"Canary In A Goldmine"

ATTENTION ATTENTION........WORLD DOMINATION IS EMINENT..AND IT'S NOT "THE WORLD ACCORDING TO GARP", BUT RATHER THE WORLD ACCORDING TO GLENN BECK.

Glenn Beck is touting this week to expose the worlds end via the "puppeteer" George Soros and his Hunchback of Notre Dame Drummond Pike.

In Glenn Beckish fashion his latest daydream or hallucination is now to weave and concoct yet more scare tactics that could be of epic proportions. Like that of Orson Welles and his radio broadcast of "war of the worlds", Beck will try to scare tea bag followers this week into thinking that George Soros and Drummond Pike are the Antichrist and shall stop at nothing to rule the world. We here at NFTOS HQ think maybe Glenn has watched too many "Pinky and the Brain" cartoons.

Beck today claims that "his" economist state that in the very near future an "ear of corn" shall cost $12.50, a can of coffee will cost $75, and a average Hershey bar a mere $15 all at the hands of Pike and Soros.

Beck's extreme erection for both Soros and Pike stems from Soros' funding of the Democratic agenda, and Pikes assertion to call for advertisers to boycott Fox over Beck's dangerous discourse. Beck's man crush on Soros and Pike is evident with his daily diatribe, or barrage of rodomontade on the duo.

In a Beck twist of story line, he contorts Lawrence O’Donnell's statements (whom said on the air last week that he was a socialist.)to some sign that the end is near, and Beck says That’s because “the radicals revealing themselves” are one of the first steps leading us to “The Event."

Yes Beck is calling this the "event", it has a "birth date" and is derived from Mark Penn’s assertion that President Obama would be helped by a disaster similar to the Oklahoma City bombing. On today’s show, Beck pointed out that many critics are already setting him up to be the fall guy for this Event.

This "event" is the "end of days" Armageddon Beck is always predicting. Beck was seen on his set today describing his "birth contractions" and how they align with his ideology for the "pinky" and "the brain" take over.

NFTOS has said this often about Beck's anarchy, and his theme on "the world is ending" mentality, which is equivalent to someone entering a packed movie theater and screaming fire. Only Becks theater is much more colossal, and voluminous than your local theater.

When does this dangerous "freedom of speech" stop?

How is it that a guy with barely a intelligence quota of 95, and college drop out gain such a following on such worldly matters as economics, politics, world domination, hostel takeovers, and food prices?

Glenn Beck is a "media personality", and nothing more! If you know anything about the Mormon church, the very rhetoric he speaks of are the very learning's he gets in his 'ward" visits to the Mormon pulpit. Mormons have been claiming for years the "world is ending" and how "they" shall be the only ones left after the "event"! So should we be surprised that the number one Mormon "prophet" spews the same dregs and dross?

Famous Beck statements on "Pinky" and "the brain":

Beck compares Soros to the emperor villain from Star Wars.

"run for your life" if their church uses the Tides curriculum (Pike owns the Tides Foundation)

"Any doubt in your mind that the progressive left is coming for the kill on religion?"

Beck accused Tides of bringing "paganism" and "American native" thinking into churches.

Beck claimed Tides curriculum "manipulates" the Bible and is the "indoctrination of youth."

Beck tells his viewers how Democratic magicians have used "slight of hand magic" to baffle the right and contort the Government to communistic ways. Beck in his "cavalier" stance claims, "don't shoot the messenger" as I am just the "Canary in the Goldmine" here....obviously expressing or referring "to the demise of something that serves as a warning of potential danger to others."

Maybe Beck's botched hemorrhoid operation (when what should have been a routine outpatient procedure sent him to the hospital for five days. In the hospital, the serious painkillers he was on led him to contemplate suicide.) is still effecting him.

Might we suggest two things for you Glenn, "OBAMA CARE" for the roid issue, and end the "Armageddon" elocution, hyperbole, and magniloquence.

MSNBC

To close out this blog we provide you readers with a note from Olbermann, which came to NFTOS via email for our support, to which last Friday NFTOS asked for a boycott of MSNBC till this wrong was righted, and now the letter:

I want to sincerely thank you for the honor of your extraordinary and ground-rattling support.

Your efforts have been integral to the remedying of these recent events, and the results should remind us of the power of individuals spontaneously acting together to correct injustices great or small.

I would also like to acknowledge with respect the many commentators and reporters, including those with whom my politics do not overlap, for their support.

I also wish to apologize to you viewers for having precipitated such anxiety and unnecessary drama. You should know that I mistakenly violated an inconsistently applied rule – which I previously knew nothing about -- that pertains to the process by which such political contributions are approved by NBC. Certainly this mistake merited a form of public acknowledgment and/or internal warning, and an on-air discussion about the merits of limitations on such campaign contributions by all employees of news organizations.

Instead, after my representative was assured that no suspension was contemplated, I was suspended without a hearing, and learned of that suspension through the media.

You should also know that I did not attempt to keep any of these political contributions secret; I knew they would be known to you and the rest of the public. I did not make them through a relative, friend, corporation, PAC, or any other intermediary, and I did not blame them on some kind of convenient 'mistake' by their recipients.

When a website contacted NBC about one of the donations, I immediately volunteered that there were in fact three of them; and contrary to much of the subsequent reporting, I immediately volunteered to explain all this, on-air and off, in the fashion MSNBC desired.

I genuinely look forward to rejoining you on Countdown on Tuesday, to begin the repayment of your latest display of support and loyalty - support and loyalty that is truly mutual.

Olbermann re-instated Sunday night, back on air Tuesday.

BREAKING NEWS: In a just released report from thinkprogress.org "Shortly After Major Bush Donor Takes Over MSNBC, Network Selectively Applies Rules To Suspend Olbermann"

SPECIAL COMMENTARY

Today MSNBC Chief Executive Paul Griffin indefinitely suspended the bulwark and pillar of the news organization for donating monies to political campaigns. Keith Olbermann admittedly stated he funded three democratic congressional candidates.

Oblermann also goes on to say “I did not privately or publicly encourage anyone else to donate to these campaigns, nor to any others in this election or any previous ones, nor have I previously donated to any political campaign at any level.”

All the while two other MSNBC show host and or analysts of MSNBC have done the same. Republicans Joe Scarborough and Pat Buchanan also gave political contributions -- but yet as of 18:43 11/2/210 neither have been suspended.

Tool of the day Paul Griffin stated that because Olbermann did not obtain prior approval for the contributions, “I have suspended him indefinitely without pay.”

In a funny twist of irony MSNBC is replacing Olbermann with Chris Hayes, whom has given money to two Democratic campaigns in recent years, prompting MSNBC to say "Hayes will not get the gig after all."

With all these shenanigans one could conclude that Olbermann has a suit of epic proportions on his hands. If Olbermann can show that higher-ups at NBC News singled him out for punishment while letting Joe Scarborough and Pat Buchanan skate, he could build a strong case against them, with damages predicated not just on the withholding of his $7 million salary but also on the harm done to his reputation.

MSNBC states that Scarborough had the "all clear" from General Griffin and that Buchanan being a "analyst" doesn't fall into "full-time employee" status, and therefore isn’t "subject to the same rules".

MSNBC's less than stable stance on "ethics" is as diabolical as the tea bags distorting B-ROCKS current trip. Talks about a Ed Shultz "nut job" moment, or a Chris Matthews "sideshow" story!

NFTOS wishes Keith the best, he was one whom stood his grounds and his convictions, and told America about the "REAL" tea bag society. While unpopular by the right, he was the man whom exposed the hillbillies for the trash they are.

In lieu of MSNBC's "policies" and "actions", we at NFTOS cordially ask our readers to BOYCOTT any and all MSNBC programming until this wrong is righted. At the very least MSNBC has some internal documents to audit and rectify. Anyone whom gains funds from MSNBC by speaking for them should all be held accountable to the same standard set forward. So until either Olbermann is offered an apology or is offered his job back, was ask that you refrain from supporting bully CEO's like General Griffin!

