MCENANY GETS OWNED BY VAN JONES

In a CNN a very contentious CNN panel, analyst Van Jones was given a moment to speak after Trump advocate Kayleigh McEnany attempted to spin Trump’s stunning declaration that he would “Look at it at the time,” when the polls close as to whether he would concede or not.

One thing is clear, if Trump wasn't done prior to the debate, he is now.

"IT''S NOT FAIR TO QUOTES TRUMP ON HIS RIGGED ELECTION CLAIMS"

GOP representative Renee Ellmers, a Trump nutter surrogate for Donald Trump, told CNN host Chris Cuomo on Tuesday that it was “not fair” to make her defend the GOP nominee’s claim that U.S. elections were being “rigged” for Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton.

In recent days, Trump has pushed the suggestion that Hillary Clinton will be an illegitimate president if she wins because of “large scale voter fraud,” a claim which experts say is not only preposterous, but it also undermines the democratic system.

Ellmers cried foul on Tuesday when Cuomo asked her about Trump’s remarks.
“We’re talking about the Clintons and we’re talking about Hillary Clinton who is the most corrupt politician to ever run for office,” Ellmers opined. “Ninety-six percent of political contributions have been given to Hillary Clinton from you in the media.”
VIDEO COURTESY OF CNN

“Everything you just said has nothing to do with election fraud,” Cuomo pointed out. “There has been a lot of exhaustive research on this. And the idea of widespread fraud in any election, let alone this one, has almost no basis in fact.”
“You are focusing on one area, the democratic system,” Ellmers complained. “That’s not fair! That’s really not what Donald Trump is talking about. He has talked about the rigged media against him… We’re even finding out that the FBI and the State Department was asking for quid pro quo! He is looking at this from a 30,000-foot level. And he is saying when you add it all up, it does amount to fraud.”

“But that’s not election fraud,” Cuomo interrupted. “Don’t undermine the process.”
“What you are doing is you are taking one piece,” the North Carolina Republican replied. “These aren’t individual silos, these aren’t all in a vacuum, they are all cumulative. And they all add up.”

“If you are going to say there’s fraud, you have to prove it,” Cuomo insisted. “This is very dangerous, otherwise, to undermine the election.”
“No! It’s not very dangerous,” Ellmers remarked. “What’s very dangerous is electing someone like Hillary Clinton behind the backs of the American people. You want proof? I’ll give you proof. I’ll give you proof that this woman is corrupt.”
“All I’m talking about is the election fraud,” Cuomo shrugged.
“So, if she’s elected will you have me back afterwards, after there’s proof?” Ellmers pleaded. “It’s the American people that are saying this, the American people think this is a rigged system. So when you criticize, you are criticizing the American people.”

SCOTTIE NELL HUGHES JUST CAN'T HELP HERSELF

Scottie Nell Hughes suggested on this morning that 1.8 million voters were committing “some sort of fraud” because of outdated voter registrations.

Hughes told CNN host Chris Cuomo that the 2016 election is being fixed in two ways: The media is biased for Hillary Clinton and it is “rigged by the voters on election day.”
“Pew research in 2012 came back and said one in eight voter registrations are inaccurate,” she said. “There is significantly that they’re no longer valuable. That’s 146 million voters in the United States today, 1.8 million has some sort of fraud or has something wrong with their voter registration.”
VIDEO COURTESY OF CNN

“The solution?” Hughes added. “Voter ID laws! That’s why the Republicans are pushing so hard for it.”
While the Pew Center on the States did publish a paper on the voter registration system in 2012, Hughes grossly misstated its findings.

The research found that 24 million registrations were “significantly inaccurate,” and that 1.8 million deceased voters were listed on the rolls. Pew did not, however, find that incorrect registration information amounted to “voter fraud.”

Hughes also noted that the purpose of ginning up fears of a rigged election “was all about who’s going to turn their people out to the polls.”
“The Clinton camp has one way of doing it, on strategy,” she opined. “The Trump camp is saying, you have to turn out, there’s no way you can just stay home this year if you want to see a Republican take over the White House.”
In 2014, Loyola Law School professor Justin Levitt examined voting data and found just 31 legitimate cases of fraud in over 1 billion votes cast.

