Romney spokeswoman Andrea Saul slipped away from the talking points while on the Faux News "Happening Now" program this morning and gave the campaign a brand new headache. This one may be fatal, as it affects whatever base Romney might still have.

While ostensibly on the program to hammer an ad being aired by a pro-Obama PAC in which a man blames Mitt Romney for losing his job and health insurance, and then his wife to cancer that would have been treated under his old insurance policy, Spokeswoman Saul said these words that were followed by a thunderclap of hands smacking foreheads around the nation.

“To that point, you know, if people had been in Massachusetts under Governor Romney’s health care plan, they would have had health care.”

Holy Crap Batman! The last thing conservatives want to talk about, even less than Romney's tax returns (because at least there, they have a common enemy in Sen. Harry Reid), is Romneycare's similarity to Obamacare. Saul's comment turns Romney into the conservative's worst nightmare! Their main complaint about Romney all the way back to the primary season was his implementation of Obamacare on a state level would make him an ineffective messenger on repealing the president's legislation.

The editor of RedState.com, influential conservative blogger Erick Erickson put it this way:

"This might just be the moment Mitt Romney lost the election. Wow."

As governor of Massachusetts, Romney implemented a health-care legislation that features the same individual mandate provision of President Barack Obama's legislation that has come under constant fire from conservatives since it passed in 2009.

Romney has, however, repeatedly stated that his health care legislation that featured the individual mandate would not be effective as a national model.

And here, on Faux News, the "fair and balanced" network favored by the conservatives Romney needs to turn out en masse if he has a shot at winning in November, one of his chief spokespeople goes and makes the argument that Romneycare should be implemented nationwide by saying these nice people should have been in Massachusetts to get the kind of care they needed.

FYI: These are the very same provisions Romney has vowed to repeal from Obamacare if he is elected.

SNAFU: This latest self-inflicted wound comes the day after Romney referred to the Sikhs murdered by a white supremacist in Oak Creek, Wisconsin, on Sunday as "sheiks" and the same day as the Huffington Post released a story showing Romney started Bain Capital with money from families with ties to Central American death squads.
 And the hits just keep on coming!

“Pillamina”

Planned Parenthood’s action fund is sending a costumed package of birth control dubbed “Pillamina” out on the campaign trail to highlight Mitt Romney’s opposition to President Obama’s birth control coverage provision. In a statement introducing Pillamina, Planned Parenthood Action Fund President Cecile Richards noted that her organization wants to emphasize the fact that birth control is “an economic issue for women — period. That’s something that President Obama clearly understands, and that Mitt Romney simply doesn’t.” Romney has said that he opposes requiring insurers to offer birth control coverage without additional co-pays.

What Would Mittens Romney Do;

In March, Mitt Romney demanded “President Obama needs to level with the American public about his real agenda.” But on numerous topics, Romney has refused to answer basic questions about his views, leaving voters to guess at where he stands on important issues. Romney’s ambiguity appears to be a calculated strategy to avoid alienating the conservative base or moderate swing voters. If he’s successful in avoiding articulating policy positions, he can market himself as the “generic Republican” alternative to President Obama.

Here are seven major issues on which Romney has refused to take a stand:

1. Romney won’t say whether he would undo Obama’s decision to end deportations of DREAM-eligible immigrants. Romney and his campaign passed up numerous opportunities over the weekend to say whether he agreed with the substance of the Obama administration’s order to stop deporting some young undocumented immigrants and whether a President Romney would rescind the order, saying only, “We’ll look at that — we’ll look at that setting as we– as we reach that.”

2. Romney won’t say whether he’d support the Paycheck Fairness Act. Romney repeatedly dodged questions about whether he’d support the Paycheck Fairness Act, a bill to crack down on wage discrimination and close the wage gap between men and women. His campaign didn’t respond to five requests by the conservative Washington Times seeking his stance on the bill.

