EX VIRGINIA VAGINA PROBING GOVERNOR BOB TRANSVAGINAL MCDONNELL VIEWING 10 YEARS IN FEDERAL PRISON

Washington Post:

The federal agency that will play a pivotal role in guiding the sentence of former Virginia governor Robert F. McDonnell has recommended that the onetime Republican rising star spend at least 10 years and a month in prison, according to several people familiar with the matter.
The guidelines recommended by the U.S. probation office are preliminary, and even if finalized, U.S. District Judge James R. Spencer is not required to follow them. But experts said that Spencer typically heeds the probation office’s advice, and judges in his district have imposed sentences within the recommendations more than 70 percent of the time in recent years.
“It’s of critical importance,” said Scott Fredericksen, a white-collar criminal defense lawyer. “The fact is, the vast majority of times, courts follow those recommendations closely.”

The hubris of this numbnutz is overwhelming. He was offered a plea deal for one charge for him and none for his wife, now they'll both pay dearly.

THE HUBRIS OF BOB MCDONNELL

MCDONNELL'S - CROOKS AND LIARS

What's dumber than a guy who risks 30 yrs in prison for $165k? A guy who turns down a plea deal excusing 13 out of 14 charges, and alleviates his wife of any charges? Your answer, there is nothing dumber!

Not too long ago, former Virginia Gov. (Transvaginal) Bob McDonnell was a rising star, labeled a likely candidate for national office.

As of yesterday afternoon, this conservative (tea bagger) "Family Valued" Christian Republican has a different label: convicted felon.

The Hubris of this [numbnutz] "Family Valued Christian Conservative" is overwhelming.

The governor prior to today, was better known for forcing women to undergo unwarranted vaginal probes - but due to his sever case of hubris, Transvaginal Bob will now go down in infamy as the sleazy lying corrupt GOP Govna of Virginia who not only tossed his wife Maureen under the bus, but he backed over her several times for good measure.

Not in modern time, not since Mary Todd Lincoln was betrayed by her eldest son, has this country seen a court trial, betrayal, like Bob McDonnell's - with his treatment of his wife - with such disgust and unfettered distaste - playing out for the world to see, as if it was a reality show gone horribly wrong.

Wife-Dumping Defense Fails ‘Family Man’ McDonnell Video Courtesy of MSNBC

Bob has the potential to spend many years of his life in federal prison [30 years], and rightly so. Bob and Maureen are what's wrong with politics today - and more specifically, what's wrong with "Republican Christian Family/Political Values".

Speaking of karma, now that Transvaginal Bob is a convicted felon, he should lose hundreds of thousands of dollars [unless successful under a court appeal] due to a bill that he signed back in 2011, which in essence denies retirement benefits to public employees convicted of on-the-job felonies.

McDonnell Trial A Spectacle To The End Video Courtesy of MSNBC

Republicans, often of late, seem to suffer from a myriad of diseases, "Bushnesia", "Romnesia", foot-in-mouth disease and hubris. In the end it was the Hubris and stupidity that sunk the vagina probers life.

It's really hard to celebrate Bob McDonnell's going to jail when so many other crooks and liars [aka republican politicians] are running free. The next query for conservatives is, "is orange the new black" for them?

CONSERVATIVE CHRISTIAN FAMILY VALUES, TRANSVAGINAL BOB MCDONNELL STYLE

TRANSVAGINAL BOB MCDONNELL

On Thursday, Governor Bob McDonnell took the stand in his own defense. It was Day 19 of his corruption trial, and the time had finally come for him to tell his side of the story.

As one Politico reporter said, "He didn't simply throw his wife, Maureen, under a bus to keep himself out of prison. He laid her down gently on the road, with a pillow and blanket."

All indicators point to - that Transvaginal Bob did a wonderful job of playing the sad song for the jury about his marriage - yet this "probe" specialist wasn't so successful when it came to explaining his acceptance of gifts, trips and airplane rides.

Transvaginal Bob is contending that Maureen was the one who instigated the plethora of gifts befalling him, and since they were not speaking at the time, he couldn't couldn't possibly have conspired with her because they weren't husband and wife any longer.

If Transvaginal Bob was indeed as astounded by the loans and inappropriate gifts that he is portraying on the stand, then why did he not give them back immediately, instead of waiting to see if he was caught?

"Conservative Christian values"...maybe not so much.

Former Governor Bob McDonnell And Wife Federally Indicted

BOB AND MAUREEN MCDONNELL - CROOKS AND LIARS

From my local TV station WTKR

Former Governor Bob McDonnell and his wife Maureen have been charged with illegally accepting lavish gifts, luxury vacations and large loans from a wealthy businessman who wanted special treatment from state government. Authorities say McDonnell and his wife received gifts from dietary supplement executive Jonnie R. Williams Sr. on many occasions.

In exchange, the McDonnell's allegedly worked to lend the prestige of the governorship to Williams’ struggling company, Star Scientific.

McDonnell acknowledged he received the gifts from Williams but claims he did nothing wrong.