VOTER FRAUD VIGILANTES

GOP VOTER VIGILANTES

What better way to eliminate the infinitesimal amount of voter fraud in the United States than by disenfranchising hundreds of thousands of people? That is basically what the Republican craze of “voter ID” laws will do. These laws will overwhelmingly impact students, minorities and the poor— interestingly-enough, all reliable Democratic voters.

JAMES O'KEEFE, STILL A SLIMY DOUCHE BAG

James O’Keefe, perhaps best known as the undercover pimp who targeted the community organizing group ACORN, has once again been trying to target Democratic candidates with undercover schemes, this time in Colorado. Last week, he and two collaborators tried to bait field staffers working on the reelection campaign for Sen. Mark Udall into approving voter fraud using Colorado’s new vote-by-mail system.

This year will be the first time Colorado voters have the opportunity to vote in a general election by mail. All registered voters will receive a ballot in the mail that they simply fill out and return. On several occasions, O’Keefe and his collaborators approached Udall campaign staffers to suggest that they fill out these ballots for other people.

In one case, a man visited a Democratic field office in Boulder hoping to volunteer for the campaign. Identifying himself with an LGBT activist student group called Rocky Mountain Vote Pride, the individual suggested that he could fill out mail-in ballots for other college students who had moved away but still received mail on campus. Though he was turned away, he came back another time, bringing along a friend he introduced as a “civics professor” from the University of Colorado-Boulder who also served as the faculty adviser for Rocky Mountain Vote Pride. Staffers later confirmed that the “professor” was, in fact, O’Keefe himself, matching his appearance to a photo O’Keefe tweeted of himself in disguise as a “45 yo” with a mustache.

Rocky Mountain Vote Pride does not seem to be a real group. It has a basic website and Facebook page, neither of which contains any contact information. The website suggests it’s a student group dedicated to advancing “voter participation and equality in America,” listing some basic polling on marriage equality, without citation.

O’Keefe’s Project Veritas would not confirm to Mother Jones any “operations in Colorado,” but spokesman Stephen Gordon said to “watch for our upcoming videos.”

Recently, O’Keefe tried to expose Sen. Mark Pryor as secretly supporting same-sex marriage — he’s one of the only Democrats in the Senate who doesn’t. In 2010, O’Keefe and his mentor applied for same-sex marriage licenses in Massachusetts, telling clerks they were straight and just wanted insurance coverage, seemingly just to prove that they could.

It must be really tragic when you can't find enough slime under the rock that you have to create it.

James O'Keefe, you are today's worst person in the world. I am sure the dead Brietbart [Andrew] must be extremely proud.

VOTER SUPPRESSION IN OHIO?

TOUGHER PLACES TO VOTE IN RED
Ohio Congresswoman Marcia Fudge has asked Attorney General Eric Holder to review two voting measures making their way through the state legislature that she claims could “suppress the voting rights of African Americans and other minorities.”

The proposed bills (S. 238 and H.B. 269) would reduce the number of absentee-voting days by six, prevent newly registered voters from voting the day they register, and require voters to present valid identification — a driver’s license, a state or military ID card, or a passport — when casting a ballot.

In her letter, Fudge charges that the legislation violates Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act, which “prohibits any voting qualification or practice applied by the state which results in the denial or abridgment of the right to vote based on race.” “Recent estimates indicate that over 900,000 eligible voters in Ohio” lack the necessary ID, including as many as “one in four eligible African Americans,” the letter says. Same-day registration and voting “have recently been used at a higher rate by African Americans and lower-income voters.”
“With no indication that voter fraud is a widespread problem in Ohio, this proposal is a thinly veiled attempt to reduce the number of people able to exercise their right to vote,” she writes. “They are attempts to suppress the voting rights of African Americans and other minorities.”

Supporters of the effort argue that limiting early voting would free-up over-stressed election boards “during their busiest time of year” and note that the legislation “allows for free photo IDs for people who can’t afford to purchase one and who are at or below the federal poverty level.”
“I think we can have a reasonable debate about policy here,” said State Sen. Frank LaRose (R), the sponsor of the early voting change. “To invoke the specter of a racial matter, I think, takes it too far. It is kind of shameful to do that. What we are talking about is a very modest reduction in the number of early voting days that still leaves Ohio as a leader in the nation, by far, for early voting.”