As a CEO myself, I tell you it just ludicrous too act with "knee jerk" reactions with regards to employees, especially when they are the backbone of your establishment. Maybe it's the General whom needs to be "checked"?

Today your boss says you can't on your own volition fund a political party of your own choice, tomorrow its whom you can and can't vote for, and the next day it's when you can and cannot urinate.

THIS IS HOW RUMORS START

BREAKING NEWS:
"Obama leaves for India on a ten-day tour ending in South Korea, costing us taxpayers some $200 Million dollars a day! Obama is bringing an entourage of 3,000 people with him. Obama’s trip to India does include a meeting with Prime Minister Manohan Singh in New Delhi. A total of 40 jetliners will haul Obama, family, friends and staff. They’ve rented the entire Taj Mahal Palace & Tower Hotel, all 570 rooms! He’s even bringing his teleprompters with him! He will also be protected by a fleet of 34 warships, including an aircraft carrier, which will patrol the sea lanes off the Mumbai coast during his two-day stay there beginning Saturday. The measure has been taken as Mumbai attack in 2008 took place from the sea."

Holy everything that is God! Really readers we can't make this stuff up.

Should we be surprised that Michele Bachmann is the ring leader for this latest "Government is spending too much" campaign. Not if you read our earlier blog. Last night Anderson Cooper spoke with Bachmann on this very issue and she couldn't validate the story other than to say this is what the press is saying. Can we really accept liars like this in our congress? Glenn Beck, Rush Limbaugh, Micheal Savage all jumped the Bachmann bandwagon on this story and spent their air time this AM "spreading the news". These tea bags certainly live up to the titles of "axis of idiots" and "the know-nothings".

NFTOS has fought Dana Loesch on this very issue a million times. Blogging, journalism, reporting, does not mean make up crap as you go. Copy and past reporting is dangerous.

When has the Internet become the "Library of Congress" of factual information? Because information is posted on the Internet does not promise that all is confirmed and true. Because Billy Bob posted that B-ROCK is a Kenyan with Osama Bin Laden ties, doesn't make the story factual!

Debunked information is a plethora on the information highway, especially when it comes Dana Loesch and company. When did the lack of fact checking become a "lame duck" excuse to not support your BS?

We have mentioned frequently that "freedom of speech" is a dangerous tool in the hands of idiots, and this is never more true than with this story. This is the ideology of Andrew Breitbart's "Big Journalism" blog site. These hack writers copy and past any rubbish, or dross that comes across right wing blogosphere.

One could spend their entire life debunking the rhetoric out of camp tea bag. After reviewing the above, one could assert and conclude that all information from any right wing establishment is utter BS!

This is why we at NFTOS painstakingly research all that we report. The result on not doing so damages the equilibrium of those whom seek factual information.

"Non-Shooting Civil War"

48 hours after the mid-term elections and all hands on deck. The in breeding and fighting within the Republican party is at a fever pitch. Republicans gaining the House majority is like 250 starving kids fighting over one cookie.

Those of the right claiming "king of the hill" status are multitudinous. Mitch McConnell, Jim Demint, Michele Bachmann, John "tan man" Boehner. We have discussed Boehner enough, but we wanted to expose you to Bachmann, McConnell, and Demint tonight.

Michele Bachmann -

Ms. Bachmann is no less loony than Christine O'Donnell. In addition to being a loony, Bachmann's track record has proven she is also a full-fledged nut job. The type of person that makes you turn to your friend the moment she gets up to use the bathroom and mouth "She's craaaaaaazy," complete with hand motions and bug-eyes.

While Bachmann has always been a local lunatic, she didn't come onto the national lunatic scene until the 2008 election when she accused Barack Obama and many members of Congress of being "anti-American."

Like fellow lunatic Sarah Palin, Bachmann is deceptively attractive. While Palin is attractive in a "if she just put down that gun, took off those glasses, and started forming complete sentences" sort of way, Bachmann has the whole girl next door thing working for her. But only if you grew up next to an insane asylum.

Bachmann has claimed that many of her career moves have been dictated by messages from God. Abraham, Moses...Michele Bachmann. That sounds about right.

From anti-gay stances to anti-American Ms. Bachmann certainly never misses a beat.

In October 2008, Bachmann appeared on MSNBC's "Hardball" with Chris Matthews. When talking about Obama's association with Bill Ayers and Jeremiah Wright, she stated he and his wife, Michelle, held anti-American views and couldn't be trusted in the White House. She even called for the major newspapers of the country to investigate other members of Congress to "find out if they are pro-America or anti-America." For the record, Bachmann defines "America" as "star, bars, and white people."

When asked which parts of the country were anti-American, Bachmann replied, "I don't think it's geography. I think it's people who don't like America, who detest America." You know, the types of people that would organize a witch-hunt of Congress and imply the President is a terrorist. They can exist anywhere. Like Minnesota.

The reactions to her statements were overwhelmingly negative, with even Republicans distancing themselves from this crazy lady.

Bachmann's statements were especially stupid, considering that calling someone "anti-American" is as original as a schoolyard bully calling other kids "gay." Speaking of gays...

Opposition to gay rights:
In 2003, Bachmann began her yearly assault on gay rights, proposing a constitutional amendment that would ban same-sex marriage. In 2004, Bachmann and a coalition of religious leaders announced plans for what was billed as a "Minnesota for Marriage" rally. Thousands of people attended, holding signs that read, "Gays Should Not Be Married, Dontchya Know."

Shocked that her views were not universal, Bachmann felt the need to investigate her opposition. At a 2005 protest of her proposed constitutional ban of same-sex marriage, Bachmann and her cronies were actually seen hiding in the bushes, spying on the rally. When reached for comment regarding the incident, Bachmann complained that her feet were sore, saying, "I had high heels on and I just couldn't stand anymore. I was not in the bushes." The last part is true, as she was hiding behind the bushes. Getting in them would just be insane. Bachmann later acknowledged that she was spying on the rally, but only because she heard a "dirty rumor that they may screen 'Aladdin,' and 'Aladdin' can't get any gayer."

During a 2005 community meeting in Scandia, Minnesota, Bachmann was seen running out of a public bathroom crying, "I was being held against my will." In a report filed with the country sheriff, Bachmann claimed that two women "believed to be part of a LGBT group" detained her in the bathroom. She apparently was terrified and feared for her life. The women in question claimed they were simply making conversation with their local senator while waiting in line. The case was dismissed.

Foot note: Bachmann's step sister is a lesbian!

If you give Michele Bachmann a microphone, there's a pretty solid chance she'll say something stupid. The kinds of statements that leave you speechless - not because you don't know how to respond, but because there is no applicable response to gibberish.

Here's a sampling of her work:

"Don't Palinize Me!"

"Not all cultures are equal."

"We're running out of rich people in this country."

""I find it interesting that it was back in the 1970s that the swine flu broke out then under another Democrat president Jimmy Carter. And I'm not blaming this on President Obama, I just think it's an interesting coincidence."

"Little children will be forced to learn that homosexuality is normal and natural and perhaps they should try it."

Michele Bachmann's statements are so inane that at some level, one has must cut her some slack. Why? No human can be that much of a idiot. No real person acts like that. Maybe she's mentally ill?

Sen. Mitch McConnell may be the Senate minority leader but there's clearly another would-be power center among Senate Republicans — Sen. Jim DeMint of South Carolina.

DeMint, the chief channel in the Senate for the Tea Party movement, has an open letter in The Wall Street Journal that is at once a challenge to McConnell and a warning to the new Republican senators who tapped into Tea Party energy.

DeMint counsels the new senators that attempts will be made to buy them off that they should resist. Those new Republican senators include Marc Rubio of Florida, John Boozman of Arkansas, Ron Johnson of Wisconsin and Pat Toomey of Pennsylvania.