Click here to read the entire indictment.

Investigators say McDonnell lied. The indictment charges the McDonnell’s with 14 counts and claims that they accepted more than $135,000 in loans and gifts from Williams and also lied on loan applications and other documents.

Also in the indictment are emails from Maureen McDonnell that show she believed she could have Williams buy her a designer dress for the inauguration.

According to the indictment, a McDonnell staffer referred to only as “J.E.” said that would not be proper. McDonnell then became angry with “J.E.” and sent the following email:

Both Bob McDonnell and Maureen McDonnell have been charged with one count of conspiracy to commit honest-services wire fraud, three counts of honest-services wire fraud, one count of conspiracy to obtain property under color of official right, six counts of obtaining property under color of official right, and one count of making false statements to a federal credit union.

Bob McDonnell is also charged with an additional count of making a false statement to a financial institution, and Maureen McDonnell is charged with one count of obstruction of an official proceeding.

Their initial appearance and arraignment will be held this Friday in Richmond.

McDonnell released the following statement on Tuesday afternoon regarding the indictment:
“My fellow Virginians, earlier today federal prosecutors notified my attorneys that they have filed criminal charges against me and my wife Maureen, alleging that we violated federal law by accepting gifts and loans from Jonnie Williams, the former CEO of Star Scientific. I deeply regret accepting legal gifts and loans from Mr. Williams, all of which have been repaid with interest, and I have apologized for my poor judgment for which I take full responsibility. However, I repeat emphatically that I did nothing illegal for Mr. Williams in exchange for what I believed was his personal generosity and friendship. I never promised – and Mr. Williams and his company never received – any government benefit of any kind from me or my Administration. We did not violate the law, and I will use every available resource and advocate I have for as long as it takes to fight these false allegations, and to prevail against this unjust overreach of the federal government.”

Stay tuned as we have covered this story every step of the way since MSNBC Rachel Maddow broke the story.

C'EST LA VIE TRANSVAGINAL BOB

BOB MCDONNELL'S CLAIM TO FAME

Gov. Terry McAuliffe was inaugurated as Virginia's Governor yesterday, succeeding now-former Gov. Bob McDonnell . Over his tenure as a state Delegate, Virginia Attorney General, and Governor, he amassed a shockingly right-wing record.

Here are the biggest disappointments of his two decades as a public official:

He and his family took tens of thousands of dollars worth of gifts from a supporter — and helped his controversial business. In what Republican state legislator Bob Marshall called the “type of activity” that “undermines public confidence,” McDonnell and his family reportedly accepted $145,000 in gifts and/or loans from Jonnie R. Williams Sr., the CEO of Star Scientific Inc. The McDonnell's then helped promote the scientifically-unproven dietary supplements line made by the controversial tobacco company-turned-supplements manufacturer. While Virginia’s lax gifts law allows elected officials to accept unlimited gifts — even from lobbyists and those with business before the state — McDonnell may still have broken the law by not fully disclosing what he and his wife received. A possible federal indictment was reportedly put on hold until after McDonnell left office. This was not McDonnell’s first time under ethical fire: in 2005, he exploited a loophole to evade disclosure requirements, hiding corporate contributors to his attorney general campaign.

He consistently opposed LGBT equality. As a legislator, McDonnell launched a crusade against LGBT rights. In 2004, he authored a resolution calling on Congress to pass a federal marriage inequality amendment. A year later, he helped to write the state’s constitutional amendment which bans same-sex marriages, unions, and partnerships. He even voted against a proposal in 2000 that would have changed Virginia’s unconstitutional law banning consensual sodomy between two adults from a felony to a misdemeanor and used that antiquated ban to oust a state judge he believed might be a lesbian. Among his first acts as governor was rescinding protections for gay and lesbian state employees via executive order (though he later issued a less potent “executive directive” telling his appointees not to actually discriminate). McDonnell said that this decision was made because LGBT Virginians don’t face widespread discrimination. He has opposed adoption rights for same-sex couples and signed bill allowing child-placing agencies and clubs on public college and university campuses to discriminate based on sexual orientation if their “conscience” so dictates.

He worked tirelessly to block women’s reproductive rights. As a graduate student at Pat Robertson’s Christian Broadcasting Network University (now Regent), McDonnell wrote a thesis laying out a far-right agenda for the Republican Party that included significant restrictions on women’s reproductive health. He brought that agenda to the House of Delegates, where he voted for numerous abortion restrictions and actually voted against a bill to clarify that “abortion” was not defined to include “contraception.” As governor, he has backed a radical “personhood for fetuses” bill and signed TRAP restrictions aimed at closing abortion clinics and an unfunded mandate requiring women to receive a medically unnecessary ultrasound before having an abortion.

He dismissed climate science and pushed for more fossil-fuel use. Falsely claiming that the science showing that climate change is real and caused by humans is “mixed,” McDonnell eliminated his predecessor’s state climate change panel. He strongly supported the coal industry (for whom his wife worked as a consultant) and touted off-shore oil drilling at a BP-funded conference in Texas. He amended a 2010 bill to weaken state air pollution regulations.. And last year, he pushed for and signed a transportation bill that lowered the gasoline tax and shifted highway costs to bikers, pedestrians, and people with hybrid vehicles.