On Saturday, The Cleveland Plain Dealer’s editorial board came out against the limitation, writing that “absent compelling evidence of election fraud…there is no good, pro-voter reason to end the practice.” It also condemned a separate measure that would change absentee ballot rules.

During the 2012 presidential election, Ohio Secretary of State Jon "we have a problem" Husted attempted to limit early voting to weekdays, and he defied a court order requiring early voting hours to be restored — although he eventually backed down.

Why should Ohio be any different than Pennsylvania, or any other state having been taken over by the American Taliban? When at all costs, when you can't win an election, cheat at all costs!

At the end of the day I don't think anyone is worried about people voting multiple times - teabaggers are just worried about Democrats being allowed to vote once.

NORTH CAROLINA TAKES MAJOR STRIDES BACKWARDS

The state of North Carolina, a state which bleeds "Teahadists" [GOP] legislatively speaking, has ratcheted up its hate for everything non-white. Literally since the 2010 mid-terms, the state has gone to great lengths to punish those - those who are not pasty white GOPers.

North Caroline has taken the bold stance, that if we can't win a Presidential election honestly, we will cheat, lie and Gerrymander until we do win.

North Carolina’s new voter suppression law shows why the Voting Rights Act is still necessary.

Usually it takes years to judge when the Supreme Court gets something very wrong. Think of Justice Kennedy’s opinion for the court in the 2010 campaign-finance case, Citizens United, freeing corporations to spend money on elections. He wrote that the “appearance of [corporate] influence or access will not cause the electorate to lose faith in our democracy,” a point that remains hotly debated even as the amount of money in federal elections skyrockets.

But the conservative justices’ decision this past June in Shelby County v. Holder, striking down a key provision of the Voting Rights Act, has already unleashed, at least in North Carolina anyway, the most restrictive voting law we've seen since the 1965 enactment of the VRA. Texas is restoring its voter ID law which had been blocked (pursuant to the VRA) by the federal government. And more is to come in other states dominated by Republican legislatures.

Rachel Maddow spent the day in Elizabeth City North Carolina, digging up the goods on the fecal matter that is the North Carolina GOP. The below six clips represent the entire hour long Maddow show.

This story needs to be exposed and viewed frequently, for if you think this is just a bunch of hillbilly rednecks out having fun, think again. The actions of this states Governor and the state legislature are both repugnant and shameful.

Colin Powell just happened to be speaking in North Carolina, with the states Governor [Pat McCrory] in attendance. Powell condemned the state, the governor and his party saying:
“These kinds of actions do not build on the base. It just turns people away,” said Powell, President George W. Bush’s former secretary of state. “What it really says to the minority voters is ... ‘We really are sort-of punishing you.’”
Powell disputed arguments by McCrory and some legislative Republicans that voter fraud likely exists but is hard to detect.
“You can say what you like, but there is no voter fraud,” Powell said. “How can it be widespread and undetected?”

VOTER SUPPRESSION YOU SAY?

ROSANELL EATON TRUE AMERICAN PATRIOT

When Rosa Nell Eaton was 21 years old and living in segregated North Carolina, she became one of the first African Americans in her county registered to vote, after successfully completing a literacy test that required her to recite the preamble to the Constitution. But now, at 92 years old, she faces new obstacles under the voter suppression law signed by Gov. Pat McCrory (Teahadist) Monday. For one thing, she may not qualify for the voter ID card required under the new law, because the name on her birth certificate is different from the name on her driver’s license and voter registration card. Reconciling this difference will be a costly and time-consuming administrative endeavor. For another, she has participated in early voting since it was instituted in the state. Now, it’s been cut back a week.

She is one of several individuals who, along with civil rights groups, are already suing the state for what may be the most restrictive voting law in the nation. Other restrictive new provisions in the law include the elimination of same-day registration and early registration for high schoolers in advance of their 18th birthday, and prohibiting certain kinds of voter registration drives that tend to register low-income and minority voters.