Jim Demint has attempted to convince pastors that economic issues are moral issues at the Greater Freedom Rally at a church in Spartanburg, South Carolina, imploring them to help conservatives retake Congress in November.

In addition to reiterating anti-choice talking points on abortion and backing "traditional marriage," according to the Spartanburg Herald-Journal, the senator went further and "said if someone is openly homosexual, they shouldn't be teaching in the classroom and he holds the same position on an unmarried woman who's sleeping with her boyfriend -- she shouldn't be in the classroom."

Controversy over DeMint's position on this issue first arose in 2004 during a Senate debate, when he was asked whether he agreed with the state party's platform that said openly gay teachers should be barred from teaching public school. DeMint said he agreed with that position because government shouldn't be endorsing certain behaviors.

How's that make you feel America?

Mitch McConnell - NFTOS thought Mitch was footing himself on firm ground, that is until he stated that his number one job is to ensure the POTUS is a one term President. Not your health, not your home, not your paycheck, he will have nothing of it, number one issue is outing the President.

Also the banner behind McConnell is none other than "the heritage foundation" which in its self is not oblivious from controversy. In 2001 they where accused of conflicts of interest in a Malaysia snafu, and also the have claims and ties to lobbyist Jack Abramoff. Boy howdy the ole cliché “Oh what a tangled web we weave, When first we practice to deceive” comes to mind with Mr. McConnell.

The above facts paint a discombobulated republican regime at best, and we are only 48hours in. What truths shall unfold next? What undisclosed idiosyncrasies lie next for the tea bags? And the plot thickens.

Post Script:

In future blogs your going to hear a lot about the "Volcker Rule" (Trading restrictions placed on financial institutions. The Volcker rule separates investment banking, private equity and proprietary trading (hedge fund) sections of financial institutions from their consumer lending arms.

Banks are not allowed to simultaneously enter into an advisory and creditor role with clients, such as with private equity firms. The Volcker rule aims to minimize conflicts of interest between banks and their clients through separating the various types of business practices financial institutions engage in.

NFTOS explains Volcker Rule: Named after former Federal Reserve Chairman Paul Volcker, the Volcker rule basically stops banks from doing their normal business (installment loans, residential mortgages, equity credit loans, deposit services) as well as trading on their own behalf.

The rule was introduced following the recession of 2008, to control the risk associated with the financial sector. Wall Street banks were accused of accumulating an excessive amount of risk and unfair business practices due to the inability of regulators to properly monitor their complex instruments and activities. The Volcker rule aims to protect individuals by creating a more transparent financial framework which can be regulated with greater ease. Mr. Volcker has argued that such speculative activity played a key role in the financial crisis of 2007–2010.)

Also readers you shall hear NFTOS repeatedly mention RINO (Republican in name only).

THE FACTS ARE:

“tentherism”, is right wing radical views that state pretty much everything the federal government does is unconstitutional. Several "thenthers" got waxed at the polls last night.(Miller, Buck, Raese, Angle, O'Donnell).

A snapshot of the GOP Class of 2010’s extremism: (Provided by thinkprogress)

ENVIRONMENT

50% deny the existence of manmade climate change
86% are opposed to any climate change legislation that increases government revenue

IMMIGRATION

39% have already declared their intention to end the 14th Amendment’s guarantee of birthright citizenship
32% want to reduce legal immigration

TAXES/SPENDING

91% have sworn to never allow an income tax increase on any individual or business – regardless of deficits or war
79% have pledged to permanently repeal the estate tax
48% are pushing for a balanced budget amendment

Rand Paul Explains His Support For Plutocracy: ‘There Are No Poor…We All Work For Rich People’ Paul announced his intention to do anything it takes to shield the privileged rich and corporate America. Asked if he would end the $830 billion, unpaid-for Bush tax cuts to the rich and return tax rates for the wealthiest bracket to Clinton-era levels, Paul snapped and said such a move would cause a “second great depression” and declared that “anybody who proposes such a policy really is, I think, unfit to be making decisions.”

Paul then clarified his delusional worldview by telling Blitzer that “there are no rich” and “there are no poor.” In Paul’s mind, even taxing yachts would somehow punish the working poor in Kentucky. “We all either work for rich people or we sell stuff to rich people,” concluded Rand: (Source thinkprogress)

As of 11/3/2010 House republicans still can’t name any programs they would cut to pay for Bush tax cuts.

John Boehner , Mitch McConnell et al say America spoke last night when in reality it was conservatives that spoke. Exit polls show at least 1/3 of the Dems that voted in 2008 sat on their hands this go around.

Today after our tea bag hangover, we mourn the death of the moderate Republican.

All the while, you would think Breitbart and company would be ecstatic over the tea bag slaughter, but yet today, the whine and cry that "daddy" was pwned by ABC and that MSNBC mocked everything that is tea bag is a plethora on Brietbart.com.

Ebay founder Meg Whitman spent 146 million to lose the Gubernatorial race in California. The Nevada Senate race spent 50 million with the majority of that funded by Karl Rove & Co. Yet more monies wasted on a losing effort. US Chamber of Commerce spent a total of 31.8 million to defeat the left. The fruits of the chambers labor is 36 seats gained by their monies.

Not one African American was voted to the senate this go around.

Congress has not seen a tsunami like this since 1948.

47% of seniors supported tea bags. 86% of the angriest Americans are tea baggers and 56% of those are highly un-educated whites.

Sharron Angle refuses to concede to Harry Reid, now talk about class.

Of the 20 exit polls NFTOS reviewed today, 22- 26% of republicans stated that someone within the household occupied a "Union" job. Isn't this against everything that is republican?

Tan man John Boehner stated today that health care prior to health reform "was "the greatest" health care on the planet". Yes if your a congressman.

A plethora of untruths emitted from camp tea bag prior to the elections yesterday. Most Tea bag candidates slung whatever mud they thought would stick, regardless of the facts. Just a handful of less than factual truths presented to America where: (The below facts are provided by factcheck.org)

Healthcare - Misrepresentations of the new health care law have been a staple of Republican campaigns. Some ads go so far as to claim (falsely) that the law would cause Medicare patients to lose their doctors, or (also falsely) that Democrats favored giving Viagra to sex offenders, or (false again) that typical families will pay $2,100 more in premiums.

Taxes - Another misleading Republican theme is that Democrats are about to unleash a huge tax increase on the typical family, or on small-business owners. Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin said "Democrats are poised now to cause this largest tax increase in U.S. history." Similar claims have been spread by Republican TV ads, by widely forwarded chain e-mails, in interviews and even by "tweets" and other social media.
It’s true that the tax cuts of 2001 and 2003 are set to expire at the end of this year, under terms set in law by a Republican Congress and President George W. Bush. But Democrats have said all along that they don’t intend to let all of the tax cuts expire, or even most of them. President Obama and most House and Senate Democrats favor keeping all the cuts that apply to taxpayers who earn less than $250,000 as a couple, or $200,000 as single filers.

As for the claim that Democrats favor "a huge tax hike on small business," in the words of one ad, that’s also wrong for the vast majority of small-business owners. Only about 3 percent of those with any business income showing on their personal returns would see a tax increase. Republicans retreated to claiming that half the small-business "income" — as opposed to business owners — would see an increase. But that’s wrong, too. Much of the "small"-business income they are counting comes from businesses with yearly income of $50 million or more — which is big business income in just about anybody’s book.

Stimulus Spin - Ads by Republicans in Connecticut, Florida, Washington, South Dakota, Ohio, Pennsylvania and elsewhere have claimed that the economic stimulus has failed to create jobs. We heard the same claims on talk shows and in speeches. House Minority Leader John Boehner even said in an address that the stimulus had harmed the job situation, since "America’s employers are afraid to invest in an economy stalled by ‘stimulus’ spending and hamstrung by uncertainty."
In fact, the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office estimates that the stimulus increased employment by between 1.4 million and 3.3 million people, compared with what employment would have been otherwise. Observers may differ on whether that’s a reasonable return on investment, but it’s not accurate to say that the stimulus harmed employment or that it didn’t help.