He rolled back voting rights. In 2012, McDonnell signed a voter ID law aimed at combating virtually non-existent voter impersonation fraud. The bill was cleared by the U.S. Department of Justice as it included enough options for types of valid identification as to not disproportionately disenfranchise minority voters. After the 2012 elections were marred by long lines, confusion about voter ID laws among poll workers, and insufficient staffing and equipment, McDonnell decided to respond by making it harder still to vote. Last March, he signed a strict photo ID law that will cost the state hundreds of thousands of dollars annually.

He rolled back gun violence legislation, while working to slash mental health funding. Despite Virginia’s history as a haven for gun trafficking, McDonnell signed a bill repealing the state’s one-gun-a-month law. He also signed a bill to allow guns in bars and another which he used to bring the National Rifle Association’s controversial “Eddie the Eagle” gun safety program into elementary school classrooms. As he rescinded gun violence prevention laws, he simultaneously proposed major cuts to mental health services. The NRA and many Congressional Republicans have often suggested that an improved mental health system, rather than gun laws, is the way to reduce gun violence.

In 2009, Virginia was rated the nation’s best state in which to do business. But thanks in no-small-part to his backwards-moving policies as governor, Virginia has dropped significantly and, in 2013, tied for fifth-best.

C'est La Vie douchebag.

CUCCI COUP

MADDOW SLAYING KEN "THE COOCH" CUCCINELLI

Continuing from yesterday's blog - where Rachael Maddow picked apart Ken Cuccinelli piece by piece - last night was no different, as Maddow skewered Cuccinelli, literally roasting him for his less than ethical ways while being Virginia's Attorney General and then eviscerating the Cooch for the "Coup" attempt over Transvaginal Bob.

While the State of Virginia was concentrating on Virginia's disgraced Governor Bob McDonnell's "gifts" from Star Scientific CEO Johnnie Williams - and soon-to-be-ex-Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli, who also took gifts from Star Scientific -considered a never-before used tactic/section of the Virginia Constitution to force McDonnell to be declared unfit for office.

That's right readers, as first reported by Larry Sabato, Kyle Kondik and Geoffrey Skelley of the University of Virginia Center for Politics, and further reported by Politico, The Cooch and Transvaginal Bob had a particularly acrimonious relationship - all hands in the Star Scientific goody bag aside - all stemming mostly from the Cooch's irritation towards McDonnell's preference for Lt. Gov Bill Bolling to be the 2013 GOP Gubernatorial nominee.

As the Star Scientific scandal heated up, Cuccinelli presupposed that McDonnell would be federally indicted and prepared to make a dramatic break from McDonnell by declaring him "unfit for service" and therefore, which seems to be a bit ironic - would put Lt. Governor Bolling as Virginia's acting Governor.

MADDOW ON KEN CUCCINELLI

It is truly great fun for me to watch the GOP/Tea Party eat there own, specifically when its two of the most deviant Conservatives to ever hold office in the state of Virginia.

To often the case with these right wing nut jobs, Republicans take a worse beating from irony than Wile E. Coyote does from Acme products.

VIRGINIA TO CANCEL VOTER REGISTRATIONS

Cross posted from thinkprogress:

With two months until Virginians decide which of two polar opposites — Terry McAuliffe and Ken Cuccinelli — will be their next governor, tens of thousands of voters could be removed from the rolls in a statewide purge.

Approximately 57,000 Virginians have been flagged as being registered in another state, and counties are removing some from the voter rolls without any notice or opportunity to rebut the claim. Before conservatives lose their marbles that this is clear and irrefutable evidence of voter fraud, it’s worthwhile to consider how voter registration works. Each state maintains its own roll rather than a nationwide system. When Joe America, who had been registered in Richmond, moves to Philadelphia and registers there, he’s not required to cancel his Virginia registration before enrolling in Pennsylvania. The process for removing registrations of people who have moved elsewhere varies from state to state, but generally involves periodic comparisons of lists between states to flag and remove people like Joe America who have moved elsewhere.

Clearly, given the decentralized 50-voter-roll system we currently have, there’s a need for the lists to be periodically cleaned up. But there are a number of issues that make Virginia’s current purge of up to 57,000 voters problematic.

First and foremost, as multiple county registrars explained, voters whose registrations are being cancelled aren't being given any advance notice. Rather than being mailed a warning letter asking if they still live in Virginia, they are being sent notices that their registration has been cancelled effective immediately. If the cancellation is in error, the letter says to contact the registrar and get it worked out. It’s not measure twice, cut once. It’s cut first and be ready with tape for the mistakes.