ROSANELL EATON

Eaton participated in Moral Monday protests in North Carolina before the law passed, expressing opposition with fellow North Carolinians to a raft of new state conservative policies that would hurt the poor, women, minorities, and the environment. During one Moral Monday event, her daughter Armenta told reporters on her behalf, “She thought things were smooth sailing. She’s seen the good, bad, and the ugly. Now she’s seeing the ugly again. She fought for civil rights, she was a civil rights worker, and now she sees that it’s going backward.”

Voter Fraud Under Bush four one hundred thousandths of a percent [.00004]

Tuesday morning, she was back out again protesting the passage of the bill, this time delivering an impassioned address to an energized crowd. “Here I am at 92 years old doing the same battling,” she told the crowd. “I have registered over 4,000 citizens in the state, and at it again, alongside Republicans’ efforts to eliminate and cut early voting. … We need more, not less, public access to the ballot.” She concluded, “At the age of 92, I am fed up and fired up.”

North Carolina Gov. Pat McCrory, you are today's asshat of the day!

TEABAGGER TAMPERS WITH VIRGINIA VOTER REGISTRATION

Tea Bagger Colin Small Caught Tampering With Voter Registration

A Pennsylvania man employed by a company working for the Republican Party of Virginia was arrested by investigators from the Rockingham County Sheriff’s office on Thursday and charged with destroying voter registration forms.

Colin Small, a 23-year-old resident of Phoenixville, Pa., worked for Pinpoint, a company hired to register voters on behalf of the Republican Party of Virginia. Prosecutors charged him with four counts of destruction of voter registration applications, eight counts of failing to disclose voter registration applications and one count of obstruction of justice.

Rockingham County Sheriff Bryan Hutcheson’s office said there was no indication that the activity was widespread in their jurisdiction and said the conduct “appears to be limited in nature.” His office said there is a possibility that additional charges may be filed.

Hutcheson’s office began investigating after the manager at a Tuesday Morning store in Harrisonburg, Va., allegedly spotted a man on Monday afternoon throwing eight voter registration forms into a dumpster behind the shopping center where he works.

A message left by NFTOS for a spokesman at the Virginia Republican Party was not returned. A man who answered the phone at Pinpoint and only gave his name as Ryan said he was not allowed to comment. “I really want to stay out of it,” he said.

See readers, this is what bugs the crap out of me - It's the idiots, who are afraid of people voting without ID's, and it's the Bain Capitol's, and the Karl Rove's of the world - whom both pose a real threat because of there ties to computer controlled voting machines. These very machines, according to computer science and security experts, can be hacked with just $10.50 in parts and an 8th grade science education. Ohio's Diebold machines, are actually owned by a company Tagg Romney holds an interest in. And the hits just keep on coming.

Who knows if this was Small's first time visiting the dumpster? It may be that he has already destroyed many more voting documents. From Colorado, to Florida, and now in Virginia, tea baggers country wide are proving that all hands on deck to ensure that Obama loses, even if that means toss in felony charges for cause.

TEA BAGGERS AND CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY

Tea bagger Catherine Engelbrecht Under Investigation For Voter Suppression

The Tea Party organization launching a multi-pronged voter suppression effort this election is under investigation by Rep. Elijah Cummings (D-MD) for a possible “criminal conspiracy to deny legitimate voters their constitutional rights.”

Cummings sent a letter to True the Vote founder Catherine Engelbrecht warning her that the Ohio branch of the group, in suing to throw thousands of students, trailer park residents, homeless people and African Americans off the voting rolls, may be violating the law:
At some point, an effort to challenge voter registrations by the thousands without any legitimate basis may be evidence of illegal voter suppression. If these efforts are intentional, politically motivated and widespread across multiple states, they could amount to a criminal conspiracy to deny legitimate voters their constitutional rights.

True the Vote released a statement affirming their support for the Ohio voter purge advocates on Monday:
True the Vote stands by the well-intentioned efforts of these citizens and is disgusted by the attempts of some within government and media to warp what should have been a simple, legal process into a calculated partisan charade.

The most radical voter suppression efforts — including voter ID laws, voter purges, gerrymandered districts and restrictions on voter registration — have been killed in the courts or delayed till after the election. In many cases, judges concluded that minorities would be disproportionately affected by these efforts. Indeed, an analysis of the failed voter purge in Texas, True the Vote’s home state, found that African American and Latino names were much more likely to be flagged for removal, and African American districts received more letters questioning their eligibility to vote than any other districts.