Bailouts - Everybody took the Wall Street bailout’s name in vain this campaign season. Democratic House incumbents in nine states claimed that they voted against "the bailout" — meaning the Troubled Asset Relief Program — when in fact they weren’t yet in office when it was enacted. (They voted against a later bill to allow release of the second half of TARP funds, a purely symbolic and futile vote. The Senate had already approved release and only disapproval by both houses could freeze the funds under terms set by the original bailout legislation.)
Meanwhile, some Republican ads accused Democratic House members of voting to give huge bonuses to Wall Street employees. That’s a misleading reference to the stimulus bill — its final version contained looser restrictions on bonuses than the version originally passed in the Senate. But the actual funds used by companies for those bonuses came from TARP, not the stimulus, and nothing in the bill the Democrats supported called for or supported bonuses.

The enacted bill simply failed to prevent as many of them as the Senate version might have.

Quoting factcheck.org
"The claims we’re asked about most often don’t always come from the mouths of politicians, or even their TV ads. Maybe because these claims are pure bohonkey. The falsehoods circulate widely by e-mail, forwarded by people who either don’t know or don’t care that they are spreading misinformation the way a virus spreads disease."

And lastly, other viral claims that are just not fact are:

The health care law puts a 3.8 percent tax on all home sales. Actually, the new health care law’s tax only applies to the sale of a primary residence in rare cases. For individuals, it falls on profit that exceeds $250,000, if the individual’s income exceeds $200,000. For couples, the tax falls only on profits exceeding $500,000, if joint income is more than $250,000.

Obama plans a 1 percent tax on all bank transactions. That’s based on a single House member’s bill that isn’t supported by the White House, has no cosponsors, and has never even gotten a hearing in committee.

For the next two years America is stuck with representatives whom could careless about truth, honor and integrity. The aforementioned is just a smattering of falsehoods claimed by the tea bag society.

What can America expect from this newly founded house containing a majority of "axis of idiots"? If the above is any inclination, then America, hang on tight.

MSNBC host Chris Matthews asked Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-MN) last night if she was “hypnotized.” Matthews was pressing her on whether the new GOP majority would use its subpoena power to investigate Democrats for “un-American activities,” but Bachmann refused to give a straight answer and would not “budge from her talking points on jobs and the economy.” “Has someone hypnotized you?” Matthews asked, “Because no matter what I ask you, you give the same answer.” A reoccurring theme from righty.

At the end of the day readers, what we can expect from this new congress is major gridlock. Taking into effect that the Democrats hold the majority in the Senate, and the current sitting POTUS is a Democrat whom holds the ultimate trump card (VETO power), leaves one to conclude that we are not any better off after "Americans spoke" last night.

In closing, we leave you with the spirit of a true Democratic politician, Our new hero is HARRY REID! The entire world said he had no pulse! The very ethnic cleansing his opponent encouraged was the very ethnic group whom told Angle to take a flying leap off a rolling stone. And ole man Harry lives another day!

NFTOS

SHARON ANGLE.. LAUGHING STOCK OF USA

HARRY REID ANNIHILATES SHARRON ANGLE!

Every pundit told us Reid was toast. The resilience of Reid never wavered, and the very ethnic cleansing Angle encouraged and wanted (rid the country of Hispanics) was the very ethnic group that voted her to the street...96% of Hispanics voted for Reid. Angle provided the ugliest and nastiest campaign that we have ever seen. The belittlement of everyone whom wasn't white was appalling. Nevadans got it right,as did Delawareans, and Californians. Angle avoided every interview offered to her other than Faux. Clearly this was the nail in the coffin of this obvious snide, out of touch racist.

Losing the house is not great news for America, but these tools losing makes all things right with NFTOS.

Earlier today (Noon) NFTOS called and predicted that O'Donnell, Angle, Miller, Whitman, Fiorina, Paladino would be losers in their respective races. As of 1 AM EST all have bit the dust but Miller, and his polls closed seconds ago. Should Miller get dumped, NFTOS will have a 100% prediction rate.

Americans have voted, and their voices have been heard loud and clear, polls, pundits, and Faux News' voices means very little. Voters have seen the very extremist for what they are, and America unequivocally says HELL NO!

Does the Republican party really want Sarah "snowbillie" Palin backing them....O'Donnell, Whitman, Fiorina, Angle, and Paladino say no.

BREAKING....1/4 votes in at Alaska Senate seat and "write-in-votes" have the lead. Go Lisa Murkowsksi!

TEA BAGS TO RULE THE ROOST IN HOUSE

MSM is projecting that the new Republican will have the majority. Nancy is out, the hypocritical "Tan man" John Boehner is in.

Good luck with that America!

Should the Democrats hold on too the senate the dems hold advantage as ultimately the Democratic White House has veto power.

Veto - meaning "I forbid" in Latin. Which is the power of an officer of the state to stop unilaterally a piece of legislation.

In practice, the veto can be absolute (as in the U.N. Security Council, whose permanent members (the United States) can block any resolution) or limited (as in the legislative process of the United States, where a two-thirds vote in both the House and Senate may override a Presidential veto of legislation).

A veto gives power, possibly unlimited, to stop changes, but not to adopt them. The influence that the veto conveys to its holder is therefore directly proportional to the holder's conservatism, broadly defined. The more the holder of a veto supports the status quo, the more useful the veto.

Reiterating, if the senate holds Democratic rule, the tea bags still have issues to contend with.

Stay tuned, it's getting interesting.

MID TERMS 2010

For months Mafioso thug Glenn Beck has been touting that George Soros was taking over America with his billions of dollars. In a all out blitz, the Beckster would ascribe and expostulate Soros and good friend Drummond Pike for buying or bolstering the Democratic stance in the mid-terms.

Yet early election results show just the opposite. Faux News and Karl Rove's dollars have and will out weighed Soros and Pike this election. Soros and Pike started late with funding monies to eradicate America of the filth called tea baggers.

Karl Rove & Company fully funded the tea bag society (and even some unwilling candidates like the wicked witch O'Donnell), and any fruits of labor that where quenched by the tea bags is owed to Rove and Company. See chart below of outside groups whom are not supposed to spend directly on politics but did in 2010. According to the Center for Responsive Politics’ OpenSecrets.org, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the America Action Network, American Crossroads, and Crossroads GPS top the list as this year’s biggest spenders. Together, these four conservative groups spent $99.6 million — $71.5 million above the SEIU and A.F.S.C.M.E labor unions’ combined $28.1 million:
Both American Crossroads and Crossroads GPS are "Karl Rove & Company operations.

I doubt tomorrow when the landslides subsides that there shall be many tea bags bitching about the illegal funds that slipped into American politics, but yet if the shoe was on other foot the tea bags would be sending the lynch men out for Soros and Pike.

MSNBC discloses tonight in its plethora of charts and graphs that 86% of the angriest Americans are tea baggers and 56% of those are whites with no college education. This is certainly not a surprise to NFTOS as we have be saying since day one that tea bags lead with their mouth and not their brains, and these stats clearly quantify this theory.

Key tea bags ousted so far:

Christine O'Donnell
Linda McMahon
John Raese

In other early news ABC and Internet mogul Andie Breitbart ratcheted up the disdain for each other. After Breitbart slammed ABC via his "big journal" blog site, ABC said they have had enough...bye bye Andie.