Second, according to at least one voter’s experience, the list contains some serious errors. One Accomack County voter, writing on the blog Blue Virginia under the pseudonym rodentrancher, detailed her experience having her registration wrongly cancelled. Though she’d lived and registered in South Carolina in 2009, she had moved to Virginia last year and re-registered there. Even so, her file was flagged as a duplicate and she received a letter last week informing her that her registration was cancelled. If she hadn't seen the letter, or had the foresight to call the county registrar who sent her a new registration form, she would have been effectively disenfranchised from the November election.

The list of 57,000 duplicate registrations was given by the state Board of Elections to county registrars in August. “We were told by the state board that this is a legitimate list and we should process them accordingly,” Patricia White, General Registrar of Accomack County, said. Still, as Don Palmer, Secretary of the Virginia Board of Elections, emailed, “the final decision is up to each of the 133 local registrars based on voter history and activity.” Palmer was appointed by Transvaginal Bob McDonnell in 2011.

Some county registrars are going over the list with a fine-tooth comb in an effort to prevent errors. “We’re not taking the list at face value,” Gary Scott, Deputy Registrar of Fairfax County.

Finally, the current purge is being conducted exceedingly close to the upcoming election. The deadline to register in Virginia is October 14, less than six weeks away. That leaves little room for error. A purge in March gives voters, campaigns, and the state eight months to ensure that people who were improperly unregistered are given their Virginia voting rights back. When asked why the Board of Elections didn’t conduct this purge at an earlier time, Palmer wrote that August “was the first opportunity” they had after reviewing “data from other states and insertion of primary election voter history.”

In the 2009 election, approximately two million Virginians cast a ballot. If all 57,000 registrations that were flagged are ultimately cancelled, that would represent approximately three percent of all votes, a potentially decisive factor in a close election.

COMMONWEALTH OF OPPORTUNITY TOUR

Once again, MSNBC's Rachel Maddow eviscerates Virginia Governor, Bob "Transvaginal" McDonnell. This time on a two week 22 stop whirl wind tour of the state.

Transvaginal Bob's efforts to shore up his flagging image by going on a state wide PR junket is a charade at best.

SEXTING OR GRAFTING, WHICH TO BROADCAST

Cross posted from thinkprogress:

Tuesday, Governor Ultrasound Bob McDonnell apologized for bringing embarrassment to his state by accepting tens of thousands of dollars worth of gifts and about $120,000 in loans from a controversial tobacco executive. But though his actions are the subject of a federal grand jury and a state investigation, cable news largely ignored this story — opting instead to focus on the sex life of former Congressman and New York City mayoral candidate Anthony Weiner (D).

Reports emerged Tuesday afternoon that Weiner had shared additional explicit conversations and photos after his 2011 resignation from Congress. Cable news channels reported this news repeatedly throughout the day. At 5:37pm Eastern time, CNN and MSNBC went live to Weiner’s press conference about the matter, while Fox News showed footage of Weiner’s remarks as The Five criticized his behavior. In total, more than 90 segments on cable news channels focused on Weiner and the his sex life between noon and midnight on Tuesday (according to the subscription-only TV Eyes Media Monitoring Suite). The news was heavily regurgitated throughout the evening on those channels, as well as Current TV, Fox Business Channel and HLN.

Just two cable news segments covered McDonnell’s statement: MSNBC’s The Rachel Maddow Show and Fox News Channel’s Special Report With Bret Baier. MSNBC’s Maddow began her Tuesday broadcast noting the two scandals and the media’s disparate coverage, observing, “Here, I thought the Bob McDonnell news was going to be the big political scandal news of the day.” She then joked that McDonnell owed Weiner a thank-you note, proposing a post-script of, “Please save the next pictures-of-your-genitals publication date for day I resign from office. Yours truly, Governor Bob.”

McDonnell currently represents the nation’s 12th-largest state, with more than eight million people. He and his family personally helped Star Scientific CEO Jonnie R. Williams Sr. market his scientifically-unproven nutritional supplements and he reportedly arranged a meeting for Williams with Virginia’s health secretary. In turn, Williams loaned the McDonnells money, paid $15,000 for the costs of their daughter’s wedding, and bought Mrs. McDonnell a $6,500 Rolex watch so she could give it as a gift to her husband the governor.

Weiner, who currently represents zero people, has been accused to no legal wrongdoing whatsoever.

GOVERNOR ULTRASOUND AND THE COOCH

KEEP KEN CUCCINELLI OUT OF VAGINA'S

No, not Turner and Hooch, you read it right, Governor Ultrasound and the Cooch.

Yes, Virginia, your are just as "Wack-A-Doodle" as other GOP run states when it comes to radical American Taliban like rule - from either elected or wannabe elected officials.

In Virginia, conservatism has taken on a new meaning - which is, ratcheted up, archaic like cavemen ideological themes, and its message is resounding ever louder with both the words and actions of Governor Ultrasound and the Cooch..

Once again we come to you with yet another story about Transvaginal Bob's problems with ethics.

We will let the videos below speak for themselves.

Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli's campaign for governor isn't going so great. He's behind in several polls. He's floating on the outskirts of the still-expanding scandal surrounding Bob McDonnell. But Cuccinelli has a plan to combat that. He will run a campaign powered by sodomy. In opposition, of course.