Rather than rely solely on these initiatives, True the Vote is also mobilizing a national network of volunteer poll watchers to challenge and intimidate voters on Election Day. In light of the misinformation and questionable tactics disseminated in these volunteer trainings, Rep. Cummings is seeking “the data you have been using to challenge voter registrations, the training you have been providing volunteers to conduct these activities, and the manner in which you have been determining where to deploy your resources in select jurisdictions.”

Catherine Engelbrecht, "todays worst person in the world"!

NATHAN SPROUL

NATHAN SPROUL GOP VOTER FRAUD MAN OF THE YEAR

The election fraud we told you about on Friday's blog includes some pretty serious allegations about the voter registration fraud being perpetrated by Republican-paid people, and there's a history of unethical practices by one Nathan Sproul.

Let it be known, none of the voter ID laws that The American Taliban has been pushing lately would have stopped anything like this. It's time for Fux Ewes, Faux News or whatever they're called today to air the error of their parties ways.

Visit NBCNews.com for breaking news, world news, and news about the economy

Denial is not the only river in Egypt. ThinkProgress covered Sproul and his work for the coal industry back in 2009. The post goes through his greatest hits, including evidence that his firm systematically suppressed Democratic voters on behalf of the Bush-Cheney 2004 presidential team and deceiving voters during registration drives in 2006.

Don’t forget that Nathan Sproul got his start in the early ’90s as one of the ringleaders of the Arizona branch of the Christian Coalition. If that doesn’t brand him as a Kool-Aid drinker, I don’t know what will.

Sproul has a pathological history of voter fraud allegations, this is not his first nor shall it be his last, unless he is found guilty of these felonies. He has been accused of tampering with Democratic voter registration forms over several election cycles across multiple states. Nathan Sproul, today's worst person in the world, and American's number one committer of voter fraud.

VOTER FRAUD, AND IT'S NOT WHO YOU THINK IT IS

GOP IN TWO STATES CAUGHT COMMITTING VOTER FRAUD

Caution, when in doubt, always assume a camera is watching you! Two stories below that illustrate true voter fraud, and it's not whom we have been led to believe it is.

For months the GOP has enacted laws to suppress the voters. Maybe they should look know further than their own kind!

PALM BEACH FLORIDA

Nathan Sproul has been hired by Bush, McCain and Romney. He's been implicated in kickbacks to secure a billion dollar contract to run charter schools and learning centers. His dubious past includes allegations of election fraud when his employees tore up voter registration forms filled out by Democrats.

Republicans who have decided they can't win unless they cheat. Sproul is "credited" with many less than ethical initiatives over the years.

The Republican National Committee has fired Nathan Sproul and his consulting firm it had hired to register Republican voters over allegations of that the firm turned in 106 potentially fraudulent registrations in Florida, NBC News' Michael Isikoff reports. Over the last few years, Republicans have pushed for stricter rules like showing a valid photo ID at polling stations to combat voter fraud, under the suspicion that lots of people are out there criminally and fraudulently voting. As it happens, this case, Isikoff writes, "appears to be one of the first to have led to a criminal inquiry in this year's election."

The RNC has paid Strategic Allied Consulting $2.9 million this year, but terminated the contract after the elections supervisor in Palm Beach County discovered the suspected fake registrations, some of which listed home addresses as those of a gas station and a car dealership. Iskoff reports:
Out of 304 Republican voter-registration forms recently dropped off by a firm employee at a small "satellite office" of the Palm Beach elections office, 106 were flagged as potentially fraudulent -- including "a lot" with "similar looking" signatures and others with apparently phony addresses, [Palm Beach election supervisor Susan] Bucher said in an interview.

Story Number Two El Paso County Colorado:

Outside of a Safeway in El Paso County, Colorado a young woman is allegedly trying to register voters, but she has a little scam going. She first says she is taking a poll and asks if you support Romney or Obama. If you say Obama she says ok, thanks you, and moves on. If you say Romney she will ask you if you are registered to vote and if not, she will attempt to register you.