3. Romney won’t specify which tax loopholes he’d close. Asked yesterday which tax deductions he would eliminate to offset his massive proposed tax-cuts for the rich, Romney refused to offer any specifics on a plan that he has admitted is so vague it cannot even be scored, saying only, “We’ll go through that process with Congress.”

4. Romney won’t say which federal agencies he’d eliminate. At a private fundraiser, Romney reportedly told donors he would eliminate or combine “a lot of departments in Washington,” but that he was “probably not going to lay out just exactly which ones are going to go.” Why? Because he feared telling the voters his plans before the election might hurt his political chances, just as it did in his 1994 Senate race.

5. Romney won’t say whether he supports the Lily Ledbetter Fair Pay Act. Romney’s campaign refused to say whether he would have signed the Lily Ledbetter Fair Pay Act, a law that helps women hold employers accountable for discriminating in the pay practices based on gender. Romney said, “I’m not going to go back and look at all the prior laws and say had I been there which ones would I have supported and signed.”

6. Romney won’t say whether he’d support full reauthorization of the Violence Against Women Act. Offering only general support for renewal of the Violence Against Women Act, Romney would not specify whether he supported the bipartisan Senate version or the GOP House rolllback bill. His spokeswoman said only that he “hopes [the bill] can be reauthorized without turning it into a political football.”

7. Romney won’t say whether say whether he’d eliminate the “carried interest” tax break for private equity partners. Romney’s campaign has refused to answer questions about whether he supports eliminating the “carried interest” tax break for private equity partners, even when asked directly, saying only that we should probably “take a close look at to see if we’re treating capital gains as capital gains or are we treating, in some cases, carried interest as capital gains when it’s more like ordinary income.”

If you want a snapshot of mittens, might I suggest you take one from 40, 000 feet in the air, this way you shall see the snake in the grass. The man with reversal Robin Hood in his ideology. If we don't call him out on these issues, then truly get what we deserve should this oxygen thief win in November.

NASCAR ROOTS ITSELF INTO FLIPFLOPNEY

Guys whom turn left for a living turn right in politics.

GOP presidential candidate Mitt Romney stopped by Daytona International Speedway Sunday for NASCAR’s season kickoff, the Daytona 500. (The race was postponed until tonight because of rain.) Romney made news when he stumbled into another car-related boast that reminded voters just how wealthy he is. Asked by an AP reporter if he is a NASCAR fan, Romney replied, “Not as closely as some of the most ardent fans. But I have some great friends that are NASCAR team owners.”

Two of the team owners Romney name-checked appear to be more than just friends, however. Both Richard Childress, owner of Richard Childress Racing, and John Morris, owner of perennial NASCAR sponsor Bass Pro Shops, have each given $2,500 to Romney’s campaign, the maximum contribution allowed during the primary. Childress’ wife, Judy Childress, is listed as a co-owner of her husband’s company and has also contributed $2,500 to Romney.

Two others NASCAR honchos who weren’t among the “friends” Romney mentioned have also donated to his campaign. Roger Penske, owner of Penske Racing, and NASCAR CEO Brian France both maxed out to Romney’s primary campaign.

It was a great day for progressives yesterday, as those right of center struggled to maintain sanity. It was a grab your favorite soda pop, make a big bucket of buttered popcorn, and pull up your most comfortable man chair, and sit back and watch the freaks in action.

It's really kind of sad that all the funny, mean and nasty
clowns have been eliminated from the teapublican debate. Now we're down to just the mean and nasty ones.

And the game continues.... Outwitting teapublicans is like Albert Einstein vs Pat Roberson, Mr. Spock vs Gilligan, or James Bond vs Bozo the Clown.

In case you missed the South Carolina GOP debate last night, dumping your first mistress and second wife for your second mistress and third wife is 'human,' and yet asking a question about it is 'close to despicable.' Not my words....see show below.

I bet Newt can now relate to how African Americans feel with his onslaught of welfare and food stamp association. Its funny how things come full circle.