I thought that the Talibnagelicals theme was smaller government, yet daily, they want to be in the business of overseeing bedroom activities and ruling women's vagina's.

With regards to Governor Ultrasound and his families misuse of everything gift and money, its time for them to go, literally, get the hell out of the office. There is one thing we are assured with these scandals, one, that Transvaginal Bob is more than likely done when it comes to politics - never ever again allowing him more time to accept gifts illegally - and to force his sick controlling ways on women's rights; second, with the Cooch's unwillingness to back off with his troglodyte ideology, we are just about as assured that he is not the next Governor of the State of Virginia.

VIRGINIA GOVERNOR TRANSVAGINAL BOB MCDONNELL, ITS TIME FOR YOU TO RESIGN!

[PICTURE IS SATIRICAL]  BOB MCDONNELL TAKES GRIFTING TO A NEW LEVEL

UPDATE: The Richmonder: Sources Confirm McDonnell Negotiating Resignation

Let me begin by saying that it’s a common standard, a conservative forensic device: Deflection. Every time a conservative is being outed as a racist, a bribe taker, a hypocrite, an adulterer or just a dead-souled, compassion-less, narcissistic, self-absorbed, “I got mine,” “not my brother’s keeper,” anti-social-compact, unlettered objectivist asshole, we get the Pavlovian response, “Well, yeah, but some Democrat did something horrible too once, so its OK for a Talibangelical to do so.”

This, from the party that advocates taking responsibility for ones action, but yet they never actually manage to own any of their politics, nor any of their other major deficiencies.

Day by day, Transvaginal Bob McDonnell finds himself deep in the trenches of illegal gift receiving. Yesterday the anti upped itself via the Washington Post, that Transvaginal Bob received yet another $120,000 in do-re-mi, cold hard cash. When does it end Bob?

Governor Ultrasound and his family have abused power, apparently often and frequently, and they have bilked the state tax payers of many bones [dollars].

MADDOW ON TRANSVAGINAL BOB - Video courtesy of MSNBC

Visit NBCNews.com for breaking news, world news, and news about the economy

What was once a little bug bite for Governor Ultrasound - has now turned into a viral contagious disease.

The Washington Post is now reporting that yet another daughter [the eldest of Transvaginal Bob] has had her wedding paid for and funded by Star Scientifics' CEO as well.

Governor Ultrasound and his family had an open siphon to the CEO's wallet! That's' right, the company McDonnell was hawking was donating to his family left and right. hand over fist if you will.

There’s wild rumors that state Attorney General Ken "Cooch" Cuccinelli will be the first one running in the other direction. However, Cuccinelli has his own depends to change, as he is being accused of accepting undisclosed donations from the exact same CEO.

Although he’s trying to rebrand himself as a moderate, ready to lead type of person (the usual radical Talibangelical meme), you might recall the "Cooch" as the American Talibaner who compared women’s health to slavery. Or perhaps you recognize him as the person causing conservative women by the droves to flee the GOP ticket due to his “dangerous… anti-woman health agenda.”

67% of the voters in the latest Bearing Drift poll support transvaginal Bob's resignation, and these are not liberals.

When the American Taliban says your scandal is not survivable, and a Democrat (party of perhaps too much civility and a well earned reputation for tepidness) is calling for your head in resignation, it’s got to be time to exit stage left. After all, the American Taliban stood behind Ensign and Vitter and re-ran Appalachian Trail hiker and post abandon-er Mark Sanford.

Seriously Bob, save what little respect we have for you, save what little moral ethical being you may have left in you and step down, leave the office today! While exiting, please be reminded, don't let the door hit you where the good Lord split you.

Today, the entire McDonnell family - you folks have served yourselves well as first Virginia family - all of you are today's worst people of the day! Congratulations McDonnell family, as no family has ever in our history of presenting the worst humans in our world, has a family ever walked away with this well earned coveted award. Kudos!

TWO DIFFERENT KINDS OF EMBARRASSING

Virginia Governor "Transvaginal" Bob "Swag Bag" McDonnell having more issues

In Virginia, state law allows politicians to receive gifts of any value as long as they disclose them.

Democrat Tim Kaine, the state's former governor and current senator, took full advantage of the law by accepting $201,595 worth of gifts between 2006 and 2010. That puts Kaine second to only one politician when it came to taking swag. This distinct honor goes to Governor Transvaginal Bob McDonnell.

The current Talibangelical governor has accepted $303,550 in legal gifts. What has transvaginal Bob in so much hot water are the gifts he reportedly didn't disclose.

The Washington Post is investigating claims that the Virginia governor took illegal gifts, and also published a record of every legal gift he has accepted while in office.

Rachel Maddow below exposes transvaginal Bob's swag bag faux pas:

VIDEO COURTESY OF MSNBC

Visit NBCNews.com for breaking news, world news, and news about the economy

The Virgininian-Pilot reports that Fairfax City Senator John Chapman Peterson has called for McDonnell's resignation:
"If you or your family has received gifts of the type alleged, then you should disclose that fully and immediately," Petersen writes in a letter dated July 1.