An unamed woman who took the video, a local Democratic precinct boss, was savvy to the registrars tricks and caught her in a lie almost immediately. The worker admits to only registering Republicans. She then denies it, but admits to the fraud and says "we're trying to be honest."

A gem of a video, must see!

The Huffington Post reports that this video was shot over a month ago by a Democratic "campaign operative" and was recently released to damage the Republican party.

It was locally reported by KOAA.com that their local news team contacted the El Paso County Clerk & Recorder Wayne Williams to answer questions. Williams stance is that "pre-screening voters with preference questions isn't against the law. You don't have to offer a voter registration form to everybody."

The law becomes complex as a person registering is not required to offer anyone registration, but it is illegal to not give information if requested. It is also illegal to not submit completed voter registration forms.

Let's be clear readers, anyway you slice the cake, this is what voter fraud looks like, in case of confusion, re-watch these videos again and again until it sinks in!

DAWN OF THE DEAD

VOTER INTEGRITY PROJECT "TODAYS WORST PERSON IN THE WORLD"

Voter Integrity Project

The Voter Integrity Project [VIP] has been fraudulently duping the citizens of this country claiming to be a non-partisan, non-profit corporation. Being a non-profit means that their tax returns are public record. Well according to the State of North Carolina they are not registered as a non-profit, they are a for profit business. Actually they are an affiliate of the Tea-Party Group true the vote.

VIP is devoted to reducing the potential for voter fraud - this group of wing-nuts has willfully and willingly presented the N.C. Board of Elections with a list of nearly 30,000 names of dead people statewide who are still registered to vote. Voter fraud is only .000004 % country wide.

VOTER FRAUD:

The Voter Integrity Project compiled the list after obtaining death records from the state Department of Public Health from 2002 to March 31 2012 and comparing them to the voter rolls.
“Mainly, what we’re concerned about is the potential [for fraud],” said project director Jay DeLancy. “Since there is no voter ID law in North Carolina, anybody can walk in and claim to be anyone else.”

DeLancy said his group has found evidence to suggest voter fraud in these numbers, but will not quantify how much until he is able to do more analysis. Most cases of what look like a dead person voting are likely just administrative errors, such as a son named Junior voting in his father’s name instead of his own.

See the entire story via Rachael Maddow below:

Besides being factually challenged - a waste of valuable time, money and resources, these tea baggers are the pimple on the ass of society that never goes away.

NFTOS has debunked voter fraud numerous times, I can’t imagine anyone, never mind thousands of people going through the trouble of finding dead voters, identifying and going to their correct polling location, waiting in line and voting as that person all for one vote. You’d be better off going door to door or phone banking trying to motivate like minded voters to get to the polls, you know like most logical campaigns do during the voting season. Its like a teenage kid lying and deceiving to get out of homework, when the best thing and easiest thing to do would have been to just do the homework. Not the tea bagger, we going to show the world just how ignorant we are. Imagine what the tea bagger could have accomplish had they truly done something for the betterment of man kind, its obvious that this primitive form of human, you know the troglodytes [circa 2012 tea party enthusiast] only mission is to see Barack Obama as a one term POTUS. Yes, even if that means wake the "dawn of the dead"!

Lets face it readers, things aren't going so well for the teas this election cycle . Desperate times call for desperate measures, even if it is in the name of the galactically Stupid.

BLOCK THE VOTE X TWO

States That Are Trying To Suppress The Vote

Voter suppression laws have been passed across the country, but Pennsylvania's voter ID law may be the most restrictive one yet.

Voter Suppression: Pulling Back The Curtain

TEA BAGGERS AND VOTER SUPPRESSION

Voting rights are under attack in this country as state legislatures nationwide are passing voter suppression laws under the pretext of preventing voter fraud and safeguarding election integrity. These voter suppression laws take many forms, and collectively lead to significant burdens for eligible voters trying to exercise their most fundamental constitutional right.

The GOP/tea baggers know the only way they win in November is to cheat, or in this case, suppress the American voters. They use the excuse that fraud is the reason. Yes apparently the tea bagger thinks that the number one crime is to dress as someone else, pose as another and vote. Holy Guadal canal Batman, yes the bone thugs of the world want - instead of running drugs/murder/robbing and stealing, criminals want to vote as me and you or vote for someone whom is dead. Lord knows these thugs producing these fraudulent votes shall garner a bountiful pillage - which shall reduce their desperate cause to support their addictions. We all know how drug dealers will barter a fraudulent vote for an eight ball of coke.

