American community do feel used,” she added. “I would argue that the secretary is enjoying this history, the brand loyalty that African-Americans tend to have.”

Turner explained that she was “sick and tired of the Clinton campaign riding the back of President Obama.”

“So, let’s roll the tape,” Turner challenged Jeffries. “Let’s compare what [Sanders] said 30 or 40 years ago to the secretaries record up until this point and you will see who has been the most honest and consistent champion for the people of America.”

“Well, we have rolled the tape,” Jeffries replied. “And African-Americans throughout the country, including in your home state of Ohio, have consistently concluded that Secretary Clinton is best qualified to continue the Obama legacy.”

“It’s a brand loyalty going on there more than anything else,” Turner concluded.

“WE DON’T SECOND GUESS OUR POLICE OFFICERS”

Van Jones obliterated Cuyahoga County, Ohio Prosecutor Timothy McGinty on Monday for what he called his office’s failure to find any reason to charge two police officers in connection with the death of 12-year-old Tamir Rice last November.

“That is completely preposterous on its face,” Jones said. “And yet, this prosecutor went above and beyond the call of duty to spend extra money and took extra time to get these cops off. Prosecutors do not act this way under ordinary circumstances. Usually, they throw the book at you and then they tell you, ‘You explain to a judge and jury why you’re innocent. This particular prosecutor did the opposite of most prosecutors in this case.”

McGinty announced on Monday that a grand jury decided not to indict officers Frank Garmback and Timothy Loehmann, who drove close to the boy as he wielded an air pellet gun. Video of the incident shows Loehmann shooting and killing Rice almost instantly after jumping out of his patrol car.





However, Jones said, McGinty brought experts in to testify to the jury on behalf of the officers, a marked departure from the norm.

“To say that nothing happened here, nothing happened that should go to a jury — how about this: no medical aid after the kid is killed? How about criminal medical neglect?” Jones asked. “How about the fact that, under ordinary circumstances, a police officer would never put themselves in peril and then shoot their way out? The fact that the police officer drove into peril and then shot his way out — there’s not a traffic ticket you could issue? There’s not a misdemeanor here?”

“Perfect storm of human error” my ass! This story reeks and is most disgustingly putrid. Killing the kid within seconds of arrival is bad enough, failure to launch if you will - failure to prosecute these killers is beyond the pale of human decency!

COP LIES ABOUT BEING SHOT AT

Days after Lt. Joe Gliniewicz was shot and killed in Illinois, setting off a widely publicized manhunt, a Massachusetts officer was fired Thursday for lying about being shot at and causing an hours-long manhunt the day before.

Before his termination on Thursday, the unidentified officer, who was on his way to becoming a full-time member of the Massachusetts State Police (MSP), claimed he crashed his car because a white male fired several shots at him in Millis, Massachusetts. Residents of the town were on high alert after the incident, and schools were shut down for safety precautions. But a ballistics report conducted after the alleged shooting concluded the bullets discovered in the officer’s vehicle actually belonged to him. Investigators are also looking into whether or not the officer torched his vehicle as well.

The former officer now faces criminal charges. His motive for lying has not been determined.

The fabricated story comes in the midst of media hysteria over the “war on cops.” In response to a string of officer murders (eight have been killed in 10 days), pundits have argued that “incendiary, anti-police rhetoric” has inspired a wave of cop killings. Fox News has gone so far as to call Black Lives Matter organizers — whose mission is to put an end to violence against black bodies that is largely perpetrated by police — a murder movement and hate group. It has also zeroed in on anti-police acts, such as Arby’s employees’ refusal to serve an officer in Florida.

Police officers have also said they are too concerned about public backlash to fulfill their duties, resulting in the so-called “Ferguson Effect.” The theory, which gains momentum every time an officer is killed, says there is an uptick in violent crime because officers are too weary to do their jobs.

In reality, while officer deaths are tragic and should be cause for concern, the number of police fatalities pales in comparison to the number of people killed by police every year. More than 1,000 people were killed by officers in 2014, compared to 126 officers who were killed in the line of duty. Fifty of them were shot — up from a record-low number of firearm deaths the year before, but still below the decade average. In fact, the number of officers killed by firearms annually has experienced a downward trend since the 1970s, according to the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund.

This year, 83 officers have died in the line of duty — 24 by gunfire. Motives for the killings in the last ten days have yet to be determined, and so far, no one has cited Black Lives Matter as the driving force.

Former Virginia Tea bagger andAttorney General Ken Cuccinelli argued on Sunday that many Americans objected to the “Black Lives Matter” movement because it suggested that the lives of black people mattered more than whites and other races.

CNN political contributor Bakari Sellers explained during a panel discussion that the “Black Live Matter” movement had become a hot topic in the Democratic presidential primary because the lives of so many black people had ended during confrontations with police officers.

“You have African-Americans who literally do not get the benefit of their humanity,” he pointed out. “And that’s a problem. You know, in my next interaction — I’m the only person at this table whose next interaction [with law enforcement] may cause them to be a hashtag.”

“And that’s something that we feel, that’s a very deep pain,” Sellers said.

Cuccinelli argued that it was important to add the word “too” to the end of the “Black Lives Matter” slogan.

“Adding t-o-o at the end puts it in a context that makes sense,” the former Virginia attorney general insisted.

“But it’s implicit though,” Sellers noted.

“Well, you may say that,” Cuccinelli replied. “And there’s plenty of reason to understand that. But I don’t think every American hears it that way. They hear, ‘Here we are, yes we have this political motivation that we’re separating out this one category of Americans and saying they matter more than everybody else.’ That’s actually what a lot of people see.”

“We’re saying stop killing us,” Sellers remarked. “We’re saying, my life matters.” 

“I understand that, but that’s why you have the retort,” Cuccinelli opined. 

“No, all lives matter. We’re not leaving these out.”

DOJ REPORT DUE OUT TODAY IS TO BE A SCATHING REPORT ON FERGUSON POLICE AND COURT SYSTEM

The Department of Justice will release a report on Wednesday that finds Ferguson City Police had a pattern of racial bias and excessive force, multiple outlets are reporting. The report will also detail that police made racist jokes on city email accounts, The New York Times reported.

Ferguson, which was the location of a white officer shooting unarmed black teenager Michael Brown, spurred nationwide protests over police brutality. At the time it was reported that Ferguson police were disproportionately targeting the city’s African-American population, and that finding is confirmed by the Justice Department’s forthcoming report.

African Americans make up 67 percent of the city’s population, but they made up 85 percent of vehicle stops and 93 percent of arrests, even though blacks were less likely to possess contraband like drugs or illegal guns. The AP also reported that blacks were 68 percent less likely to have their cases dismissed by the municipal judge, and that 95 percent of the people kept in jail for two days or more were black. Huffington Post reported that 88 percent of use-of-force cases were against African-American suspects.

FBI Director James Comey recently candidly addressed unconscious racial bias in policing, which might be progress for the law enforcement agency but long-running research and many activists have pointed out that police officers are biased in their work.

Attorney General Eric Holder has threatened to sue Ferguson police if it finds a pattern of racial discrimination. This threat may serve as an incentive for Ferguson police to change its practices.