Regarding Breitbart - This afternoon, ABC News released a letter it sent to Breitbart disinviting him from any participation with the network’s election coverage, saying his immature reaction to not be allowed to go on TV made them “feel it best for you not to participate“:

We have spent the past several days trying to make clear to you your limited role as a participant in our digital town hall to be streamed on ABCNews.com and Facebook. The post on your blog last Friday created a widespread impression that you would be analyzing the election on ABC News. We made it as clear as possible as quickly as possible that you had been invited along with numerous others to participate in our digital town hall. Instead of clarifying your role, you posted a blog on Sunday evening in which you continued to claim a bigger role in our coverage. As we are still unable to agree on your role, we feel it best for you not to participate.

EXCERCISE YOUR RIGHT

In less than 12 hours my fellow Virginian's shall be voting in the mid-term elections.
A few heated seats are up for the taking. The Virginia Beach Republican running for office against Glenn Nye (Democrat) slams B-ROCKS stimulus plan. Mr. Rigell for US Congress contravenes the plan. Yet part of the plan was "cash for clunkers', to which Mr. Rigell is a automotive dealer whom took 400,000 dollars of the cash for clunkers program! Can we say hypocrite?

In my region we get Krystal Ball (yes we agree sounds like a porn actress name) who is running in Virginia's 1st congressional district election, 2010. While her platform is strong she has zero experience in politics. Her opponent Rob Whittman will more than likely win the seat.

In National political news, the masses have spoken early. ABC announced that it would entertain " subject matter expert analysis" from "real time" voting tomorrow. Andrew Breitbart CEO of extreme right wing ideology (and the concoctor of the Shirley Sherrod video) and his minion Dana Loesch where to be at best "biased commentators" for the struggling ABC news. ABC in the last 48 hours has been bombarded with American's calling for Andy to be removed, and removed he was. If you visit any Brietbart internet site his few followers (less than 100 comments on his personal blog) claim censorship, treason, and outright rage at their leader being ousted from his "analysis gig. ( Andy Breitbart articlehttp://news.yahoo.com/s/yblog_upshot/20101101/el_yblog_upshot/breitbart-abc-news-spar-over-election-night-role)

Hispanic President of the Republican-affiliated Latinos For Reform has been seen on various MSM (mainstream media) outlets coercing fellow Hispanics to not vote, and today he admitted that he voted in Virginia by absentee ballot. (Hipsanic vote http://www.rawstory.com/rs/2010/11/hispanic-dont-vote-advocate-admits-voted/?utm_source=twitterfeed&utm_medium=twitter)

Sara Palin has been quoted as saying that no one is "fit to tie Joe Miller's combat boots". HUH! Last time we looked the Messiah died many moons ago, and Joe Miller is no Messiah. She also claims that MSM is conspiring against Joe Miller.

A pot and kettle moment here for Joe and Sarah, as Joe the 'corrupt bastard" himself admitted to lying about usage of Government computers. What Miller did, according to his admissions, "was getting onto the computers of co-workers, going to the Joe Miller website, and then voting as others on a Miller poll on whether the Republican party should dump state chairman Randy Ruedrich.". His superiors admonished him for his behavior but also acknowledged that Miller had been under considerable stress. An email from Miller also contained in the records stated ""I acknowledge that my access to others' computers was wrong, participating in the poll was wrong, lying was wrong, and there is absolutely no excuse for any of it."

The endless string of fruit loops from the party of tea bags is never ending. From Ohio, to New York, from Nevada to Alaska. Delaware to Connecticut, from candidates whom disseminate bestiality videos, to Ohioan's dawning Nazi re-enacting uniforms, to candidates who believe that mice with fully functioning brains roam terra firma.

Because the founding documents of America do not align with your ideology, doesn't mean amending them and re-writing them are options. There not!

POTUS' analogy is spot on. We have had a car driven by the right. Bush and Cheney where by the worst to occupy the seats since the inception of these offices. Do we want too, and can we really afford too place our country in jeopardy that the right once had us in?

The moderate Republican died a few years ago, and we are left with the afterbirth of gun toting, white supremacist, save the rich-screw the poor mentality.

Bi-partisanship, will cease to exist as we know it under a tea bag regime, the "tan man" (John Boehner) has made that very clear. Can we as a country really absorb the "establishment" of the extreme right?

In case you missed Olbermann's depiction of "tea bag society" below is a nineteen minute video of tea bags running for office, and their less than coherent stances on America.

NFTOS has posted over 98 blogs castigating, vituperating, denunciating, the extremist right. 98 blogs proving discrediting, quashing, exposing, negating, shooting holes in the ideology that is "the lunatic fringe" of a "right "Government.

Voting is a method for a group such as a meeting or an electorate to make a decision or express an opinion—often following discussions, debates, or election campaigns. It is often found in democracies and republics. In a representative government, voting commonly implies election: a way for an electorate to select among candidates for office. In politics voting is the method by which the electorate of a democracy appoints representatives in its government.

A vote is an individual's act of voting, by which he or she expresses support or preference for a certain motion, a certain candidate, a selection of candidates, or a political party.

Modern political science has questioned whether average citizens have sufficient political information to cast meaningful votes. We hope that we have given you enough erudition to make a choice that best suits you.

Suffrage, political franchise, or simply the franchise is the civil right to vote, or the exercise of that right.

" We live in hard times, not end of world times", two parties polarized by hate for each other is never more venomous than today. More so for the right as the anger by the tea party is always prevalent in MSM.

Despondent as it is, that two comediennes have to show us how truly out of keel our society is when it comes to politics.

We repeatedly hear how "unsustainable" things in our country are. Certainly America is "unsustainable" under a tea bag regime.

Exercise your right to vote!

"A STRANGE BREW OF TEA"

Tea bag candidates are a little less than desirable? No way! Five days till mid-term voting and we just realize that O'Donnell, Angel and clan have more than a few screws loose.

Republicans are ready to seize the country readers.

Today thinkprogess.org discloses How The ‘US’ Chamber Uses Its Money To Pay Pundits, Manipulate Google, And Create Fake News Outlets. http://thinkprogress.org/

If the above doesn't make you want to regurgitate, learning that Foreign-Funded U.S. Chamber Of Commerce Advocates For Weakening Law Against Bribing Foreign Governments should defiantly turn the ole bread basket.

And if the above Molotov cocktail isn't dangerous enough, right wing REPORT: "111 Republican Incumbents And Candidates Want To Eliminate The Department Of Education". Yes that's 111 Republicans stand firmly on dousing the Department. http://thinkprogress.org/

The GOP in their giddiness for rule of house and senate tell B-ROCK "There Will Be ‘No Compromise’"!

The below video depicts a lost Christine O'Donnell. To sue or not to sue, if this doesn't solidify a loss for her then God have mercy on us all! Maybe Christine's tea is a bit too strong?

The next series of videos are of Sharon Angle. They really need very little verbiage from us here at NFTOS. They speak for themselves. Apparently the more cretinus you are, the better candidate you are for the new republican. We at NFTOS find it hard to fathom that we have to repudiate the psychosis of the "strange brew". Apparently this is appealing to the right. To coin a Al Davis quote, "just win baby".

MAJORITY OF TEA BAGS

It's " mainstream" Vs "extreme."

John Boehner and Eric Cantor are already measuring the drapes and plotting tea bag extremism to revamp America to circa 1773. The possibility that tea bags could control both house and senate is never more real than six days prior to the mid-term voting process.

The newest version of axis of idiots will push for more than $100 billion in spending cuts, tax reductions and attempts to undo key parts of President Barack Obama's health care and financial regulation laws.

CBS News Poll analysis shows that only 29 % of Americans support the tea party movement.

The name "Tea Party" echoes the Boston Tea Party, a 1773 incident when colonists destroyed British tea rather than paying what they considered a tax that violated their right to "No Taxation without Representation, to which this is where the new GOP would want our country to be 1773.