The governing voting group has identified 2,068 alleged cases of voter fraud since the year 2000, a period during which there have been more than 600 million votes cast in presidential elections alone. This body noted an "infinitesimal amount." It also showed a total of 10 cases of in-person voter fraud during that period.

Yes readers, your more likely to be struck by lighting while watching porn in your local Stagg movie theater - than for voter fraud to occur.

The stated rationale behind the tea bagger campaign to require voter ID at the polls is utterly baseless, evidence from a new study confirms.

Tea bagging legislatures are increasingly imposing strict ID requirements for voters, ostensibly to deter in-person voter fraud. But voter fraud in general is rare. And that particular form of voter fraud is "virtually non-existent," according to the extensive public-records search conducted by a nonpartisan investigative news project funded by the Carnegie and Knight foundations. Researchers filed more than 2,000 public-records requests and reviewed nearly 5,000 court documents, official records and media reports to get their information.

I will agree to voter fraud, if the tea baggers will go through their own voter suppression.

This would include the Government of Pakistan [American GOP] having to watch every Tyler Perry made movie, and to have to pass a literacy test to be eligible, and have the right to vote.

In Mississippi, during the years of 1982-1916 these very tests existed. During this period a United States Supreme Court case that reviewed provisions of the state constitution that set requirements for voter registration. The Supreme Court did not find discrimination in the state's requirements for voters to pass a literacy test and pay poll taxes, as these were applied to all voters.

In practice, the subjective nature of literacy approval by white registrars worked to drastically decrease and essentially disfranchise African American voters.

The Court considered the new Mississippi constitution passed in 1890. It upheld disfranchisement clauses which established requirements for literacy tests and poll taxes paid retroactively from one's 21st birthday as prerequisites for voter registration.

Agrandfather clause effectively exempted illiterate whites, but not blacks, from the literacy test by relating qualifications to whether one's grandfather had voted before a certain date. Because the provisions applied to all potential voters, the Court upheld them, although in practice the provisions had discriminatory effects on African Americans.

We all know that the current GOP tea bagger is illiterate in two aspects of American life [Grammar and Spelling, US Constitution]. Force the tea baggers to take a test, make them prove their patriotism, make them show the country that they understand "the founding fathers" ideals and ideology, understand that there is more than two rights that Americans are entitled too. [guns and freedom of speech]

This GOP strategy leaves no doubt to me that these tea baggers plan to influence the outcome of this election [because there would be no other way for these lunatic fringes to win this election in November] - by discouraging Americans from exercising their right to vote. It is a disgusting pattern from this pugnacious party of putrid radicalism - which is to change likely voting behaviors by changing the rules on ones constitutional right, the right to vote!

BLOCK THE VOTE

Tea baggers know all too well that the only way they win the Presidency in November is to suppress the vote. Look at Rev Al Sharpton’s video on how bad voter fraud is.

Voter Fraud James O'Keefe Style

James O'Keefe is still at it, repeating the shenanigans that got him a grand jury investigation in New Hampshire, this time in North Carolina. In New Hampshire, the little asshole caused terrible grief for a recent widow. In North Carolina, he's besmirching a citizen
James O'Keefe is still at it, repeating the shenanigans that got him a grand jury investigation in New Hampshire, this time in North Carolina. In New Hampshire, the little asshole caused terrible grief for a recent widow. In North Carolina, he's besmirching a citizen.

In his latest video he highlights a supposed non-citizen who has voted in recent elections, Zbigniew Gorzkowski. In fact, that's the only non-citizen O'Keefe purports to have proved voted fraudulently in his North Carolina stunt. But Think Progress did the research, proving once again O'Keefe is a liar.

In fact, if O’Keefe had done a simple Nexis search for “Zbigniew Gorzkowski”, he would have found a single article from the News & Observer in 2008 noting that Gorzkowski and his wife are naturalized citizens:

Customers flock through the red door of Zbigniew “Ziggy” and wife Halina Gorzkowski’s European grocery and flower shop to buy one of the 12 varieties they sell. The pierogis and 400 eastern European food items and flowers are also punching the naturalized citizen couple’s ticket for their version of the American Dream.