What truly is appalling and despicable, is during yet another debate, callous teapublicans give Newt G a standing ovation, which sends a clear message to intelligent viewers, that disobedience of God's laws are acceptable - and in the "bible belt", or the land of the "Southern Baptist" to boot. This speaks well of "Gods Children" doesn't it?

Newt Grinch is a pasty white, obese, racist, who thought he had enough "man" power to have an open marriage? Really?

Newt Gingrich on the sanctity of marriage: I believe marriage should be between a man and a woman and a woman and a woman and a woman and a woman....... You would tend to believe with Newt's open marriage theory, and or policy if you will, came from reading Flipflopney's bible, which is titled, "Joseph Smith, an adulterers guide to multiple wives", which is more aptly titled "the book of Mormon" - which gives cult leaders tips on how to successfully have more than one wife and get away with it, just ask Flipflopney about his 23 grandmothers.

After the conclusion of last nights debate, NFTOS predicts that President Barack Obama just won his 18th straight GOP debate.

The appropriately named Newt Gingrich is the political personification of troglodyte. His sociopathic selfishness is the product of blind ambition driven by a reptilian lust for power and revenge.

Current TV's Keith Olbermann said last night:

"Did you notice how John King never said a word to Newt Gingrich when he came out swinging at him from the very beginning? He had an opportunity to cogently state that character was an important ingredient in a presidential candidate. After all, Newt went after Clinton for his character unabashedly (all while he was married and getting plenty on the side himself). Yet John King says nothing. He lets Newt get away with his nasty overbearing dictatorial egotistical narcissistic attitude. What a weak debate moderator he is. That is the big problem in America. It's bad enough we are living in a time of unprecedented corruption by politicians who want to parse our Constitution, dictate their morality and turn back the clock on our civil rights but having a media that wears blinders or a media that does not have the forbearance to call a spade a spade has ruined our nation. Newt Gingrich blames the media for going after him. I blame the media for waiting too long to go after ALL of them."

How convenient that God is so forgiving to teapublicans. They take it as license that they can sin against their fellow man without questioning their actions. After all, what is the incentive not to sin when all will be forgiven anyway? What a bunch of hypocrites! If that is what "teapublican Christianity" is all about, then I tell you I'd rather have nothing to do with it.

So, let me understand Newt clearly, Newt Grinch, a staunch conservative teapublican, is for marriage between a man and a woman and another woman making for an "open" marriage, but against same sex marriage as it's immoral and against God's law? Do I understand Newt correctly?

Gingrich is the only Speaker of the House in the history of the U.S. to be charged for ethics violations. He was found guilty, and forced to pay a $300,000 fine. His game plan is to call out other Americans and teapublican candidates on their lack of ethics. His baloney has a first name, its h-y-p-o-c-r-i-s-y, his baloney has second name its o-p-e-n m-a-r-r-i-a-g-e.

Spike Lee tweeted last night during the debates:

"Folks, We Gotta Rally Around President Obama Or Do You Want To Be Led Astray, Run Amok, Hornswaggled, Okey Doked, Flim Flammed or BAMBOOZLED? YO!"

Newt had been ranting all evening long on how he and the teapublican God Ronnie Reagan worked together often during Newts tenure in DC. Romney aptly placed Newt in his place by saying that poor little Newt had only received one mention in Saint Ronald's memoir, and the mention was not a positive one at that. But then again, Flipflopney thinks that if every car in America had a Reagan bobblehead on the dashboard, we'd be a more righteous and godly nation, with a thriving economy.

If the reichwing-nuts continue to push the 'beginning of life' concept back any further, men are going to have to start deducting their sperm as dependents.

Let's face it readers except for it's workers, poor, gays, blacks, Muslims, Hispanics, women, rights, laws, and Government... teapublicans love America!

I got to thinking, if Newt and Calista gain the right to occupy the house at 1600 Penn ave, would that make them First adulterer and first tramp respectively?