Currently 86% of tea baggers think climate change is a hoax. Tea partiers want to repeal the health care law, but two thirds of Americans either like or want it to go further. 59% of Americans support gay marriage and civil unions. Tea partiers support traditional gender roles where men are in charge like Glenn Beck, and women are soft and emotionally fragile with spooky mood swings like Glenn Beck.” Six in ten Americans think illegal Mexicans should have a path to citizenship and be allowed to stay here, and the other four in ten are illegal Mexicans.”

If you live in key states where the extremist want to rule, it's imperative upon you to look deeply at these candidates. Sharon Angle, Rand Paul, Marco Rubio, Ken Buck, Keith Rothfus, Christine O'Donnell are political idiots that want to repeal every constitution that exists.

The list or host of "know nothings' running for office is astounding. What does it say readers when candidates run and hide from queries addressed to them? What are they hiding?

What happens when hate voting puts these far out extremist into running our country?
Who is responsible when Sharon Angle and Christine O'Donnell are in these seats ? Can we really be this mad at our country to vote these unabashed radical extremist into office?

Before you vote, research your choices. The outcome of not doing so will jeopardize our Country.

MSNBC's Keith Olbermann breaks down a tea bag society.

Can we really afford to have politicians with such radical outlandish views making policy for us?

If nothing else, the tea bag movement is a flaky dogma producing machine. Aided and abetted by their echo chamber at Fox News, members of the raging right will gather at so-called Tea Parties around the country to vote for the misguided and misinformed.
To be sure, what theoretically began as a protest against profligate government has morphed into a Rorschach Test of right-wing political grievance.

Glenn Beck's astro-turf acolytes decry saboteurs and "communists," evolution and "brainwashing machines." The tea baggers' strange brew of Birthers and Birchers proclaim Barack Obama foreign-born while issuing calls to "burn the books." In the end, the far-right foaming at the mouth is enough for mainstream America to see that all four legs are not under the table.

These furious and frothing tea bagger apparently believes King George III is still oppressing his colonial subjects under the yoke of the Townshend and Tea Acts.

Fiscal conservative Andrew Sullivan is quoted as saying:

"These are not tea-parties. They are tea-tantrums. And the adolescent, unserious hysteria is a function not of a movement regrouping and refinding itself. It's a function of a movement's intellectual collapse and a party's fast-accelerating nervous breakdown."

And if their misunderstanding of the Boston Tea Party wasn't bad enough, their choice of tea bagging as metaphor is more unfortunate still.

Get out and vote readers!

AT ALL COST........"REVOLT"

This very video is the anger that incites radical extremist tea baggers to attack, and this very video is a theme from Beck, to which he claims he is a peaceful pacifist.

Videos from the Beckster, and Dana Loesch's language in blogs, and her failure to repudiate and vituperate the beating at the "aqua Buddha" event is dangerous territory to be treading in.

Fox news and Beck are never gun shy with their rhetoric on pitting Americans against Americans, telling their audience that our country is under attack by a demonic Nazi-like regime seeking to destroy all that is great about America all while insisting it's up to his viewers to resist and revolt.

And revolt he did, Gregory Giusti was arrested for repeatedly threatening House Speaker Nancy Pelosi -- including threatening to destroy her home -- because he was upset over health care reform. The man's mother told a local news station he listens to those with "really radical ideas," adding, "I'd say Glenn Beck of Fox News is whom Gregory was watching."

Is America's next Civil War encased in radical tea bags Vs the Democrats and the "Democratic Society".

America is never more angrier with politics than now. Palin, Beck, and Loesch only aggravate an already exasperated situation.

I doubt our forefathers the real "we the people" would be proud of what transpires in today's politics, and NFTOS doubts that Palin, Beck, and Loesch have the intelligence quota to understand that their lack of education is not and excuse for their bone thug politics, and it will not be tolerated any longer.

It's time to call these baggers out and expose them for what they really are.

Today it's just a wing nut war, tomorrow it's full blown violence. Shots are fired by the right that are strafing the common sense center of "grass roots" America.

As the right becomes more polarized, they pour more gasoline on the embers of political anger. And these are the very actions that should make these axis of idiots accountable for their "freedom of speech".

NFTOS

Dana Loesch Does not vituperate Beating..."UNLESS"

Dana Loesch suggests that Rand Paul anti-activist deserved beating, stating that she attacked or "lunged" at Paul, and until democrats apologize for two tea bags beaten months earlier that she could careless about "pretense"!

When is it ever OK for a man to premeditate too pummel a women, throw her down on the ground and then stomp her head with his foot?

When is it OK to call in bomb threats because a CEO fired a racist? (AKA Juan Williams).

In LEXINGTON, Ky. – Supporters of Republican U.S. Senate candidate Rand Paul wrestled a woman to the ground and one stepped on her head after she tried to confront the candidate in Kentucky.

Today, the Washington Post reports NPR received a bomb threat today, and while the threat didn’t specifically cite the Williams saga, NPR officials said the “tone” suggested it was involved:

NPR received a bomb threat Monday, five days after its decision to fire news analyst Juan Williams sparked a hugely negative reaction from the extremist tea baggers.

This is the very anger that lead Tea Bagger Dana Loesch incites.(only when politcal anger hits the right is it wrong).

Ms. Loesch (We use the term Ms. loosely) goes on her blog today and insinuates that this action is "eye for and eye" because fellow baggers Kenneth Gladney and Kelly Owens where attacked months earlier. Ms. Loesch goes on to explain "I’ve seen the tape of Valle vs. the Paul supporters. She was described as having “lunged” and “stalked” Paul, which, considering the history of leftist violence and threats (I know from experience: I’m preparing to go to court over threats made against my children, not to mention the death threat I received this week), made the debate attendees nervous."

Loesch in her demented FUBAR psyche tells readers how she knows Ms. Valle intent was to "go with the intent to start trouble".

Clearly, Dana Loesch is a idiot of profound epic proportions. She is titled "journalist", "political SME", and yet she barely holds a high school education!

NFTOS titles Loesch as a "muckraker", only difference is, she often applies half truths, biased skewed data, and literally knows little if anything about politics, policies, and or journalism! (http://bigjournalism.com/dloesch/2010/10/26/media-canonizes-paid-soros-activist-who-started-violence-at-rand-paul-debate/).

Glenn Beck has the "know nothings" drooling and seething on the ideology that two men run and manipulate America. (AKA George Soros and Drummond Pike.) Loesch is the epitome of a Beck and call girl zombie, and is baited by the repeated Beckster theme to tie anything to Pike and Soros, and hence the conclusion that "Ms. Valle is part of the Marxist, Communist regime set out to overtake America and attack half witted hillbillies running for office in Kentucky."

{Intent - Intent in law is the planning and desire to perform an act, to fail to do so (i.e. an omission) or to achieve a state of affairs in psychological view it may mean a different thing. In criminal law, for a given actus reus ("guilty act"), the required element to prove intent consists of showing mens rea (mental state, "guilty mind"). The requirements for the proof of intent in tort law are not simple. Knowledge of the repercussions of the act is often not necessary. It is sometimes only a matter of showing that there was desire to perform an act.}

Now we never expect Dana Loesch to understand law, but to say Dana that you know Ms. Valle's intent at the Rand Paul "Aqua Buhda" debate was to " incite a riot" is utter fecal matter and plain asinine. But this is the Loesch that we have come to know and love.

NFTOS has said this a million times if not once. And her it is again;
{Our researchers came up with this quote from a left wing friend of Loesch's (which honesty astonishes the bloggers of NFTOS that she has Democratic pals). Quoting photographer Steven Treusdell who has no problem calling out dear Dana... "You have the character of a hate radio DJ down pat," Truesdell wrote in an e-mail to Loesch in October. "Your continued rise in this arena will be fun to watch. You have the aggression, the looks, and the vocab to go far in 'Hate broadcasting' and right wing idolatry. Do be careful though, one day the outrage you urge in others will turn to violence and innocent people will die in your name. This is assured. That is a lot to live with, even when one has Religious righteousness and a fervent belief in their absolute rightness. I hope when that day comes you can live with the results of what you have sown."}

Now that Dana has gained nation attention with her buffoonery, she is now reaping the very outcome that Truesdell predicted some months ago. The anger she emits from a bull horn on courthouse steps, to the Larry King like bad breath she exudes when speaking into microphones, Loesch has yet to realize that anger, hate, politics has it's ramifications. The only thing Treusdell missed in his email or failed to mention and predict was that Dana might get some anger thrown at her as well while "inciting" the masses.