"If those gifts are retail consumer items which you have retained for personal use, then you should return them immediately to the donor or sell them and donate the money to the Literary Fund," his letter reads. "That is the only method by which the public can regain trust in your Office. Without that trust, there is no purpose in continuing to serve."
If McDonnell is unable or unwilling to address the issue, Petersen offered this recommendation: "You should step down as Governor and permit the Lieutenant Governor to serve out the balance of your term."

The scandal has also tainted Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli, a Tea Party darling, an extreme woman controlling talibangelical who is currently running to replace McDonnell when his term ends in January.

* Cuccinelli violated state law several years ago by failing to disclose $20,000 worth of stock in Star Scientific, a tobacco supplement company currently under federal investigation.

Unless and until transvaginal Bob steps up and explains his wrong doings, he needs to go, period! Everyday the evolving swag bag scandal gets worse and worse. At the end of the day, its Virginian's who lose out.

The number of alias for Bob are ever growing - "Transvaginal Bob, Swag Bag Bob...........

Virginia Governor Bob McDonnell, your are today's schmuck of the day!

TRANSVAGINAL PROBE BUSTERS - VIRGINIA'S DEMOCRATIC TICKET

Virginia, your political stage has been set.

The GOP ticket is said to be the most radical ticket to ever be assembled for elected office, hand picked by themselves, not voted in by the states constituents. Speaks volumes of the party!

HOPEFULLY E W JACKSON GOVERNS BETTER THAN HE SPELLS

E.W. Jackson, the American Taliban candidate for lieutenant governor of Virginia, misspelled the title of his own book!

Jackson's 2008 book Ten Commandments to an Extraordinary Life: Making Your Dreams Come True has a typo on its front cover, with one "m" missing in "commandments." The correct spelling appears on the back cover.

Jackson's book has received its share of criticism this month and rightly so. Earlier in June, heads turned from passages suggesting yoga could possibly lead to satanic possession. Another segment raised the idea that theories of evolution were false because chimpanzees couldn't speak.

I leave E.W. a message that he can relate too: I find these comandmants to be comendable and he should most curtainly be awarded a comandation for all the conandrams and confoundingfathersments he's conjering for the POG.

ITS A MATTER OF ETHICS TRANSVAGINAL BOB!

Transvaginal Bob McDonnell - Probing Vagina's all the way to the White House

"Transvaginal Bob" just can't seem to shake the one thing that could possible ruin his political career forever.

Transvaginal Bob McDonnell said Monday he can't answer questions about a Washington Post report that a federal grand jury will be impaneled to investigate whether he or his family took gifts in exchange for favors.

A huge development came last night via MSNBC's Rachael Maddow - this development came to light after Del. David Ramadan (R -Loudoun) confirmed to the Washington Post that he had been subpoenaed to appear before the federal grand jury.

From the Washington Post:

The Washington Post has previously reported that the FBI has been conducting interviews about the relationship between McDonnell (R) and his wife and the chief executive of a dietary supplement company who paid for the catering at the 2011 wedding of the governor’s daughter. The agents are exploring whether McDonnell assisted the company in exchange for gifts.

Ramadan’s subpoena, however, is the first public indication of the impaneling of a grand jury to review evidence in the McDonnells’ case — a significant escalation in the investigation.

While its early in the story - and Mr. "F" bomb's political umbilical cord appears to still be intact - mainly because the impact hasn't had time to filter through the political ethical sieve. Transvagianl Bob has some ferssing up to do!

Potential Virginia Govna Ken Coochinelli also has ties to the CEO in question, also received "goodies" from Star Scientific’s CEO’ Jonnie Williams, and also failed to report said "gifts".

Coochinelli [intentionally spelled wrong] can choose to elude extreme radical RWNJ's on his ticket [E.W. Jackson] actions, but his is going to have to explain himself with regards to his less than ethical "gift" acceptance policy!

VIRGINIA'S TRANSVAGINAL BOB, THE PROBER TO BE PROBED HIMSELF

GOP/NRA GOD CHUCK HESTON CHEERING TRANSVAGINAL PROBING OF WOMEN AGAINST THERE WILL

Father of the Bride meets Drugstore Cowboy:

Yes Virginia, the morals and ethics of Virginia Governor Bob "transvaginal" McDonnell are being questioned - and it would appear that he is in some hot water. Vaginal Sponge Bob Square Pants, his wife, Star Scientific top cat Jonnie R. Williams Sr, all have some serious explaining to do.

One would think that Transvagianl Bob McDonnell would be in cruise mode wrapping his final months in office, and would no doubt like to leave on a high note, en route to pursuing higher office.