ThinkProgress spoke with Gorzkowski this morning. He verified that this information was indeed correct and he had been an American citizen since the late 1980s. Therefore, his votes in the 2008 and 2010 elections were not only perfectly legal, but encouraged as a civic duty.

What a "journalist" James O'Keefe is. He has, however, once again proven that the only real voter fraud that irregularly occurs in the country is when he's doing it. Once a douche bag, always a douche bag.

Voter Fraud You Say

Since 1997 the GOP could only come up with 311 cases of voter fraud. There are a total of 593 million registered voters in America, which leaves us .000056% voter fraud for the country. You have to be kidding? Obviously it’s more about punishing the minorities than anything else, anything to win the election this November.

Now the blog for the day:

The long saga of Indiana Secretary of State Charlie White (R) isn't over yet -- but it now it includes a conviction on 6 felony charges. White, the top elections official in his state, was indicted last March on charges that he lied about where he lived to remain on the voter rolls in the Fishers, IN district where he served on the city council along with other related charges. On Friday, he was convicted on 6 out of 7 felony charges and was immediately replaced by a new interim director.

The Indianapolis Star reports that the conviction may not be the end of this time at the top of the state's electoral law enforcement structure:
White, 42, Fishers, plans to ask a judge to reduce his convictions – all class D felonies – to misdemeanors at sentencing. It’s uncertain whether that move would allow him to reclaim his job.

“We don’t know the right answer to that,” White said. “This is all very new.”

Shortly after White’s verdict was read, Gov. Mitch Daniels announced in a news release shortly before 3 a.m. that he has appointed Jerry Bonnet, White’s chief deputy, as interim secretary of state.

“I have chosen not to make a permanent appointment today out of respect for the judge’s authority to lessen the verdict to a misdemeanor and reinstate the elected office holder,” the Republican governor said in the news release. “If the felony convictions are not altered, I anticipate making a permanent appointment quickly.”

But state Democrats say it's time for White to go.

“It’s obvious that Mitch Daniels will try anything to take back this fraudulent election, but there’s only one thing that should happen now: Vop Osili [the Democrat White defeat in the Sec. of State race in 2010] should become Secretary of State, and we should put the embarrassment that is Charlie White behind us," state Democratic party chair Dan Parker said in a statement.

Here's a timeline of the case from the Star.

I wonder if Brietbart and O'Keefe will do their version of "Punked" on Republican Charlie White? I would say that if we need to look at voter fraud we may want to start with those throwing the biggest stones, those being radical teapublicans. We have learned long ago that any news source coming from either Breitbart and O'Keefe should never be held as "truthful".

Words never associated with Brietbart and O'Keefe are:
accepted, accredited, acknowledged, admissible, appropriate, authorized, canonical, certain, cogent, consistent, correct, customary, fair, genuine, innocent, just, justifiable, lawful, licit, logical, natural, normal, official, on the level, on the up and up, orthodox, probable, proper, real, reasonable, received, recognized, regular, reliable, rightful, sanctioned, sensible, sound, statutory, sure, true, typical, usual, verifiable, warranted, and well-founded.
We see daily more and more hypocrisy from the radical GOP. The Charlie White and Govna Mitch Daniels fiasco just coagulates this open wound. This sore is one that needs to be healed during the November elections, and using your voice and outing this bunch of radical, lying, troglodytes is the first step in ensuring our country progresses and not regresses.

What's interesting is White knew that he was committing voter fraud but did it anyway for political power. White cheated the system—and gamed the system.

This conviction should be liberating for Hoosiers who've known since 2010 that White should never have been elected, but Indiana Democrats tell me that they will not rest until they win the fight against teapublican hypocrisy on voter fraud.

Those right of center whom are considering the actions of Charlie White, consider yourselves on notice, we are tired of the nonsense of the galactically stupid!

I leave you with the following: "Democrats need to push the rest of their agenda while their boot is on the neck of greedy poisonous old reptile"~ Bill Maher