We at NFTOS despise any political violence, and we do not support the threats to Loesch, but in the same breath we are not surprised that some of her anger politics has now backfired and is now upon her. Freedom of speech has to be carefully monitored in politics circa 2010. Especially for the laymen like Loesch.

For Loesch to not admonish, denounce, repudiate, disassociate, condemn, rebuke, vituperate, any and all violence speaks volumes of the character that is Loesch.

To say
"If she didn’t want to be restrained she shouldn’t have gone with the intent to start trouble, but congressional members also need to provide their own security. Sure, the man shouldn’t have placed his foot on her head." Is a dominant male throwing a woman to the ground and foot placed on her head defined as "restrained".

Where does running for office say don't approach me or I'll "Black Water" body guard your ass?

Whether it's Kenneth Gladney, Kelly Owens or Ms. Valle, violence in politics is wrong Ms. Loesch! Period! Loesch's parting cutting quote to her readers goes like this, " So, forgive me if I vomit due to the pretense of devoted justice these same liberals now display I’m waiting for all the people who mocked and slurred Gladney and Owens to apologize and condemn their beatings. When the left can do that, then we can enter into a realm of legitimate, bi-partisan discussion. Until then, the left and government media can spare me the pretense."

If Ms. Loesch could only put two coherent sentences together on her "own", and not regurgitate something that has already been said by right wing extremism radio, blog and or Faux news, then and only then could anyone have that "legitimate, bi-partisan discussion" with her. Until Loesch gains a degree in something other than BS, NFTOS will have to repudiate the writings and mentality of the moronic, tomfool, nincompoop, muttonhead, ignoramus, cretin, imbecile, named Dana Loesch.

Footnote: Rand Paul dismissed the woman beater stating that he condones such actions.(Maybe Loesch should take lessons from her fellow hillbilly tea bagger)

A parting quote today from Michelle Bachmann (2x republican house seat running for Minnesota seat) said today on Glenn Beck. Quoting Bachmann " I plan to host classes on the Constitution and the Bill of Rights for fellow House members when I return to Washington so that freshman tea baggers know how to vote". WTF!

TO LEAK OR NOT TO LEAK

This past Friday (10/22/10) an international organization released the largest United States classified military leak in history. The 391,832 reports (Titled 'The Iraq War Logs'), document the war and occupation in Iraq, from 1st January 2004 to 31st December 2009.

The culprit of all this is Bradley Manning. Private First Class Bradley E. Manning (born 1987) is a United States Army soldier who has been arrested and charged with the unauthorized use and disclosure of U.S. classified information.

Manning was an intelligence analyst assigned to a support battalion with the 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division at Contingency Operating Station Hammer, Iraq. Agents of the U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Command arrested Manning based on information received from federal authorities provided by an American journalist informant, Adrian Lamo, in whom Manning had previously confided. Lamo stated he came forward as an act of conscience. Lamo said that Manning claimed, via instant messaging, to be the person who had leaked the "Collateral Murder" video of the July 12, 2007, Baghdad airstrike, in addition to a video of the Granai airstrike and around 260,000 diplomatic cables, to the whistleblower website Wikileaks. The media has described Manning as a whistleblower.

On July 5, 2010, Manning was charged under the Uniform Code of Military Justice with violations of Article 92 and Article 134, for "transferring classified data onto his personal computer and adding unauthorized software to a classified computer system," and "communicating, transmitting and delivering national defense information to an unauthorized source". The maximum possible prison sentence for the charges is 52 years. An Army spokesman stated that an Article 32 hearing, similar to a grand jury, would be held to determine whether or not there was enough evidence to proceed to a court-martial.

Having held a Top Secret SCI clearance for 25 years I am astounded how a "American" could betray his/her country in such a deviant way.

Now that the documents are out, all kind of synopsis and hypotheses will emit on how the US military has run amok. There is a reason that this database was titled "top secret". Not for civilian consumption, period!

Wikileaks claims this is "history" that the world needs to know.

NFTOS can tell you that these documents are going to portray a "lying" Bush Administration.

Having worked for the Bush Administration I can tell you that these documents will not paint a rosy picture of "Axis of idiots".

While we deplore Manning and Wikileaks disgusting acts of treason and disregard for "secret' information, lets now show the country the true colors of George Bush and his fellow pathological liars for what they are. Traitors and liars!

We already knew that U.S. and other coalition forces were inflicting civilian casualties that had the effect of enraging local villagers and often driving them into the enemy camp. We already had plenty of evidence that elements within Pakistan's intelligence services were giving support and guidance to the Taliban insurgency inside Afghanistan, even though Pakistan is supposed to be our ally in the fight against the terrorists.

Overall, though, the most shocking thing about the "War Diary" may be that it fails to shock. The documents illustrate how futile -- and tragically wasteful -- it is to send more young men and women to fight and die in Afghanistan. They also show that Bush, Cheney, and Rumsfeld would stop at nothing to bullshit America. A pattern as we have now come to learn was pathological! Did we ever get truth from George Bush?

Having been in the theater of war for over 25 years I have learned that war is ugly, very, very ugly! I have also learned that these documents are titled "top secret" for a reason.

This is not a left or right issue, this is a United States issue. These documents now disclosed make our country a lot more vulnerable. I doubt Manning and Wikileaks understand that, or maybe they do. Either way if found guilty Manning should be immediately executed for treason upon the guilty verdict.

As for Julian Assange, spokesperson and editor-in-chief for Wikileaks, (also known as Australia's most famous ethical computer hacker.") NFTOS can only hope that this "dark
demented vermin gets 'vetted" like his released documents, and then lets see what falls out of the closet of this rapist."

Like Cheney and Bush outing Valerie Plame, Manning and Assange just weakened a country!

"Majority Leader" John Boehner

With 8 days left til mid-term voting, Americans have never been closer to having a "tool" be the house majority leader than now. Ok Maybe, the "eye of Newt" Gingrich was worse.

Boehner(not pronounced BONER but BAy-ner) spent most of his political career railing against corruption and scandal in Washington, though—ironically—it was a series of Washington scandals that directly resulted in the few professional successes Boehner's had, including his Congressional seat and House Majority leadership.

In May 2009, weekly tracking polls indicated that Boehner remained the most unpopular politician in the United States.

1990, Boehner took advantage of the Republican politician disaster-scandal trifecta that befell Ohio Congressman Buz Lukens who was caught engaging the services of a prostitute. An African-American one. A sixteen-year-old one. For 40 dollars. (Though nearly everyone has denounced Luken, many do admire his frugality.)

Helping to lift the people of Ohio and their respected Senate seat being involved with an underage sex scandal, Boehner entered the United States House of Representatives where he would later be involved with a an underage sex scandal.

15 years afterward, Boehner would learn about creepy emails Congressman Mark Foley sent to a young page, but not tell anybody about it until months later. Except then-Speaker of the House Dennis Hastert, which he's "99% sure" he did. Overall, most people remember pretty clearly whether or not they helped cover up for a sleazy old man harassing children, but John Boehner is not most people.

In his first year, Boehner and six other congressmen formed the gang of seven. Among the major achievements of the gang of seven are the public exposure of politicians who'd overdrawn their bank accounts and cracking down on the free ride that congressmen were getting at that national travesty: the congressional barbershop. Not so much a "gang" as, say, a coterie, this "gang" was just like the Crips if instead of robbing and murdering people, they solely went around committing municipal code violations.