But at this point, instead of spending time with volunteers in Iowa and New Hampshire, it looks like Governor Ultrasound will have to spend his time with his attorneys.
FBI agents are conducting interviews about the relationship between Virginia Gov. Robert F. McDonnell, his wife, Maureen, and a major campaign donor who paid for the food at the wedding of the governor's daughter, according to four people familiar with the questioning.
The agents have been asking associates of the McDonnells about gifts provided to the family by Star Scientific chief executive Jonnie R. Williams Sr. and actions the Republican governor and his wife have taken that may have boosted the company, the people said.
Among the topics being explored, they said, is the $15,000 catering bill that Williams paid for the 2011 wedding of McDonnell's daughter at Virginia's historic Executive Mansion. But questions have extended to other, previously undisclosed gifts from Williams to Maureen McDonnell as well, they said.

A few months ago, the Washington Post reported that McDonnell's daughter was married in 2011, and the governor said the bride and groom paid for the event. In reality, $15,000 came by way of Williams. McDonnell not only lied about the financing, but he somehow forgot to disclose Williams' generous gift, as he's legally required to do.

Complicating matters, shortly before the wedding, McDonnell's wife attended an event in Florida to endorse Williams' product, and shortly after the wedding, McDonnell hosted Williams at the governor's home for a launch party for Williams' product.

It is so rare that a politician actually gets caught taking bribes. In the case of Transvaginal Bob McDonnell, it is unusually gratifying to me, and if this could spillover to Ken Coochinelli's [spelled incorrectly] lap - this would be even more delicious than the first helping.

Yes readers, this story has a very mephitis smell to it, but you have to realize that these American Taliban[ers] are serial entrepreneurs. I'm sure McDonnell has already asked all of his staff to buy his Amway products and his air filters - its part of the GOP ilk, culture if you will, and the sad thing is, "Transvaginal Bob in his own mind thinks he has done nothing wrong in this instance.

I can hear Transvagianl Bob now speaking to Virginians: " My fellow Virginians', American Taliban [ers] and Guns Over People, as a good conservative Christian man, as a great gun hugger, and finally, as a exceptional manipulator of the female body ......... I categorically deny these allegations. Please send your donations now".

It's too bad that the FBI will not be forcing a probe into McDonnell's private parts against his will, how apropos this would be, a full circle moment if you will.

TALIBAN OR REPUBLICAN?

Today, this Sunday, lets take a test. Lets see if we can discern the difference between a Taliban - or your everyday circa 2013 GOPer.

Click this image to see a larger view. Photo courtesy of Sheneman

I am often asked why I call GOPers terrorist, AKA the American Taliban. Radicalism comes in many forms, republican Jesus worshipers types come to mind as radical [Westboro Baptist church], gun huggers sending ricin to the President seem a bit radical ['you will have to pry my gun from my cold dead hands mentality], and those whom choose Guns Over People, the real Taliban, Muslim Extremists not affiliated with the Taliban, white supremacists, and yes the republican party circa 2013 -  are all very dangerous and extreme in ideology.

The above test is just a short list, a very short list if you will, of the extremism of the far right wing establishment currently known as the GOP. One doesn't have to kill physically to be a terrorist, although in some cases the American Taliban has gone to such extremes as to kill doctors whom perform procedures on women.

Just this week we saw the extreme fringe of Faux News get overly excited about women becoming the bread-winner of households. These nut jobs came completely unglued and unhinged knowing that 40% of households - that females are the major money maker. Damn you women, get back to making babies and making me a sandwich!

Until these troglodytes come to the year 2013; where men and women are equal, where skin color has no relevance, where sexuality is one's given choice, where all law abiding citizens of this county should have the fundamental right to vote, where the poor should have affordable healthcare, where what women do with their bodies is their choice. Only then will these Neanderthals themselves become a part of this century and accepted as non-terrorist. The ideals of dragging your knuckles and your women around by their hair - that mentality died well before Christianity existed.

When pasty white GOPers still say things like: "legitimate rape" and "a aspirin between a women's knees for contraception" - when governors like Virginia's own Bob "Transvaginal" McDonnell and potential Va Govna Ken Coochinelli [misspelled purposely] think is just and right to probe women's vagina's against their will......

As a friend told me: "suppose we should be grateful women are not to be stoned to death for inviting rape" - The GOP is fittingly and rightly called, The American Taliban!

THEY CALL ME TRANSVAGINAL BOB

Transvaginal Bob McDonnell Does It Again

Transvaginal Bob McDonnell tried to pull a slick one. This foot soldier for the American Taliban thought he could slip this one by. Maybe a better name for McDonnell would be "slick Willie", "tricky DICK", no that one is taken, lets just stick with Transvaginal Bob!

In yet another power grab to push the American Taliban's ideology down our throats, Transvaginal Bob and his choke and puke govna-ship has certified regulations that will make woman's choice a little bit harder to conduct.

From various sources - Gov. Bob McDonnell has certified health regulations that impose strict hospital construction standards on Virginia abortion clinics -- triggering the next step in a multitiered approval process that could make the revised rules permanent by this summer.

Unlike the public relations ballyhoo that accompanies many executive actions, McDonnell, an anti-abortion Republican, certified the regulations and had them posted to the Virginia Town Hall website without a public announcement on the Friday between the Christmas and New Year's holidays.