Boehner was one of the chief authors of the Contract with America, a document that many citizens remember existing though no one can actually recall the contents of it. This may be attributable to the Contracts ardent support for a series of initiatives that many Americans agreed with in principal but realistically, couldn't give a shit about.

In 2006, Beohner again displayed his aptitude for taking advantage of other people's criminal indictments when he succeeded Tom Delay as the House then-Majority leader.

Electrifying conservatives with his stern pro-business, anti-corruption, small government positions, Boehner would quickly disappoint most of his supporters by approving $9.8 trillion dollars in President Bush's budgets. While most lawmakers are unable to follow through on every promise they make, it is uncommon for a politician to do the complete inverse of every promise they made.

"Thankfully," following the 2008 Presidential election, Boehner returned to his original stance against major government spending once it became politically convenient. While it's difficult to argue that he has displayed consistency in his Republican "beliefs," there is one position he has been able to stringently adhere to: being opposed to whatever the overwhelming public opinion supports at the time.

Connections to lobbyists
In June 1995, Boehner distributed campaign contributions from tobacco industry lobbyists on the House floor as House members were weighing how to vote on tobacco subsidies. Boehner eventually led the effort to change House rules and prohibit campaign contributions from being distributed on the House floor.

A September 2010 New York Times story said Boehner was "tightly linked" to lobbyists.

With no immediate solution to the current policies and issues at hand, it remains to be seen if Boehner will remain firm, rigid, and inflexible in his positions or whether the potential success of him becoming the house majority leader will cause him to shrink away limp, deflated, and flaccid.

John Boehner, congressman extraordinaire, or Dante's Inferno leader with a great tan....

"FREEDOM of SPEECH

"Freedom of Speech" - { Freedom of speech is the freedom to speak freely without censorship or limitation, or both. The synonymous term freedom of expression is sometimes used to indicate not only freedom of verbal speech but any act of seeking, receiving and imparting information or ideas, regardless of the medium used. In practice, the right to freedom of speech is not absolute in any country and the right is commonly subject to limitations, such as on "hate speech".

{The right to freedom of speech is recognized as a human right under Article 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and recognized in international human rights law in the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR). The ICCPR recognizes the right to freedom of speech as "the right to hold opinions without interference. Everyone shall have the right to freedom of expression."}

We at NFTOS would like to get too some real politics, but we feel we have to address the whiny Glenn Beck yet again. Today Beck feeling the heat of the potential loss of 32 million a year is fighting mad. His anger is never more prevalent than today and of late. His enemy is just as mad and fighting back with a vengeance, and unfortunately for the Beckster, it would appear that Soros and Pike are hell bent on wheels to submerge the Beckistan forever.

Beck's theme today was "Freedom of Speech". We at NFTOS are all for it. BUT, understand that this right comes with a plethora of variables! Freedom of speech in the hands of some is as dangerous as a human calling fire in a theater, and a terrorist who has hijacked a flying projectile who's intent is to destroy buildings in America.

With this freedom comes a HUGE caveat, and that caveat is when you speak with derogatory comments, inciting verbiage, and personal attacks, comes anger and backlash.

Regurgitation from last night:

Beck has even compared our government to vampires while instructing his viewers to "drive a stake through the heart of the bloodsuckers" and pretended to poison Speaker Pelosi on television. A few months later, Gregory Giusti was arrested for repeatedly threatening House Speaker Nancy Pelosi -- including threatening to destroy her home -- because he was upset over health care reform. The man's mother told a local news station he listens to those with "really radical ideas," adding, "I'd say Fox News or all of those that are really radical."

Yet Beck claimed emphatically today that he is a man of peace. But yet every other sentence spewed from his vocal chords are intended to incite and belittle the left.

"The free communication of ideas and opinions is one of the most precious of the rights of man. Every citizen may, accordingly, speak, write, and print with freedom, but shall be responsible for such abuses of this freedom as shall be defined by law. "Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers".

For every action there is a reaction. When you repeatedly berate, verbally bash, and mock literally half of your country. (307 million reside in America and in 2008 69 million voted Democrat and 59 million voted republican). It doesn't take Einstein too figure that when you demean 69 million Americans daily that you may just get under the skin of a few.

Beck was complaining (surprise) about "objective reporting" . Yet the very institution that provides him millions struggles with this very concept. Same with "Big Journalism". They host a myriad of bloggers, and yet nary one of these Neanderthals can give you full and concise factual information on their blogs, (that is when they are not copy and pasting every biased word encased into cyberspace via a sister site to Breitbart and company.){sidebar.... Andy blurbs today that he will not interview with NPR until they retract and rehire Juan Williams, whom Fox signed multi year contract immediately after receiving his pink slip from NPR. NFTOS wants to know where is the down turn when the buffoon Breitbart doesn't appear on your show?}

Big Journalism falls into this very category with freedom of speech. Speak your BS, but ensure you know that when you do that you "are responsible for such abuses".

Daily Beck calls me and my party Fascist, Nazis, Marxist, Socialist, Communist, Evil, and Racist. Beck is the best at "baiting" those on the left. And now that he has hooked his bait, and has gained our attention with his "freedom of speech", leaves the bumbling Beckistan a little less than uneasy and ever more angrier.

It's evident from the last video below that "Freedom of Speech" also means blatant misuse of journalistic integrity. Had not John Stewart caught Faux News with the "stretching of the truth" those whom religiously follow Faux would think everything is all status quo. It is! Glenn Beck is the master at manipulating history to suit has "black board" schematics into the "evil empire" that is George Soros.

Conspiracy theory is the backbone of Faux News. NFTOS wonders why Jesse "the body" Ventura is not on the "contributor" list of Faux News. He would certainly be the missing cog, or puzzle piece to the lunacy that is Murdoch TV.

Beck speaking on social justice says "any church promoting "social justice" or "economic justice" merely was using code words for Nazism and communism."

"I beg you look for the words social justice or economic justice on your church Web site," he said. "If you find it, run as fast as you can. Social justice and economic justice, they are code words. ... Am I advising people to leave their church? Yes Beck states. All this from a guy whom worships the cult religion titled Mormonism, and its founder Joe Smith Jr.

{ Social justice generally refers to the idea of creating an egalitarian society or institution that is based on the principles of equality and solidarity, that understands and values human rights, and that recognizes the dignity of every human being. Social justice is based on the concepts of human rights and equality and involves a greater degree of economic egalitarianism through progressive taxation, income redistribution, or even property redistribution. These policies aim to achieve what developmental economists refer to as more equality of opportunity than may currently exist in some societies, and to manufacture equality of outcome in cases where incidental inequalities appear in a procedurally just system.}

Beck in PHD like fashion will dissect the "Fabian Window" {Stained Glass picture above} with surgeon like hands, and turn his ideology of this history into the demonic world he claims we are now turning into, this very "freedom of speech" is dangerous at best. {the above link is a transcript from the pulpit of Beck on the Fabian Window Theory"}. If Beck had the following he claims, then the masses would be running hysterically to their nearest fallout shelter after hearing these world ending apocalyptic events.

Freedom of speech - is a beautiful thing and in the right hands can inspire and encourage new thinking. In the wrong hands it can breed bigotry and hatred. But with freedom comes – or should come – responsibility. We all enjoy the right to say or write what we want, and long may it continue. Our concern is there are those who deliberately abuse or distort the right in order to score cheap points against those with a different belief. All this does is cheapen the freedom we have and support those who wish to restrict it.

The above two Beckistan examples are the "caveat" we referred to earlier.

Keep your freedom's tea bagger, but understand like that of the reverend whom protests soldiers funerals, that your speech (garbage) is viewed as just that...........

"We hear about constitutional rights, free speech and the free press. Every time I hear those words I say to myself, That man is a Red, that man is a Communist. You never heard a real American talk in that manner." Frank Hague