The signoff comes more than three months after the rules were adopted in September by the state Board of Health at a contentious meeting during which abortion-rights advocates claimed board members were being intimidated into changing their decision in June to grandfather existing clinics from the building requirements.

Members of abortion-rights advocacy groups reacted strongly to the governor's approval in statements released Monday.
"After two years of shocking backroom deals and bullying public health servants, Gov. Bob McDonnell is clearly proving his disregard of Virginians' opinions about women's health care," said Tarina Keene, executive director of NARAL Pro-Choice Virginia.

Keene accused McDonnell and Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli, also an anti-abortion Republican, of using their offices to push "an ideological agenda that is out of touch with the residents of this state" -- and pushing the commonwealth toward having some of the most "extreme state abortion laws" in the country.

McDonnell spokesman J. Tucker Martin said the regulations are a product of legislation that passed the General Assembly in 2011 and went through an extensive public comment process and detailed agency review that followed the same process that all proposed changes to regulations undergo in Virginia.
"The governor believes these common-sense regulations will help ensure that this medical procedure takes place in facilities that are modern, safe and well-regulated, in order to help ensure the safety and well-being of all patients," Martin said.

McDonnell's approval initiates a 60-day public comment period. Following the comment period, the regulations are sent back through the process of review by the Board of Health -- which could vote on them as early as March -- before heading to the attorney general and executive branch agencies. The permanent regulations are expected to be adopted by the summer.

Under the two-year compliance period stipulated by the Department of Health, Virginia's 20 existing abortion clinics will have until the latter half of 2014 to comply with the new regulations, which will require most of the facilities to undergo costly infrastructure changes to hallways, doorways and parking areas. Advocates say a number of the clinics could be forced to close.

The health commissioner has the authority to grant a variance to the clinics if the commissioner believes the requirements place an undue burden on a facility and determines that noncompliance in a specific area would not jeopardize patient safety and public health.

McDonnell has yet to name a replacement for Health Commissioner Karen Remley, who resigned in October. She said the development, enforcement and interpretation of the regulations outside of her office had compromised her ability to fulfill her duties.

Cuccinelli had refused to certify a change to regulations adopted by the Board of Health in June that would have grandfathered the state's 20 clinics from having to meet the new standards.

Before the meeting in September, the Attorney General's Office advised board members that their action in June did not conform to the 2011 law passed by the General Assembly. The advisory suggested that they could lose legal protection if they insisted on the grandfather provision and were sued.

While Transvaginal Bob is only a foot soldier for the American Taliban, he is no less dangerous in his ways. NFTOS is asking all Virginians disgusted with TB's actions to give him a call at 804- 786-2211 and let him know your thoughts.

POLITICAL SELFISHNESS

How many blacks and Hispanics where in attendance at the TAB [The American Taliban] convention last night? Not many! I saw more pasty white humans with bad teeth at this convention then in my previous 51 years on terra firma! You would think that oral hygiene and oral health would be top priority to these folks! [Just for reference I am a white male]

What was the theme of the convention last night? "ME", its all about me. John Kaisich, Transvaginal Bob McDonnell, Nikki Haley, Rick "Frothy" Santorum, Scott "Koch Whore" Walker, and Chris " I can't push my lard ass away from the dinner table long enough to lose a gram of weight" Christie, spoke about themselves when the platforms intent was for America to learn about Mitt and his magical underwear.

Visit NBCNews.com for breaking news, world news, and news about the economy

While the lard ass [Christie] took his anger out on Democrats and POTUS, he failed to tell the convening troglodytes, is that both he and Mittens states run the bottom of the lists in unemployment.

That's the thing with these hypocritical American Taliban's . This group is [GOP=TAB=The American Taliban] is the "Team Not Quite In Last Place."

This pretty much defines the plummeting Romney/Ryan ticket, when the guy that everyone in the GOP is excited to hear speak, is not even running for president or VP!

This lard ass [Chris Christie] touts his brand of conservatism and fiscal responsibility in a marquee speech at the TAB convention yet his own state brings up the rear in unemployment!

During tonight's TAB convention, try NFTOS new drinking game. Safe drinking game: Drink when you see a non-white person in the TAB Convention audience.

See why the TAB courts the pasty whites with rotten teeth. Robme/Ryan are so unpopular and out of tune with women, African Americans and Hispanics - Ann Robme's "women" speech was both insulting and condescending, watch for yourself.

"I LOVE YOU WOMEN"

We are surrounded by fallacious ideologues - all this nonsense about Mittens and Ryan leading the country into some sort of golden age of austerity. What utter nonsense and bull shit!

There's no way in hell that Romney / Ryan can win the way they constantly lie about Obama's accomplishments in the wake of constant teapublican opposition in the Congress -- purposely blocking every meaningful piece of legislation (including jobs bills) from Day One.

What's more they claim Obama raided Medicare, which is absurd not only because it's not true (he re-allocated Medicare Advantage funds to the regular Medicare fund where it belongs) but that's actually their plan!
